Settling In at Economy Inn Lake Worth Beach 🗺️

Economy Inn Lake Worth Beach is a straightforward roadside stay in the Lake Worth Beach region, just south of West Palm Beach on Florida’s Atlantic coast. It sits within simple reach of the wider West Palm Beach scene, so after a long day at sea you have a simple base to check into and a real city close by when you desire to wander. For travelers coming straight off the ship, the appeal is the ease of it: one address, one arrival, and a part of the coast that keeps its own unhurried pace.

The neighborhood around it opens onto some of Palm Beach County’s top-known corners. Clematis Street and Rosemary Square are close by, both lined with places to eat and browse, and the Norton Museum of Art is neighboring in West Palm Beach if you desire an afternoon indoors. The West Palm Beach waterfront runs along the Intracoastal, with the Kravis Center staging performances and a promenade that looks across at Palm Beach island.

What that means on arrival day is a genuinely restful landing. You clear customs at the terminal, your bags go straight into the vehicle, and the next thing you deal with is the front door of your inn. Whether Economy Inn Lake Worth Beach is your final stop or a quiet overnight before the next leg, it puts you within a short reach of the Clematis and Rosemary Square action while keeping you a step removed from the busiest part of the city. Come off the ship, take one direct ride north, and let the coast do the rest.

How the Ride North Goes 🕒

Your chauffeur is staged at your ship’s own terminal on Dodge Island, timed to your disembarkation, so there is no shuttle line and no dragging luggage across the port. Bags are loaded at the terminal curb, everyone climbs into a vehicle reserved for your group alone, and the run to Economy Inn Lake Worth Beach is a single direct leg up I-95. The route covers roughly 64.6 miles door to door.

Plan on about 84 to 100 minutes terminal to inn, depending on the hour and the traffic. Weekend mornings are the port’s busiest stretch, with thousands of passengers stepping off at once, so the pickup is built around your actual arrival time and the I-95 traffic is already figured into the plan. Fuel, typical tolls, and bag assist are covered, and the flat rate you booked is the rate you pay.

We booked one van for the whole group from the terminal to Economy Inn Lake Worth Beach so nobody got left behind. We’ve already saved them for our next cruise out of PortMiami.

I was cruising by myself and arranged a private car to meet me at the terminal curb once the ship docked and take me right over to Economy Inn Lake Worth Beach. There was a thirty-minute cushion from the agreed time, so I never had to rush to gather the bags. It was a private car just for me — no one else’s stops — so much nicer than piling in with strangers.

I was sailing by myself and arranged a private car to meet me at the cruise terminal once the ship docked and take me straight to Economy Inn Lake Worth Beach. The last thing you want after a week at sea is a ride that falls through, and this was reliable and on time.
