From $585 per vehicle for a private, one-way ride from Port of Miami to Taft, met at the terminal curb and driven to the door.
The number below is per vehicle, fixed at the time you reserve, so the entire cruise party rides for a single amount regardless of season, traffic, or a delayed ship:
Port of Miami processes arriving guests through the same customs and baggage steps an airport uses, and the driver works around that pace. As you step outside with your bags, a car is waiting at the curb for your group, and the meet and greet is built into the booking. Prefer to be found by a printed name sign? That can be set up ahead for an extra $20. Send a WhatsApp note the second you step off the gangway so the vehicle is positioned where you come out, and the door-to-door leg starts with nothing to arrange again.
Terminals screen arriving guests much as an airport does, and enrollment in a program like Global Entry can move one member past the officer line while others in the party are still waiting. When a group is mixed that way, agree on a place to gather once everyone is through screening rather than expecting the whole party at the curb in the same minute. Let the driver know how the numbers break down, and the pickup is paced to whoever clears last.
One private vehicle, booked in advance and sized to your headcount, keeps the whole thing simple. Send the ship, the sailing date, and the terminal over WhatsApp or the website, and everything is set before you dock. There is no queue for a ticket and no van shared with strangers, since the car holds your group alone on the one-way run to Taft. Give a single street address and the driver heads there directly, whether you are pushing inland after the cruise or circling back to catch a sailing.
Three private sizes handle nearly any cruise group; which one fits comes down to headcount and the pile of bags leaving the ship:
Taft is where the trip ends, and the drop is at the precise address you give, not some shared curb, so there is no extra hop once you leave the port. House, office, short-term rental, or wherever you are staying the week, pass the street address through WhatsApp and the ride finishes at that exact door. Heading home later, the same Taft address is where the driver collects your group for the run back to board. Send along a gate code or unit number early so neither end of the trip stalls at a barrier.
The fare is charged per vehicle for the whole group, never per person, and it clears in two parts. Booking is held with a 50% deposit up front, and the balance is handed to the driver on trip day. Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp or the website. A round trip runs at exactly twice the one-way fare, with both legs held on a single reservation, so the ride back to the terminal is locked in before you sail. The driver’s name, vehicle, and plate arrive by text the day before.
Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. Step outside those hours and a modest night fee lands on the Black SUV, $20 when the pickup sits inside Miami-Dade or Broward County and $50 once you go past them, which keeps a driver ready for very early boardings or late-night arrivals. Need a quick detour en route? Added stops are $45 for every 30 minutes, settled beforehand. On Port of Miami trips a child seat runs $15; note the child’s age and how many seats are needed at booking so it is fitted ahead of time.
A single vehicle is set aside for your group, which cuts out sharing the ride or standing around for strangers at a crowded port. The price is settled at booking and holds through rush hour, high demand, or a ship that comes in late. Message a real person on WhatsApp to arrange the pickup or move the time before the day arrives. Each cruise bag is loaded and unloaded by the driver, so no family or larger group is dragging luggage across the curb. And the timing is built around the sailing, with pickup keyed to disembarkation and drop-off to your address on one straight, one-way drive.
Nothing shifts on your end. The ship’s real arrival is tracked, and a late berthing simply moves the pickup later at no charge. You never re-book or pay twice; the held vehicle sits ready for the moment you actually step off, fare unchanged.
Yes. It is a door-to-door service, so the destination is a house, an office, or whatever entrance you specify rather than a set point. Give the full street address plus any gate code or unit note through WhatsApp at the time of booking. On the way back, that same spot is where the return to the terminal begins.
Per vehicle, always. The whole group rides for the one flat figure shown above, whether that is a couple in the Black SUV or a full fourteen in the biggest van. Filling every seat up to the limit never lifts the fare, which makes a larger cruise party especially good value.
Yes, with a heads-up. On Port of Miami bookings a child seat is $15, and it helps to send the child’s age and the number of seats at reservation so the right setup is fitted before pickup. Small pets are welcome too, riding in a carrier, as long as you flag them ahead on WhatsApp.
A round trip locks both your arrival ride and your return into one reservation, priced at exactly twice the one-way. The same private vehicle class covers both directions, and there is no second pickup to arrange later. For cruise travelers that means the ride back to the terminal, or onward to a flight home, is settled before you sail.
Lock in your private ride between the cruise terminal and Taft now. Send the ship, sailing date, group size, and street address on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748, and the vehicle, driver, and pickup time come back confirmed, with those details sent by text the day ahead of your sailing. Booking well ahead makes the smoothest cruise day easy to plan.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
My partner and I came down the gangway at PortMiami and had a private car there for us to take us to Taft. There was a courtesy waiting window from the agreed time, so we never had to rush off the ship. We had the driver’s details ahead of time, so there was nothing to worry about at the terminal.
We cruised with a big crew and wanted the whole group in one private ride to Taft after disembarking. Booking was simple, we got clear pickup details, and everything lined up perfectly.
Con los pequeños, coordinar un auto privado de la puerto a Taft significó nada que resolver la mañana del desembarque. La noche anterior recibimos un mensaje con el nombre del conductor y la placa, así que no había duda de cuál auto era el nuestro al salir.
The perfect end to the cruise — handled from the curb to the door. We’ve already saved them for our next cruise out of PortMiami.
