The 5-hour minimum applies to every class, and you can book from five to fifteen hours. The three standard classes are listed under this paragraph; the Platinum SUV, an Escalade or Navigator class vehicle for up to five passengers, is an upgrade on request at $140 per hour.

If you would rather settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout. Should the evening run long, extra hours are arranged directly with your chauffeur at the same hourly rate. Finishing early is fine, but it does not shorten the 5-hour minimum: five hours is the smallest block sold.
Late starts are welcome, and only the pickup time matters: when the pickup falls between 9 PM and 7 AM, a flat $20 night fee is added, the same for the SUV, the van and the van XL. Children ride safely too: the first child seat or booster is included when you request it at booking, and each additional one is $20. Stops need no extra line on the bill, since every stop inside the service area is already part of the hourly rate, however many you make.
A full-size suitcase per passenger fits the SUV with five aboard; groups of six or more move to a van sized 6-9 or 10-14 with the cargo space to match.
Details can be adjusted up to 12 hours before the pickup: add an hour or two to the block, change the passenger count, request a child seat or move the start time within the same day. Added hours are billed at the same hourly rate as the original block. The date itself is fixed once booked and does not move to another day, so double-check it before you pay. On the day, any extra time beyond the booked hours is simply arranged with your chauffeur.

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Details such as an extra passenger, a child seat or your first stop can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
