From $280 per vehicle: a private one-way ride from Port of Miami to Plantation Mobile Home Park, door to door.
Each fare below is the price for the whole vehicle, set when you book and unmoved by traffic or the crowds of a busy disembarkation morning. Choose the size that matches your party and cruise luggage.
Step off the ship, clear the terminal, and walk out with your bags — the private car is already waiting curbside where cruise passengers exit. Meet-and-greet comes with every booking, so there is no lot to search and no rideshare line to join, and the service runs around the clock, year-round. Thirty minutes of courtesy waiting is built in starting at the booked pickup time, which covers the usual gap between docking and clearing customs. Would you rather be greeted by name? A printed name sign can be added for $20 when you ask on WhatsApp before the sailing.
Out of the port it is a straight shot across the Miami area into Broward County, the driver picking the quickest reasonable roads that day. Light traffic makes the trip brisk; on hectic mornings, when several ships empty together and the streets around PortMiami clog, the same drive runs longer. The price never follows the clock, since it is fixed before you sail. The driver also tracks the ship’s real docking and clearance, so a slow release simply nudges the pickup later without adding to the fare.
Set in Broward County just west of Fort Lauderdale and close to the city of Plantation, Plantation Mobile Home Park is a manufactured-home neighborhood of quiet residential streets — a lived-in place, not a tourist strip. After a week at sea it makes a calm spot to land, and it fits cruisers heading home, visiting relatives, or wanting a base away from the crowds of the cruise district. Day-to-day needs sit close at hand — grocery stores, casual restaurants, and pharmacies — while the shopping, beaches, and wider attractions of greater Fort Lauderdale stay within reach for anyone stretching the stay.
Manufactured-home neighborhoods tend to have tight internal roads — slimmer than a normal street, frequently lined with parked cars, and dotted with corners a long van cannot swing around twice. Include the lot or unit number in the booking, along with the community office’s street address if the park has one. Those two details let the driver pull in a single time, reach the correct home, and set your bags down there, instead of backing a full-size vehicle out of a cramped dead end.
The price is per vehicle, never per person, so a couple and a full van each pay only the single flat rate shown above. A deposit of 50% locks the reservation over WhatsApp or the website — by Zelle, Venmo, or a secure payment link — and the other half goes to the driver on the day of the trip. Fares are quoted one-way; a round trip to and from PortMiami is the one-way rate doubled, and booking both legs together keeps one driver across your dates.
Fuel, tolls, and SunPass charges are already folded into the fare, and the driver loads and unloads every bag at both ends. Drivers speak English along with Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps pickup coordination easy for families arriving from abroad. Child seats add $15 each, so send the ages and the number of seats when you book. An extra stop arranged ahead of time runs $45 for every 30 minutes, and small pets can ride with a heads-up on WhatsApp when they travel in a carrier.
Daytime service runs from 7 AM to 9 PM with no surcharge. Because Plantation Mobile Home Park sits inside the Miami-Dade and Broward area, a Black SUV pickup outside that window adds a flat $20, while the larger vans add 10% over the trip. The night fee is shown up front, so nothing surprises you at the curb, and the flat structure holds whatever hour your ship docks.
The rate is charged per vehicle, so the entire party rides for the single price shown above — whether that means a couple or a full fourteen. Nothing is added per head. A round trip is the one-way fare doubled, and the only routine extra is a pickup outside 7 AM to 9 PM.
Yes. The driver keeps an eye on both the ship’s posted and real arrival times, so a late dock or a long customs line only re-times the pickup. The flat fare stays put and the vehicle is held for your party. You will not lose the ride because the ship released passengers behind schedule.
Yes. Child seats are available at $15 each, so note the ages of the little ones and how many seats you need when booking. Sharing that early lets the driver arrive already set up for your family. Add the request on WhatsApp before the sailing.
Every tier has real room for cruise bags — plan on roughly a checked bag and a carry-on for each traveler. Traveling with oversized or extra luggage? Send a message on WhatsApp before the trip so the driver can confirm the space or move you to a larger van. Everything rides with the group, not in a separate vehicle.
Reserving 24 or more hours before pickup secures the vehicle, and requests with less notice are looked at case by case. A text the day before the trip brings the driver’s name and license plate. Include the drop-off address when you reach out so the timing is set from the start.
Send your ship name, sailing date, party size, and the Plantation Mobile Home Park address — with the lot or unit number — on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748, and the vehicle and driver are confirmed for your date. Book at least 24 hours ahead for the widest choice of pickup times.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
The two of us set up a private transfer for after the cruise so we wouldn’t hunt for a ride on the way to Plantation Mobile Home Park. The fare was locked in at booking, no surge because the port was slammed.
First time cruising on my own out of PortMiami, and having a private car ready at the curb for the trip to Plantation Mobile Home Park could not have been smoother.
Con los pequeños, reservar un auto privado de la terminal a Plantation Mobile Home Park significó nada de correr la mañana del desembarque. El conductor se ocupó de las valijas para que no tuviéramos que cargar nada.
Getting all of us off the ship and out to Plantation Mobile Home Park is usually a headache, but one pre-booked private van made it effortless. There was a courtesy waiting window from the agreed time, so we never had to rush to gather the bags. The fare was fixed when we booked, no surge because the port was slammed. Made getting off the ship so easy.
Viajando con la familia, reservamos una van privada para que nos esperara en la terminal y llevara a todos a Plantation Mobile Home Park. Sinceramente la parte más fácil del viaje — el puerto quedó totalmente resuelto.
