Meeting Point at Miami International Airport 🧭

Arrivals at MIA can feel hectic, so the meeting point is simple: the driver, already aware of your landing time from the flight tracking, waits at the arrivals level. The standard curbside greeting costs nothing extra, and the Meet & Greet inside the hall, name sign in hand, is offered for $40. After that, the trip is private and direct.

Where Blue Tree Resort Sits, and What Waits There 🗺️

Blue Tree Resort is a vacation property in the Kissimmee area of central Florida, the swath of the state built around the region’s big attractions. It sits along the well-traveled corridor that connects Orlando’s parks and outlets, so guests land in the middle of things while still keeping a base of their own to return to at the end of each day.

Once you have settled in, the surrounding area does most of the work. Universal Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center are among the closest landmarks, with SeaWorld and ICON Park set along the same hotel- and attraction-lined stretch of International Drive. The Orlando International Premium Outlets are within easy reach as well, so a day can swing from rides to shopping without a long haul between them.

The pull of Blue Tree Resort is that it puts the theme-park corridor at your doorstep and gives you a quiet place to step back to when the day winds down. You are close enough to reach the parks, the convention halls, and the outlet shopping without planning a whole expedition around each trip, yet far enough from the airport crowds to feel like you are genuinely on vacation. It is a practical home base for a family or a group working through a stretch of Orlando-area plans, and arriving by a reserved private ride means the first thing you do is walk into the resort rather than sort out ground transport after a long flight.

How the Ride from MIA Reaches Blue Tree Resort 🕒

This is a door-to-door ride that starts the moment you clear the terminal. Your driver meets you curbside at the MIA arrivals level, helps load the bags into the vehicle reserved for your party alone, and heads north on Florida’s Turnpike while you settle in. The run covers about 230 miles and takes roughly 226 to 233 minutes depending on traffic, with tolls and fuel already covered in the flat rate you booked.

Because the pickup is timed to your actual landing rather than a fixed slot, a delayed flight simply moves the whole pickup along with it. There is no shared vehicle, no transfer partway, and no stop you did not ask for. It is your group and your driver from the MIA curb straight through to the entrance at Blue Tree Resort, luggage riding with you the entire way.

Traveling with our two kids, I was NOT about to wrangle a taxi at MIA, so I booked a private van to Blue Tree Resort. The kids were wiped out after the flight, and getting straight to Blue Tree Resort without a taxi hassle was a relief. The car was really comfortable after a long flight, and the AC was perfect.

La llegada más fácil que he tenido — conductor esperando, maletas resueltas, directo a Blue Tree Resort. El conductor era hablaba inglés y español sin problema, lo que hizo coordinar los detalles mucho más fácil.

With kids in tow, arranging the airport transfer to Blue Tree Resort meant no scramble when we landed. Our flight came in late and the driver adjusted with no problem — no extra charge, nothing to sort out.

Our whole group booked one van straight from MIA, and it worked out great. Honestly the smoothest part of our whole trip — everything was handled from the second we landed.
