How the Port Pickup Works 🕒

Tell us the ship and the driver times the pickup to its arrival, then waits at your terminal’s curb at PortMiami. The curbside greeting there is included in the fare; the Meet & Greet at the terminal is a $40 add-on. From the port the ride is direct, with no other passengers.

Where Havana Inn Hotel Puts You in Miami 🗺️

Havana Inn Hotel sits in the Wynwood and Midtown pocket, a short run north of downtown Miami. This is the part of the city built around mural-covered warehouses, craft breweries, and galleries, with Midtown’s shops and the Design District right beside them. Step outside and you are already in the neighborhood people come to see, not on the edge of it.

The location works well for cruise travelers who desire the creative side of Miami close at hand. Wynwood Walls and the Rubell Museum are neighboring, the Miami Design District is a swift reach, and Midtown Miami keeps everyday shopping and dining within easy distance. It is a compact area, so you can leave the bags at the hotel and explore on foot once you have settled in.

For the hotel side of your stay, things like amenities, luggage holds, and early check-in are handled through Havana Inn Hotel’s own front desk and official page. Our part is getting your group there directly from the ship, so you arrive at the door ready to check in.

The Ride from the Port to Havana Inn Hotel 🧭

Your chauffeur is staged at your ship’s own terminal on Dodge Island, timed to your actual disembarkation. Once your group clears the terminal, the driver loads every bag at the curb and takes I-95 north, so the trip to Havana Inn Hotel is one direct leg with no detours and no shared stops.

The drive normally runs about 16 to 20 minutes, with fuel and typical tolls already built into the flat rate. Weekend mornings are the port’s busiest stretch, so the pickup is planned around when you actually walk off, and that traffic is priced into the plan rather than added on the day.

So glad we pre-booked — a smooth, easy handoff, zero stress at the terminal, door to door. The last thing you want after a week at sea is a ride that falls through, and this was there exactly when we needed it.

After our week aboard, my partner and I weren’t going to gamble on a ride at the terminal, so we lined up a private car to Havana Inn Hotel.
