Monterey Lakes Club House, Set in Coastal Delray Beach 🗺️

The Monterey Lakes Club House sits in Delray Beach, a coastal town on Florida’s Atlantic edge that this service reaches address by address. It is the reason for the ride — a door on the far side of a run up from the port — and Delray Beach frames everything around it. The town channels much of its life into Atlantic Avenue, a walkable mile of restaurants and galleries that runs east until it meets an open public beach. That single street tells you a lot about the character of the place your stay sits within.

Step outside the club house and the coast is the draw. Delray Municipal Beach lines the ocean within simple reach, and with the town sitting right on the water, an afternoon by the sand is the natural move once the bags are down. Delray Beach keeps its energy close to the shore, so the space between your door and the water stays simple to cover on foot.

Beyond the beach and Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach holds a couple of quieter draws worth the walk. The Morikami Museum and Gardens brings a stretch of Japanese gardens to the region, and Old School Square anchors the town’s arts life nearby. Together they offer the neighborhood around Monterey Lakes Club House more than a place to sleep — restaurants, galleries, gardens, and open sand all sit within a simple reach of the stay.

How the Ride to Monterey Lakes Club House Runs 🕒

From your ship’s terminal on Dodge Island, the journey is one straight run north along I-95 — about 51.4 miles, roughly 75 to 89 minutes depending on how the highway is moving. Your driver is staged at the terminal and timed to the ship’s actual arrival, so when your group clears the hall the vehicle is already there. Every bag goes into the vehicle with the chauffeur’s assist, lobby to curb.

One group rides per vehicle, door to door, from the pier to the entrance of Monterey Lakes Club House. Traffic on I-95 is the only real variable, which is why the pickup carries a built-in wait window rather than a slot cut to the minute. Tolls and fuel already sit inside the flat rate, so nothing gets added along the way — and Delray Beach is next.

After our cruise, my husband and I didn’t want to risk a ride at the terminal, so we lined up a private car to Monterey Lakes Club House. An easy, relaxed handoff for the two of us — off the ship and into Monterey Lakes Club House with nothing left to sort out.

My husband and I came down the gangway at PortMiami and a private car was already at the curb to take us to Monterey Lakes Club House. The SUV was spotless, and the AC was perfect after the ship.

After our sailing, my husband and I didn’t want to risk a ride at the terminal, so we lined up a private car to Monterey Lakes Club House. No lot to comb through — we just went straight from the curb into the car. The fare was locked in at booking, nothing added at the curb.
