How the Port Pickup Works 🕒

Tell us the ship and the driver times the pickup to its arrival, then waits at your terminal’s curb at PortMiami. The curbside greeting there is included in the fare; the Meet & Greet at the terminal is a $40 add-on. From the port the ride is direct, with no other passengers.

Naples Garden Inn and the Gulf Coast Around It 🗺️

Naples Garden Inn puts you in Naples, the town that gives Florida’s Gulf coast its quiet polish. This is the far side of the peninsula from the cruise terminals, a place of white sand, warm water, and evenings that slow right down. After the tight schedule of a sailing, arriving here feels like a change of pace: the streets are walkable, the light is soft, and the coast is close enough to reach on foot once you have settled in.

Much of what draws travelers sits within simple reach of the stay. Fifth Avenue South runs its blocks of white-tablecloth dining and small shops a short way off, and the historic Naples Pier is a favorite spot to watch the sun drop over the Gulf. For a greener afternoon, the Naples Botanical Garden and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park are both neighboring, and the Everglades sit at the back door for anyone who wants to swap the shoreline for open wilderness. It is a compact base with a lot within a short radius.

Your part of the journey ends the moment the car reaches the inn’s entrance. The chauffeur pulls up, unloads every bag, and hands you off to the front door without a shuttle line or a walk across a lot. Details about rooms and the property itself live on Naples Garden Inn’s own page; our job is the ride between the ship and this address, planned so the two connect cleanly and you reach ready to savor the coast.

How the Ride from the Port Runs 🕒

Once your ship docks and your group clears the terminal exit, the chauffeur is already staged at the curb. Bags go straight into the vehicle, and the run to Naples Garden Inn is a single direct leg by I-75 — no transfers, no shared stops, no luggage dragged across the port. Sixty minutes of courtesy wait is built in at the terminal, so a slow disembarkation does not throw off the pickup.

Plan on roughly 128 to 140 minutes from the terminal to the door, depending on the hour and traffic. Saturday and Sunday mornings are the port’s busiest stretch, with thousands of passengers walking off ships at once, so your pickup is timed to your actual arrival rather than a fixed clock. Leaving for the ship on embarkation day, the same flat one-way rate covers the reverse leg, with the chauffeur meeting you at the hotel entrance to load the bags.

The two of us cruised from PortMiami and having a private car waiting curbside for the ride over to Naples Garden Inn was the best part of the day. The car was spotless, a relief in the Miami heat.

We booked one van for the entire crew from the terminal to Naples Garden Inn so nobody got left behind. There was a courtesy waiting window from the agreed time, so we never had to rush to gather the bags. The SUV was spotless, a relief in the Miami heat. Would book again for the next cruise.

We weren’t about to juggle the little ones and the bags looking for a ride at the port, so we reserved a private van to Naples Garden Inn. We were dropped right at the front door of Naples Garden Inn, not down the block. For a reliable way to get from the ship to Naples Garden Inn, it was money well spent.
