  • Van for 10 to 14 passengers: $1050

How the Port Pickup Works 🕒

Tell us the ship and the driver times the pickup to its arrival, then waits at your terminal’s curb at PortMiami. The curbside greeting there is included in the fare; the Meet & Greet at the terminal is a $40 add-on. From the port the ride is direct, with no other passengers.

Your Landing Spot at Country Inns & Suites 🗺️

Country Inns & Suites is a hotel set along International Drive, the long, well-known boulevard that runs through the Orlando region north of Miami. By road it sits about 228.6 miles from the Port of Miami, so this is a genuine cross-Florida run rather than a swift city hop. Reaching it after a cruise means trading the coastline for central Florida, and having a private vehicle carry you and your luggage the whole way makes that distance feel a good deal shorter.

The setting is the draw here. International Drive strings together some of the region’s most familiar names, and from your base at Country Inns & Suites several of them are close at hand. Universal Orlando Resort and ICON Park, with its towering observation wheel, are neighboring, as is SeaWorld. For anyone mixing business with the journey, the Orange County Convention Center is close by too, and the Orlando International Premium Outlets put shopping within simple reach along the same corridor.

That combination makes the hotel a practical place to settle after stepping off the ship. You can unpack once and still have theme parks, dining, and shopping arranged along a single hotel-lined stretch, most of it a short local drive away. Whether you are staying on for a few days of parks and outlets or merely need a comfortable place to rest before an onward flight, arriving with your bags handled and the address reached directly lets the visit start on your terms rather than at a rental counter or a rideshare pickup line.

How the Ride to Country Inns & Suites Goes 🕒

Once your ship is cleared, your chauffeur is waiting at the terminal, ready to load every bag and set off. From the pier it is one straight run up Florida’s Turnpike to Country Inns & Suites, with no detours and no other passengers sharing the vehicle. Plan on roughly 229 to 239 minutes terminal to door, depending on the hour and the traffic. Weekend mornings are the port’s busiest stretch, so the pickup is timed to your actual disembarkation rather than a fixed clock, which keeps the wait short even when thousands of travelers come ashore at once.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, door to door, with your luggage stored inside for the full journey. Tolls and fuel are already built into the flat rate, so nothing is added along the way. You settle in, and the driver handles the route, the highway, and the bags from the curb at the terminal to the entrance at Country Inns & Suites.

A great way to finish the trip — handled from the curb to the lobby. There was a courtesy waiting window from the agreed time, so we never had to rush through customs.

With the whole crew, pre-booking a private car from the port to Country Inns & Suites meant no scramble on disembarkation morning. The ride from the terminal to Country Inns & Suites was easy the whole way, and we could just watch the city go by. We were dropped at the entrance of Country Inns & Suites, not down the block.
