Stops need no extra line on the bill, since every stop inside the service area is already part of the hourly rate, however many you make.
Count passengers and bags and the vehicle follows: the SUV for up to 5 with luggage, the vans for 6-9 or 10-14. There is no splitting a group across cars.
Up to 12 hours before the pickup you can adjust the reservation: add hours to the block, update the passenger count or luggage, request a child seat, or set a new start time on the same day. No. A 50% deposit holds the chauffeur and the hours when you book online, and the other half goes to your chauffeur on the day, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. International cards are welcome, and we answer on WhatsApp in English, Spanish and Portuguese if you have a question first.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Details such as an extra passenger, a child seat or your first stop can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to chauffeur availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm your hours.
Nothing complicated. If you want to keep the car past your booked hours, simply arrange the extra time directly with your chauffeur on the day, at the same hourly rate as your booking. Most drivers can stay on when their schedule allows, so mention it early in the day if you can.
