From $230 per vehicle — a private one-way ride from Port of Miami to the village of Golf in Palm Beach County, flat rate, driver at the pier.
Every fare is charged per vehicle, not per head, so the whole party rides for one figure that is fixed the moment you book — no meter and no peak-time bump.
Once your ship clears and you step off at PortMiami, the driver is already waiting at the terminal curb for your group. Meet-and-greet at the pier is part of the ride, so someone is there to help with the cruise bags as you come out of the building. We follow the vessel’s actual arrival, which means a slow customs hall or a late berth simply shifts the pickup — the fare never moves with it. If you’d rather the driver stand with a printed name-sign, that add-on runs $20. The driver’s name, the vehicle and the plate reach you by text the day before you sail in, so nobody hunts a crowded curb for a stranger.
The cleanest way from Port of Miami up to Golf is one reserved private vehicle carrying your party alone — no pooling, no strangers, no side stops to gather other travelers. Couples and small families take the black SUV for up to five, while larger groups spread into a van for six to nine or the bigger cabin for ten to fourteen. Reserve over WhatsApp or the site at least a day ahead with your ship, sailing date, group size and Golf address, and the vehicle and flat rate come back confirmed. Requests under 24 hours are reviewed by hand, though a car cannot be promised, and a booked pickup can shift with a day’s notice.
Golf is a small incorporated village set inside Palm Beach County, built around a private country-club community of trimmed lawns, quiet lanes and understated homes. It stays residential to the core, so most arrivals treat it as a calm base and drift into the neighboring towns for restaurants, the shoreline and a day out. Boynton Beach and Delray Beach sit close by with the bulk of the area’s lodging and dining, and the wider Palm Beach coast with its Atlantic beaches is within easy reach. You can read about the community on the Village of Golf official site. Wherever your address sits inside the village, the drop-off is door-to-door, right to the entrance.
The run from Port of Miami to Golf is a longer regional haul north along the South Florida coast rather than a quick hop across town, so plan for real highway time. How long it takes leans on when you travel: a disembarkation morning, when several ships empty at once, clogs the streets around the cruise terminals and drags the opening stretch, while a midday or early-afternoon start tends to move more freely. Because the pickup is timed to the moment you actually reach the curb, you are not left waiting on a guessed slot. Whatever the road does, the price you agreed to holds — heavy traffic never adds to it. On a drive of this length, a brief comfort stop can be set up ahead of time if the group wants one.
Because Golf is built around a guarded private community, the entrance is staffed and every arrival is checked in before the barrier lifts. Ask your host to phone the passenger’s name to the gate ahead of the pickup date, and put the community name plus any gate-pass detail on the reservation. That keeps the car rolling straight through rather than idling at the guardhouse while someone inside tries a phone still set to airplane mode.
A trip starting on the Miami side confirms with a 50% deposit at booking, and the balance goes to the driver on the day, cash accepted. Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle or a secure link over WhatsApp. Every quote is one-way and per vehicle, and a round trip is simply the one-way figure doubled, booked together so one driver covers both legs. Tolls, SunPass and fuel already sit inside the fare. A child seat adds $15 on a Port of Miami pickup, and an added stop along the way is billed at $45 per half hour. None of this shifts the base number you were quoted.
Daytime service runs from 7 AM to 9 PM with nothing added. A ride that falls outside those hours brings a night fee on the SUV — $20 when the trip stays within Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 once it runs beyond them, as a Palm Beach County stop like Golf does.
Send a message on WhatsApp or book through the website with your ship name, sailing date, party size and the Golf drop-off address. We confirm the vehicle and hold the flat rate. The day before you arrive, the driver’s name, the vehicle and the plate come through by text with the pickup notes.
The figure is per vehicle, never per passenger. Whether the SUV carries two people or a full five, the party rides for the single rate listed above, and nothing is added for group size within a vehicle’s limit. A round trip is that one-way rate doubled.
The service is door-to-door, so the driver takes you to the exact address inside Golf, right up to the community entrance. Many visitors stay in nearby Boynton Beach or Delray Beach, where lodging is more plentiful; either way the ride ends at whatever address you give.
Small pets are welcome with a heads-up on WhatsApp, riding in a proper carrier. Mention it when you book so the driver and vehicle are ready, and your pet travels beside the group in the same private car through to Golf.
The driver follows the ship’s arrival and disembarkation, so a late berth simply re-times the pickup at no extra cost — there is nothing to re-book. The fare and the vehicle stay exactly as arranged while your group clears the terminal.
Lock in your private one-way transfer to or from Golf now. Send your ship name, sailing date, group size and Golf address over WhatsApp, and the vehicle, driver and flat rate come back confirmed. Book at least a day ahead for the smoothest cruise-morning pickup, and flag any extra bags, child seats or a small pet when you write. Reach us on WhatsApp or call 786-682-8748.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
I was sailing solo and set up a private car to meet me at the terminal curb after the ship docked, then run me straight to Golf. The SUV was clean, cool, and comfortable, and the AC was perfect after the ship.
Los dos reservamos un traslado privado para después del crucero para no lidiar con el gentío del puerto rumbo a Golf.
All of us came off the ship at once and it was a relief to have one private van ready at the curb for the ride to Golf — no splitting up. It was just our party in the car — no one else’s stops — which was so much nicer than piling in with strangers. The SUV was clean, cool, and comfortable, and the AC was perfect after the ship.
My partner and I had a great sailing and capped it off with a private car ready at the curb to run us out to Golf — not a worry at the terminal. The ride to Golf was easy the whole way, climate-controlled, and we could just relax after the cruise. It was only our group in the car — nobody else to wait on — which was a relief after a week aboard.
