Where Your Driver Waits at PortMiami 🚢

On disembarkation morning the driver plans around the ship’s arrival and waits at the curb outside your terminal at PortMiami. The curbside greeting at the terminal is included; the Meet & Greet at the terminal, your driver holding a name sign, is available for $40. Luggage goes straight from the terminal into the vehicle and the ride leaves private and direct.

Where Seasons Florida Resort Sits in Kissimmee 🗺️

Seasons Florida Resort stands at 4736 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee, right on the US-192 corridor that has long served as the practical value base for the theme parks. This is the classic vacation-home stretch of the Orlando area, where family lodging, simple dining, and roadside attractions all line up along a single hectic highway. If you are heading here after your cruise, you are choosing a spot that keeps the parks within a short drive while giving you room to spread out.

The location puts a good deal within reach. Old Town Kissimmee, with its carnival strip and shops, is close by, and Lake Tohopekaliga offers open water and a break from the pace of the corridor. Gatorland and the Kissimmee Lakefront round out the nearby options, so a group that wants a mix of park days and lower-key outings has plenty to fill an itinerary. Everything sits in and around Kissimmee, which makes moving between them straightforward once you have settled in.

For anything about the stay itself, the resort’s own official page is the place to look. Our part is the ride to and from the ship, and that is what we plan around your sailing. Arriving with a driver already waiting means you skip the scramble that a big highway resort area can bring, and you are dropped at the entrance with your bags carried to the curb beside you. From the terminal to Kissimmee, the whole journey is arranged before you ever dock.

How the Ride to Seasons Florida Resort Goes 🕒

Once you clear the ship, your driver is already staged at the Port of Miami terminal, so there is no line to join and no app to open. Disembarkation mornings back up speedy at the exits, but the wait is the driver’s, not yours. The route runs up Florida’s Turnpike, covering roughly 228 miles in about 231 to 239 minutes depending on the hour, straight through to Seasons Florida Resort with no shared stops along the way.

Your luggage rides in the same vehicle as your group, loaded at the curb and carried again at the resort door. The whole party travels together for one locked fare, with fuel and standard tolls already included. It is a real road journey up to the US-192 corridor, which is exactly when a private vehicle earns its keep: your own space, your own climate, and a stop only when you ask for one.

First time cruising solo out of PortMiami, and having a private car there the second I walked out for the trip to Seasons Florida Resort took the worry away. The ride from the terminal to Seasons Florida Resort was calm and comfortable, and I could just watch the city go by. Getting off the ship on my own, I felt looked after from the terminal all the way to the door of Seasons Florida Resort.

After our sailing, my partner and I weren’t going to gamble on a ride at the terminal, so we lined up a private car to Seasons Florida Resort. There was a board with our name on it at the terminal doors, so we didn’t have to look around.
