Transfer from Brickell to the Rod Stewart Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Brickell to Rod Stewart at Hard Rock Live on Friday, March 12, 2027, for the 8:00 PM show, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual chauffeur picks you up anywhere in Brickell, waits through the concert, and drives everyone home. The rate is locked at booking and never surges.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell to Rod Stewart Cost? 📋

You pay per vehicle, per hour, based on your group size and the tier you choose.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking is at least five hours. That gives you time for dinner in Brickell, the drive north, the full concert and the ride back without watching the clock. The rate is for the vehicle, not for each passenger. A couple in the Black SUV XL and a group of friends in a Sprinter each pay one hourly figure for the whole car. Pick the tier that seats everyone comfortably, and the list above shows exactly what each hour costs. The only add-on to plan for on a concert night is the after-hours surcharge, which has its own section below.

How Does Hiring a Driver by the Hour Work on Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you choose every stop.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send us a rough plan: pickup time, dinner reservation, the concert, and maybe a nightcap afterward. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot and stays with your group from the first pickup to the final drop-off. Want to stay for dessert, stop at your hotel for a jacket, or add a stop on the way home? Just tell the driver. The plan follows your night. The booking covers a five-hour block. If the night runs longer, each extra hour is added at the same flat hourly rate. There’s no new fare to work out, just more time with the same car and driver.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell?

The driver can pick you up at any address in Brickell: a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, a residential tower, or a restaurant curb at Brickell City Centre. Pickup also works at any Miami address, including a PortMiami cruise terminal (you can go straight from the ship to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact spot when you book.

Can the Night End Somewhere Other Than Brickell?

Yes. The final drop-off can be wherever your group chooses. You might end at a friend’s place in Coconut Grove, a hotel on Miami Beach, or the same Brickell lobby where the night began. Because you hire the driver by the hour, you set the route, and each leg fits within the hours you reserve.

What’s Included When You Book the Car by the Hour? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi.

On concert night, that means no tolls added on the way north and no parking fee during the show. A mobile hotspot keeps everyone’s phones online for posting clips from the show. You can also ask for one short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch, and it doesn’t change the rate. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. The one extra to plan for is the after-hours surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Which Payment Options Hold Your Brickell Booking? 🕴️

Payment is simple, from the full fare you pay at booking to any hours you add.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Paying the full fare when you reserve locks in your booking.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting point, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat hourly rate, never a new fare, and you settle up after the night ends.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

Yes. Trips outside daytime hours have a surcharge that depends on your vehicle type. Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV, it is one flat add-on per trip, not an hourly charge, so a long night costs no more in surcharge than a short one. In a Sprinter, it is a percentage of the trip value, so it grows with the hours you book. Either way, you can work out the amount before the night starts. That leaves one simple decision: whether to add a late nightcap on the way home.

What Kind of Night Is Rod Stewart at Hard Rock Live? 🎤

Rod Stewart brings a greatest-hits show from his whole career to Hollywood on Friday, March 12, 2027.

Expect the rock anthems fans have sung along to for decades, like “Maggie May,” “Hot Legs,” and “Forever Young.” Add a few Great American Songbook standards, a full band, backing singers, and his famous costume changes. The crowd is mostly longtime fans, couples on a date night, and friend groups who grew up on the records, and plenty of them dress up. The showroom is inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, so the resort is busy well before showtime and long after the last song. A dressed-up crowd, a Friday evening, and a resort that draws its own traffic make this a night to let someone else drive. Tickets and show details are on the Rod Stewart event page.

How Should You Time the Trip From Brickell to Hard Rock Live? 🏟️

Leave Brickell early, because Friday traffic heading north builds well before showtime.

The drive looks like a simple run up the coast. But on a Friday evening in March, commuters, weekend travelers and a full house of concertgoers all share the same roads into Broward County. Arriving early changes the whole night. You walk in calm, find your seats without rushing, and catch the opening song instead of hearing it from the parking area. Your chauffeur plans the timing with you when you book and adjusts on the road, so you don’t have to watch the clock. The same car handles every leg: Brickell to the show, the hours in between, and the ride back south. The four questions below cover the night step by step, from leaving Brickell to getting back to your door.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for the 8:00 PM Start?

Leave Brickell well before the 8:00 PM start, early enough to find your seats, get a drink, and settle in without rushing. If you’re having dinner first, eat early. When you book, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on Friday-evening traffic, so you get a realistic plan instead of a guess.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Brickell to Hollywood?

Most nights, the chauffeur takes I-95 north out of Brickell, then heads west toward State Road 7 (US 441), where the resort is. If I-95 backs up, Florida’s Turnpike or local roads can be faster, and the driver decides based on live traffic. You just relax in the back while the driver handles the route.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue entrance as access allows that night, following the resort’s drop-off traffic flow. Before you get out, you agree on a pickup point and a WhatsApp check-in plan. After the encore, finding your car takes one message instead of a long search through the parking area.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home?

Yes, that’s what hiring by the hour means. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby for the whole show, so you don’t have to hunt for a ride when the whole showroom empties at once. When you’re ready, message the driver, and the same car takes everyone back to Brickell or on to a late stop.

Where Can You Eat in Brickell Before Heading to the Concert? 🍸

Brickell’s restaurants make a simple first stop before the drive north.

Komodo is a lively, multi-level spot for groups who want Asian-inspired plates and a buzzing room before a big night. Sexy Fish has a dramatic, art-filled dining room that suits a dressed-up couple. For something quicker, Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre have plenty of casual and upscale choices within walking distance of each other. Your chauffeur drops you at the restaurant door and pulls up again as soon as you’ve paid. There’s no valet line, no garage, and nobody stuck drinking water because they have to drive later. These are just ideas for your booked hours, so reserve your table directly with the restaurant. If your group would rather start across the river, Downtown Miami and Bayside Marketplace fit easily into the route before the car heads north.

Can We Add the Dinner Stop to the Same Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just the first stop on your hourly booking. Start the booking a bit earlier to leave room for a relaxed meal. The same car stays close by while you eat and heads north when you’re done, so you still reach the show with time to spare. You won’t need a second car or a separate ride.

What Can You Do After the Show on the Way Back to Brickell?

The night doesn’t have to end with the encore. You could go back to Brickell for a nightcap at a rooftop bar, stop in Wynwood for its late-night energy, or have a late bite in Little Havana. The driver handles each leg. Just tell them where you’re heading next.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a date night to a large group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so the whole group rides together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger setup: seats 10 to 14 passengers and keeps a big group in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private and always comes with your chauffeur. Nothing is self-drive, and we never sell a seat to another rider. Choose by group size first, then by the feel you want. The Platinum SUV suits an anniversary or a milestone birthday. A Sprinter keeps a large group together, so nobody ends up in separate cars or loses each other after the show. Bringing something bulky, like a garment bag or a stack of signs? Tell us in advance and we’ll confirm it fits.

Why Do Brickell Groups Book a Private Chauffeur for Concerts? 🕴️

You get a private car, a bilingual chauffeur, and one flat rate locked when you book.

Your hourly rate is set when you reserve and never surges, no matter how heavy Friday traffic gets or how many fans leave at once. The same chauffeur stays with you from the Brickell pickup to the final drop-off, so one person knows your plan, your timing, and where to find you. Drivers speak English and Spanish, which helps when a group mixes visiting family and local friends. Questions before or during the night come straight to us on WhatsApp, and the people running your booking answer them. The result is a better experience from start to finish: a clean premium vehicle, a driver who works around your schedule, and a night where nobody has to stay sober to drive home or argue about who books the next ride. We put that kind of personal, premium service into every booking.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Reserve? 🏙️

  • Every booking is at least five hours with one chauffeur.
  • One vehicle and one driver stay with your group for the whole block.
  • Your driver waits nearby during the concert, ready for the ride home.
  • Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same hourly rate.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available 24/7, every day of the week.
  • Every vehicle has onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot.

Is There Private Transportation From Brickell to the Rod Stewart Concert? 🎭

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes you door to door from Brickell.

Without one, getting from a Brickell lobby to a resort showroom in Hollywood means separate rides, separate waits, and an uncertain trip home after the encore. An hourly booking replaces all of that with one car reserved only for your group. It’s never sold by the seat and never sent off to another pickup. It works just as well for a couple making the concert an anniversary night as for old friends who grew up on these songs and finally get to hear them live together. The vehicle, the driver and the plan stay the same all night, and you decide how the evening goes. The answers below cover what Brickell riders usually ask before booking: short-notice bookings, how far the service goes, picking up friends at several addresses, and whether a private group van is an option.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Brickell With Less Than a Day’s Notice?

Yes, whenever a driver and vehicle are free. For a service within the next 24 hours, your confirmed slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Does the Hourly Service Cover the Drive From Brickell to Hollywood?

Yes. Our hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call, local service, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Can We Pick Up Friends at Different Brickell Addresses?

Yes, you can start with several pickups. The driver can pick up one couple at a Brickell Avenue tower, another at a hotel near Mary Brickell Village, and a third in Coconut Grove before heading north. Each pickup is just a stop on your hourly booking. Plan the order when you book and allow a little extra time.

Do You Run a Private Shuttle From Brickell to the Concert?

Yes, in the way most people mean it: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, with your own chauffeur. There’s no fixed schedule, and no seats are sold to other riders. The vehicle leaves Brickell when you’re ready, stops where you choose, and brings everyone back when the night is over.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Lock In Your Concert Night From Brickell? 🎆

Book on WhatsApp by sending your group size, start time, and planned stops.

A good booking message works like a short itinerary. Include how many people are coming, the Brickell address or hotel for pickup, when you want to leave for dinner, the restaurant if you’ve chosen one, and whether you want a late stop after the show. If someone is celebrating a birthday or anniversary, mention that too so the driver knows the occasion. We reply with the right vehicle tier, confirm the timeline, and send the payment details to secure your date. Booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles for a Friday night. After that, the plan stays flexible. Message us any time to add a stop, change the pickup time, or stay out a little longer. All that’s left is deciding which chorus you’ll sing the loudest.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
