From $665 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to Winter Garden, flat-rate and door to door up Florida’s Turnpike.
Each line below is the whole-vehicle price, not a per-seat charge, and it stays fixed from the moment you book until you reach the door — traffic and the time of day never move it.
Your driver waits at the ground-floor arrivals curb, down by the baggage carousels — not the upper deck of check-in counters, which handles departures only. If the crowd carries you upstairs to the outbound signage, come back down one level and text the exact door you are standing beside. The night before, a short message brings the driver’s name, the vehicle description, and the license plate. Since your inbound flight is tracked, an early or delayed landing simply re-schedules the meeting at no additional charge, and the built-in wait runs two hours after an international arrival and one hour after a domestic one. That curbside greeting is part of the fare; if you would rather be met inside the terminal holding a name sign, add that option for $40.
Winter Garden sits in west Orange County, on the western side of the Orlando metro. Its pull is a restored historic core: brick-paved streets, the Plant Street district’s independent restaurants and craft breweries, and a weekend farmers market that fills the downtown. The paved West Orange Trail runs right through, popular with cyclists and walkers alike. The mood is low-key and residential rather than high-rise, which makes the town a calm home base for reaching Central Florida’s bigger attractions. For an official overview, the City of Winter Garden website has more.
The trip covers about 241.7 miles (389 km) and takes roughly 234 to 237 minutes from curb to doorstep — near enough to four hours. Most of that is open highway: the route climbs north out of Miami on Florida’s Turnpike, so once you clear the metro the traffic has little say in the timing. Off-peak departures sit at the low end of that window, while a rush-hour start out of the city pushes toward the high end. A midday or early-morning departure keeps the drive steady and easy to plan around a check-in or a dinner reservation.
Every booking is private. The SUV or van carries your group alone, with no sharing with other parties and no side trips to gather extra riders. Choose the vehicle by headcount: the black SUV takes up to five travelers with luggage, one van seats six to nine, and the largest van holds ten to fourteen. The fixed rate is set the instant you reserve, so the hour you travel and the demand around it never change the number. A bilingual driver — English, with Spanish or Portuguese — loads and unloads the bags at both ends and keeps an onboard hotspot going for WiFi across the long haul north.
Reserve at least a day ahead to hold your preferred pickup time; shorter notice is reviewed case by case. Pay by Zelle, Venmo, or a secure link. A 50% deposit holds the reservation, and the balance goes to the driver when you travel. The figure is charged per vehicle, never per head, so a full SUV simply splits one fare among everyone aboard. Pricing is one-way, which means a round trip is that one-way fare doubled, with the same vehicle returning you to MIA; book both legs at once and a single driver and pickup time cover the way back.
The flat rate already covers tolls, SunPass, and fuel, so nothing is tacked on at the end, and it includes the onboard WiFi plus the driver’s help with luggage at pickup and drop-off. A standard curbside meet-and-greet comes with the ride; the terminal name sign is the $40 add noted above. A child seat is $20 when you need one, so request it while booking. If you want to break the direct route for an errand or a bite to eat, extra stops run $45 per 30 minutes. Small pets are welcome in a carrier when you flag them on WhatsApp beforehand.
Standard service hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM. A pickup set outside that window adds a night fee on the SUV — $20 when the trip stays inside Miami-Dade and Broward, and $50 for anywhere beyond those two counties, which is the tier that applies to a Central Florida run like this one. The vans carry a 10% after-hours charge over the fare instead. Everything else holds steady, day or night: the flat per-vehicle price, the private vehicle, and the flight tracking do not change.
Nothing extra is needed from you. The driver keeps an eye on your inbound flight and slides the pickup to match, at no added cost. Since the included wait is two hours on an international arrival and one hour on a domestic one, a slow customs line or a delayed landing still lands inside the covered window.
Yes. Every trip starts at MIA or PortMiami, and the same private car can take you the rest of the way to Orlando International Airport (MCO) for the drop. The reverse works too — a pickup on the Winter Garden side running back toward MCO — set up in advance with the price locked when you book.
Yes. Drop-offs to Orlando Sanford (SFB), Melbourne (MLB), and Daytona Beach (DAB) are all available from the Miami or the Winter Garden end. Pickups themselves still start only at MIA or PortMiami, so send your onward airport over WhatsApp and the private vehicle and price get confirmed for that leg.
Plan on one checked suitcase plus one carry-on per traveler, with the driver handling the loading at both ends. If you are bringing extra or oversized pieces, send a WhatsApp note first and the room gets confirmed or you move up to a larger van. Read it as a guideline rather than a hard cap.
Cancel 24 or more hours before pickup and you get a full refund. Inside that 24-hour window the booking is non-refundable. You can also move it to another time with a day or more of notice, subject to availability — just send a WhatsApp message to shift the slot.
Send your flight details, group size, and drop-off address to lock the vehicle, fare, and driver for your date. Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 to book your private, one-way ride between MIA and Winter Garden.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
My partner and I didn’t want to deal with the airport taxi chaos, so we pre-booked a ride out to Winter Garden.
Clean car, easy pickup, and a driver who knew exactly how to get to Winter Garden. Would book again.
My wife and I wanted to skip the airport taxi chaos, so we pre-booked a ride out to Winter Garden. We were in town to visit relatives in Winter Garden, and starting the trip this easy meant a lot. They kept an eye on the flight, so even though we got in late, the car was right there.
