Transfer to Factory Town for Armin Van Buuren

A private hourly chauffeur from Miami to Armin Van Buuren at Factory Town on Saturday, October 10, 2026, runs at a flat rate from $100 per hour in a Black SUV XL, with a 5-hour minimum booking. Your own chauffeur stays with the group all night, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge, so getting home is settled before the first track drops.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Miami Cost? 🍾

Each rate below is per vehicle, per hour, with a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is set by the vehicle, not by the number of people, so the whole group shares one hourly figure however many seats are filled. Choose the tier that carries everyone comfortably, and that number holds for the entire night out. The Platinum SUV sits at the top of the range for friends who desire the most polished arrival, while the Black SUV XL suits a small crew of trance fans who desire to keep things simple. The two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers are for larger groups who would rather ride together than split up across several cars. Each figure shown is the base hourly charge for the vehicle and chauffeur together.

Is There a Night Surcharge After 6 PM on Concert Night? 🌆

Yes, trips outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window carry a night surcharge. The show begins at 10:00 PM, so a booking for this concert runs into those hours.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is the only add-on linked to the time of day, and it is listed here in full so the night’s total holds no surprise. On the SUV it is one fixed amount per trip, while on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. Your WhatsApp confirmation sets out the full figure for your vehicle before you pay, so friends can settle their shares ahead of time and walk into the show with nothing left to sort out.

Which Payment Methods Lock In Your October 10 Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and you can handle every choice from your phone.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Your booking starts with a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and it is settled once the night is over.

Need the Quick Facts Before You Book the Concert Ride? 🎤

  • Every booking reserves one dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur for the entire block.
  • Each chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Bookings run 24/7, every day, for daytime and late-night plans alike.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and the pace all night long.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • Every reservation is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.

Nobody in the group chips in for gas or circles a crowded lot looking for a space, because the chauffeur handles the car from start to finish. A quick comfort stop for the restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy too. Just ask, and the rate stays exactly where it was. There is room for what fans bring on a night like this, from handmade signs to a change of clothes for the ride home. If something large is coming along, tell us in advance. The night surcharge explained above is the one extra that applies to a late show, and any further time on the bill is time you chose to add yourself. Concert tickets, dinner, and drinks remain the group’s own purchases, since the hourly rate covers the private vehicle and its chauffeur. The cabin stays clean and ready whenever the group steps back in.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for an All-Night Trance Show? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns a long trance night into one premium service.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin becomes your own lounge on the way out and a quiet place to unwind on the way back. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There is no surge when the whole crowd heads out at once, and no change for traffic or a rainy October evening. One chauffeur stays with you for the entire block, so the same familiar face greets you at every stop. Questions come straight to us on WhatsApp before and during the booking, so a change of plan takes one message. Trance nights reward patience, with long builds, extended sets, and a closing track nobody wants to miss. A car that is already yours lets the group stay for every minute. That is the better experience we build every booking around: a calmer night, a premium vehicle, and a ride home settled long before the lights come up.

What Is Armin Van Buuren at Factory Town on October 10, 2026? 🎆

It is a late-night trance concert headlined by Dutch DJ and producer Armin Van Buuren.

The show takes place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Factory Town, and the night gets underway at 10:00 PM. It is billed as Armin Van Buuren presents The Orb and centers on extended trance live sets, with Funk Tribu and NRG2000 on the supporting lineup. Armin hosts the long-running weekly radio show A State of Trance, made the anthem This Is What It Feels Like, and headlines arena and festival main stages around the world. The venue is a sprawling warehouse and festival complex on the Hialeah side of Miami, and it has become one of the city’s main homes for large electronic shows. A headline night here pulls fans from across South Florida, so expect a packed, high-energy crowd and a set that runs deep into the early morning. For a group staying in Miami Beach or Brickell, it sits well outside the usual nightlife zones.

Do You Need Your Armin Van Buuren Ticket Before Booking the Ride?

Yes. Get your ticket first from the official seller, because we provide the private car and chauffeur only, never event tickets or entry packages. Once everyone in the group has a ticket, send us the headcount and a rough start time on WhatsApp. Whatever ticket tier each friend holds, the whole group rides together in the same vehicle.

Who Usually Goes to a Big Trance Night in Miami?

The crowd is mostly adults, and many are long-time trance fans who have followed A State of Trance for years and come from all over the region for a headline set. Expect groups of friends, couples, and birthday crews dressed for a long night of dancing. That mix is why a private vehicle works: everyone arrives together and leaves together.

When Should Your Group Leave Miami for Factory Town on Show Night? 🏟️

Leave Miami with a generous cushion so the group arrives as the night begins.

Traffic builds on show night as fans from across the region head to one venue, and arriving relaxed beats sprinting from the curb. Work your start time backward from when you desire to be inside, then add room for a dinner stop or a pickup across town. Your chauffeur handles the route, so the group can focus on getting ready instead of watching a map. Door lines at large warehouse shows can take a while, and fans who care about the opening sets tend to arrive early. A booking that starts in the early evening also lets the group ease into the night with a meal and some time to regroup before the music starts. Share your planned arrival time on WhatsApp and we will help you choose a start time that fits your evening.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Factory Town?

The driver takes the group to a drop-off point as close to the venue as access allows on show night. Event traffic plans can shift the exact spot, so your chauffeur follows on-site directions and gets you out of the car without a long walk from a distant lot. Before anyone leaves the car, agree on a meeting spot for later.

Can the Driver Wait While the Trance Sets Play?

Yes. The driver stays nearby for the whole show, because the vehicle is reserved for your group for every hour you booked. Nobody has to arrange a ride home mid-set or step outside early to find one. Keep a phone charged, and the chauffeur is one WhatsApp message away whenever the group is ready.

How Does the Ride Home Work When the Music Stops?

Send one WhatsApp message as the closing set winds down, and the chauffeur brings the car to the pickup spot you agreed on. The same driver who brought you takes everyone home and can drop each friend at their own address if the group is splitting up across Miami. If the night continues, a late bite on the way back is easy to fit in.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Miami Before the Show? 🍸

Most groups start with dinner in a neighborhood that matches their crowd.

Wynwood suits friends who desire murals, a buzzy patio, and a late meal before the show. Little Havana offers classic Cuban plates and a lively street scene full of music. Brickell works well for groups staying in its towers, with polished rooftop dining close at hand. Coral Gables offers a calmer, more grown-up dinner along tree-lined streets, and Coconut Grove keeps things relaxed by the bay. Because the booking runs by the hour, your chauffeur takes the group from stop to stop and waits outside each one, so nobody has to sort out directions or watch the clock. Some groups add a round at a favorite lounge, a pickup for a friend coming from work, or a photo stop before heading out. These are only ideas for your booked hours. You reserve the restaurants yourself, and we handle all the driving in between.

Can You Combine Dinner and the Show in One Hourly Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit easily into a single booking, since the group can spend the hours however it likes. Start with an early-evening pickup, take your time over the meal while the chauffeur stays close, then ride straight on to the show. A longer dinner simply uses more of the same booking.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert Night? 🚙

Booking by the hour takes one WhatsApp conversation and a few details.

Tell us the group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, and we match everyone to the right vehicle. The driver picks up at any Miami address you choose. That can be your hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if the group docks that day and wants to go straight to the event, Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. Your first five hours form the core block, and the same chauffeur stays with the group for all of it, so dinner, the show, and the ride home sit inside one booking. You decide every stop and can change the order whenever the plan shifts, with no new fare to work out. Once the details are confirmed, the vehicle and driver are set aside for your night, and the group only has to show up ready.

What Happens If You Want the Car After the First Five Hours?

Keep it. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. Tell the chauffeur the night is running long, and the car stays if the schedule allows. The extra time is settled after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp, so nobody has to fumble for payment at the curb.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group on October 10? 🚐

Choose by headcount. Every tier is private, chauffeured, and reserved only for you.

  • Black SUV XL: Seats up to 5 passengers, the natural choice for a couple or a few close friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together instead of splitting up.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 10 to 14 passengers and keeps a full celebration crew together in one private van.
  • Platinum SUV: Seats up to 5 passengers in our most refined cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choosing the tier is the one real decision the group makes before the night. If your headcount is at the top of a tier, step up one size so nobody is squeezed in on the ride home after hours on their feet. The Platinum SUV is worth it when the night is a celebration and the arrival matters as much as the music. Send the exact headcount on WhatsApp, and we confirm the right fit before you pay.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

That includes Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, so friends staying almost anywhere in the city can fit the show into their plans. Groups coming down from the Fort Lauderdale side fit in easily too. The service is on call, unhurried, and stays around the city by design, so the chauffeur is never far away when the plan changes. Trips to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are not part of this hourly service, which keeps every booking focused on the neighborhoods where Miami’s nights happen. For a concert like this one, that local focus fits well: dinner, the show, and the ride home all stay close to the city the group came to celebrate in.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Armin Van Buuren From Miami? 🪩

A private chauffeur booked by the hour is the simplest way to reach the show.

The venue is away from the beach and downtown hotel districts, and parking on a large electronic night is limited. Driving yourself usually means one friend stays sober behind the wheel and everyone faces a long walk at the end. Booking one reserved vehicle changes that. The whole group travels together, nobody has to drive after hours of dancing, and the plan for getting home is part of the booking from the start. Smaller groups and couples ride in the SUVs, while the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers suit bigger celebrations. Fans flying in or staying with friends across town benefit just as much, because the chauffeur handles every route and stop. The questions below cover what fans ask most before they confirm, from large groups to pets and short-notice plans.

Is There a Private Van From Miami to Factory Town for a Large Group?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries a larger group from Miami to the show and back, and the chauffeur stays for the whole booking. Nobody outside your group ever rides along. The vehicle is yours alone, leaves when you are ready, and stops only where your group asks.

Can You Bring a Pet in the Car on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can You Book a Private Driver Less Than 24 Hours Before the Show?

Yes, when a vehicle is free, and that slot is then locked in and held just for you. Within the final 24 hours, the date and time stay fixed and the booking runs as agreed. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You are always welcome to add more hours on the day.

Can the Chauffeur Take the Group to an After-Party Once the Show Ends?

Yes. You can head to an after-party or a friend’s place anywhere in the local Miami area before the final drop-off, because you set the route for every hour you booked. The chauffeur follows the plan as it changes, and if the night stretches on, the car can stay with you if the schedule allows.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
