From $580 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from Port of Miami to Bithlo — cruise-terminal pickup, door-to-door in an SUV or van.
The fare covers the whole vehicle, not a single seat, so one flat price carries your cruise party for the entire run. It locks the moment you reserve and never moves for traffic or the day you sail.
When the ship clears and you roll off with your bags, the driver is already curbside at the cruise terminal. In the baggage hall, checked cases are laid out by tag color, and a red-cap porter with a cart can wheel a family’s pile to the curb for a tip if pushing your own feels like too much. That curb is the hand-off point. Meet-and-greet is part of every booking; want the driver holding a name sign right at the door? Add it when you reserve for a $40 charge. Pass along the ship and terminal early so the pickup slots into your true off-time.
Set on the eastern flank of greater Orlando, Bithlo is a low-key, semi-rural spot where housing tracts give way to open country lanes and wide horizons. Instead of coastal towers you get green acreage and an unhurried pace. From the cruise terminal the run climbs north up the state, mostly on Florida’s Turnpike, and finishes at whatever address you send — a vacation house, a family member’s doorstep, or a room in one of the east-Orlando suburbs nearby.
Expect a multi-hour interstate stretch up the peninsula, not a short crosstown hop — the town lies a long way inland, up toward the eastern edge of greater Orlando. No single drive-time number is promised here, since a debarkation day shifts with how many vessels empty at the same hour and how clear the northbound lanes happen to be. Leave mid-morning on a quieter sailing date and the miles tend to pass evenly; a packed multi-ship morning or a long holiday weekend stretches things, and the driver reads traffic live to find the open lanes.
The visitor draw here is the local community park, with ball fields, courts, and broad open lawn — space for a family to move around and unwind after a week aboard. Details on the grounds sit on the county’s Bithlo Community Park page and in Visit Orlando’s park listing. Past the town line, the broader east-Orlando area reaches toward the theme parks and shopping the region is known for. Since the town itself is small and mostly residential, plenty of cruise guests stay in the neighboring suburbs and just give the driver the precise address, which spares them any search for parking or transfers.
Choose by headcount and luggage, knowing every option is reserved for your party alone. Up to five travelers with cruise bags fit the black SUV. Six to nine take the mid-size van, and ten to fourteen ride the larger one — handy for an extended family or two cabins moving together. All three run on one flat, per-vehicle price, so filling a bigger van simply divides the total among more riders. Traveling with a lot of luggage? Move up a size; drop a bag count in your message and the correct class is set aside ahead of trip day.
Booking runs through a real person on WhatsApp rather than an app queue. A 50% deposit confirms your vehicle and date, and the balance is handed to the driver on the day itself — cash accepted when the pickup begins at the port. Pricing is one-way by default; a round trip is just two of those, and booking both directions at once keeps a matching vehicle waiting for the ride back to the terminal. Reserve at least 24 hours out so a driver can be assigned to your run.
Daytime service runs from 7 AM to 9 PM with no add-on. Outside that window an SUV adds $20 for a pickup that stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward, or $50 for a run reaching well beyond those counties like this one; vans add ten percent after hours. A child seat is $15 on a Port of Miami booking, so note how many you need when you reserve. Want an unscheduled stop on the way north? Extra time is billed at $45 per half hour. Each passenger’s fare includes one checked bag and one carry-on, with room for cruise luggage in every vehicle.
Every booking is fully private — the SUV or van carries only your party, with no strangers and no side pickups along the way. From the terminal curb to your door, the vehicle stays yours for the whole run north. It is the easiest choice for a family that walks off the ship worn out and loaded down with bags.
The driver follows your ship’s arrival and shifts the pickup for you at no charge, so a slow walk-off won’t cost you the car or an added fee. Pass along the ship and sail date at booking, and the schedule bends to your true off-time. Watching the arrival board comes standard on every cruise-port run here.
Yes — the private vehicle can continue from the port to Miami International or Fort Lauderdale as a door-to-door drop. Share the flight details when you reserve and the driver paces the trip to it. Pickups start at the port, and drops to other airports or cities are part of the service.
Reserve at least 24 hours before you sail home so a driver and vehicle can be locked to your date; earlier is wiser on busy multi-ship weekends. Send your group size and bag count with the booking so the right class is set aside. A day’s notice gives the smoothest hand-off on disembarkation morning.
Lock your private one-way ride from Port of Miami to Bithlo with a message. Send the ship, sail date, terminal, headcount, and how many bags you’re bringing, and the vehicle and driver come back confirmed. Reach the team on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
After a long week at sea, having the ride already handled to Bithlo was such a relief. We got a clear confirmation, so there was nothing to worry about at the terminal.
Cruising with the family, we wanted the port end handled, so a private van waiting at the terminal Bithlo was perfect. The kids crashed in the car after the cruise, and getting straight to Bithlo without a scramble at the port was a relief.
My husband and I had a wonderful cruise and capped it off with a private car ready at the curb to run us out to Bithlo — not a worry at the terminal. There was a thirty-minute cushion from the agreed time, so we never had to rush to gather the bags.
After our sailing, my husband and I weren’t going to gamble on a ride at the terminal, so we pre-booked a private car to Bithlo. The ride to Bithlo was easy the whole way, cool and comfortable, and we could just relax after the cruise.
We cruised as a group and wanted all of us and the bags in one private ride to Bithlo after disembarking. The fare was fixed when we booked, no surprise on a busy disembarkation morning.
