Transfer from Coral Gables to 2026 Miami Orange Zone Tailgate – Miami vs Detroit at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to the 2026 Miami Orange Zone Tailgate – Miami vs Detroit at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday, November 8, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Pickup happens at any address in Coral Gables. The tailgate opens at 9:30 AM, and the same bilingual driver stays with you until everyone is home.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost on Game Day? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, and each game-day booking runs at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The price is for the vehicle, not per seat. A full Sprinter of friends shares one hourly rate, so larger Coral Gables groups frequently locate the Sprinter the easiest way to reach the stadium together. The rate covers the whole party for every hour, from the morning pickup to the drive home after the final whistle. Select the tier that matches your headcount and tell us roughly when you desire to leave. The booking is priced before anyone gets in the car.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables for Dolphins vs. Lions Day? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns the whole game day into one peaceful, upscale service for your group.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so only the people you invited ride in it, from the first coffee in Coral Gables to the last goodbye at home. Your hourly rate is locked when you book. There’s no surge on a hectic game Sunday, and the fare doesn’t climb when the whole crowd leaves at once. One bilingual chauffeur is assigned to you for the whole block and waits through the game instead of leaving after drop-off. Nobody in the group has to be the designated driver, look for parking, or watch the clock. Message us on WhatsApp with questions before the day or a change of plan in the afternoon. It’s the same channel where every booking is confirmed. With that direct line and the same driver all day, it’s a better experience than booking separate rides.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Crew Heading Out of Coral Gables? 🚙

We have four private vehicle tiers, from a couple up to a full tailgate crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group arrives together instead of splitting across cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger groups: carries 10 to 14 passengers, with room for an extended family or a big group of season-ticket friends.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

These models show the class of vehicle, not a promise of one specific make. Match the tier to your final headcount. One vehicle holds the whole group, so nobody has to drive separately or meet you at the stadium later. If your group grows after you book, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether a larger Sprinter is available that day.

What Payment Methods Secure a Game-Day Booking? 📋

The full fare is paid when you book, well before game day.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: there is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after that first block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and it’s settled after the day.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. The date and time stay fixed and the day runs as agreed. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day itself.

Which Service Details Should Coral Gables Riders Know Up Front? 🚐

  • Every booking holds one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the entire block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day of the week, in daytime or evening hours.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • You choose every stop, and the route follows your plan, not a schedule.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

Booking by the hour reserves a driver and vehicle for a block of time, not a single journey.

Start by messaging us on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind. We match the vehicle to your headcount and confirm the plan. Every booking has a five-hour minimum, and the chauffeur stays with you for all of it, waiting at each stop while you eat, meet friends, or head into the tailgate. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a ship and going straight to the event, Miami International Airport, or a home. You agree on the exact spot when you book. After the first five hours, you can keep going. Each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to work out. Keep the car as long as the day needs.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate for a Tailgate Day? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate you book.

That covers any tolls on the drive north from Coral Gables, fuel for every stop, and the driver’s parking near the stadium during the tailgate and the game. Your hours also cover the vehicle, the chauffeur’s driving time, and all the time the driver spends waiting between stops, since waiting is part of an hourly booking. There’s room in the vehicle for game-day gear like a cooler, signs, and merch; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. A few charges fall outside the hourly rate: the night surcharge below for time outside daytime hours, and any extra hours you add, which are billed like every other hour.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply to a Game-Day Booking? 🌆

There is no surcharge between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Outside that window, the surcharge below applies to your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

A morning tailgate helps here. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Tell us when you anticipate to finish when you book, and we’ll let you know whether the surcharge applies.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to the 2026 Miami Orange Zone Tailgate? 🏟️

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your whole group from Coral Gables to the Orange Zone Tailgate.

The 2026 Miami Orange Zone Tailgate – Miami vs Detroit is a ticketed, all-inclusive pregame hospitality event for the Dolphins and Lions game on Sunday, November 8, 2026. It’s held at The Grove on the grounds of Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. Anticipate a buffet, drinks, a DJ, and tailgate games in a casual, high-energy daytime setting. The crowd mixes South Florida Dolphins fans with traveling Lions fans, mostly friend groups, couples, and families of all ages. With drinks served from mid-morning on, nobody in your group has to be the one driving. Your chauffeur handles the drive north, and everyone arrives together, ready for the start of the hospitality event. Because the booking runs by the hour, you control the day’s plan from breakfast to the ride home.

What Time Does the Orange Zone Tailgate Start on November 8?

The Orange Zone Tailgate is scheduled to open at 9:30 AM on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at The Grove, before the Dolphins–Lions kickoff later that afternoon. The buffet, DJ, and games are what the ticket is for, so most groups plan the morning around arriving right when it starts.

What Do Fans Wear to the Dolphins vs. Lions Tailgate?

Most fans dress casually in team jerseys, branded T-shirts, caps, shorts, and sunglasses. Dolphins fans wear aqua and orange, often with white. Lions fans wear Honolulu blue, silver, and white. You can leave a spare shirt or a light layer in the vehicle for the drive home.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for Hard Rock Stadium on Game Day? 🏟️

Leave Coral Gables with plenty of extra time, because game-day traffic builds long before the tailgate opens.

On an ordinary morning the drive north commonly takes up to about an hour. On a Dolphins home Sunday, permit noticeably more. Fans from across South Florida utilize the same few expressways, and the local streets near the stadium slow down. For a morning tailgate, most groups plan to leave well before it opens so they reach at the start instead of waiting in a line of cars. We suggest a pickup time when you confirm the booking, and your chauffeur checks traffic again that morning. You pay by the hour, not by the mile, so leaving early doesn’t waste anything. The group can stop for coffee on the way instead of rushing out the door.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to Miami Gardens?

Most mornings the chauffeur heads north on the Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826), the most direct route from Coral Gables toward Miami Gardens. When it backs up, Florida’s Turnpike or Interstate 95 are the alternates. The driver takes whichever is moving best, then uses local streets for the last stretch to the stadium.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance as access allows that day, then sends the exact return pickup spot on WhatsApp. Road access around the stadium changes on event days, so the driver chooses the best drop-off point on the spot. Your group can walk straight to The Grove without looking for parking.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game and Bring Everyone Home?

Yes. The chauffeur stays parked nearby through the tailgate and the full game, ready to take everyone back to Coral Gables when you walk out. It’s the same car and driver all day, so jackets and souvenirs can stay in the vehicle, and nobody has to look for a ride in the post-game crowd.

Where Can You Meet or Eat in Coral Gables Before the Tailgate? 🍸

Giralda Plaza and Miracle Mile are the easiest places to meet in Coral Gables on a game-day morning.

Giralda Plaza is a pedestrian street lined with cafés, a good place to gather the group over coffee and a pastry. Miracle Mile gives late arrivals a simple landmark to locate. Groups staying at or near the Biltmore Hotel can meet in its lobby instead. Keep breakfast light, because the Orange Zone ticket includes a buffet at The Grove. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up friends at a few Coral Gables addresses, stop at the café for coffee to go, and then head north with everyone aboard. Nobody has to park on Miracle Mile or decide who drives. The car waits at the curb until you’re ready.

Where Can the Group Head After the Game?

Many groups make one more stop after the game. You can go back to Giralda Plaza for dinner close to home, head to Coconut Grove for a table near the bay, or stop in Little Havana for Cuban coffee. The chauffeur drives you between stops and waits outside each one.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables to Hard Rock Stadium? 🎊

Yes. You can reserve a private driver from Coral Gables for the whole Dolphins–Lions day.

Dolphins home games draw fans from across South Florida, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles, especially if your group needs one of the larger Sprinters. Once the date is confirmed and the fare is paid in full, the car and chauffeur are reserved for your group. You can still change the plan after that: add a breakfast stop, move the pickup to another Coral Gables address, or add a post-game dinner, and the driver adjusts without a new fare. If you drive yourself, you pay for stadium parking, someone has to skip the drinks, and you sit in the post-game traffic leaving the lot. With a chauffeur, nobody in your group drives or parks, and the post-game traffic is the driver’s job. The answers below cover common questions from Coral Gables fans.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables?

Anywhere in Coral Gables you choose: a hotel lobby near the Biltmore or along Ponce de Leon Boulevard, a private residence, or a meeting point like Giralda Plaza. You set the address when you book, and the chauffeur is there at the agreed time.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Coral Gables to the Orange Zone Tailgate?

Yes. You can hire a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter by the hour with its own chauffeur, reserved only for your group. It’s not shared and doesn’t run on a schedule: no strangers, no fixed departure times, no public pickup stop. The private van leaves Coral Gables when your group is ready and follows your plan all day.

Can a Group of Friends Book a Private Van From Coral Gables for Game Day?

Yes. Groups of friends, alumni groups, and extended families can reserve a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone travels together from Coral Gables and back. Choose the Sprinter tier that matches your headcount. The whole group shares one hourly booking instead of coordinating several cars, parking, and meeting points on game day.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on a Game-Day Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Miami?

The hourly service stays local: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Miami Gardens. It stays around the city and doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Book Your Coral Gables Game-Day Chauffeur? 🎆

You can book your chauffeur for November 8 with one WhatsApp message.

Tell us how many people are riding, where in Coral Gables you’re starting, and whether you desire a breakfast stop, a post-game dinner, or just the ride to the Orange Zone and back. We’ll suggest the right vehicle, confirm the plan in writing, and send the payment link to secure your date. On game day, all you have to do is pick a jersey and decide who sits in front. The car comes to your door, someone else drives, and everyone goes home in the same vehicle they left in. Whether you wear aqua and orange or Honolulu blue, the car is private and reserved for your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
