From $125 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood.
The rate is set per vehicle and fixed the moment you reserve, so a couple and a full van each ride for one flat figure that traffic and time of day never move. Pick the size that matches your group and its luggage.
Pickup sits right at the terminal curb. The driver follows your inbound flight and is standing by as you step outside with your bags, so there is no remote lot to hunt down and no app to open. A curbside meet-and-greet comes with the booking; if you would rather be met inside arrivals with a name sign held for your party, add that for $20 when you reserve. The exact meeting spot and the driver details reach you over WhatsApp before wheels-down, and the flight number on the reservation is all that is needed to time the pickup around your landing.
The Diplomat Beach Resort fronts the Atlantic directly, sand spread across its doorstep, with several pools, a full spa, and a run of restaurants that stretch from poolside plates to sit-down dinners. The grounds are built to handle quiet getaways and large gatherings alike, pairing beach hours with conference and event space. Most guests lean into the shoreline rather than a packed downtown schedule — swim, lounge, eat, repeat. Room types and current amenities live on the property’s official Hilton listing, while rooms can be browsed on its own website.
The address to give is South Ocean Drive over in Hollywood, up within Broward County — past the Miami-Dade county boundary and apart from the similarly named high-rises a search box tends to surface first. Putting Hollywood, FL on your arrival form and in the booking note is what lets the address land on the first try. The last minutes of the trip drop off the expressway and cross onto the barrier island the resort occupies, the only stretch that runs on ordinary streets instead of a toll road.
Count on roughly 29 minutes when the roads are clear, stretching toward 31 at the busiest hours, over a span of 10.7 miles — near 17.2 kilometers. The path leans on the Dolphin Expressway, SR-836, a tolled route that funnels airport traffic toward the coast while sidestepping most surface-street signals. Middays flow best, while the morning and evening rushes explain the short climb toward the higher figure. Because the fare is set before you travel, a slow afternoon adds nothing to the cost, and departure pickups get a built-in buffer so even a hectic day leaves margin for check-in at the Diplomat Beach Resort.
The number you book is the number you pay. Tolls on the Dolphin Expressway, SunPass charges, and fuel already sit inside the fare, so nothing changes hands with the driver on the road. Each ride comes with a driver who handles English along with Spanish or Portuguese, plus onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot. A child seat is $20; note the ages and how many you need at booking and they are fitted before the driver reaches the curb. Small pets travel with advance word on WhatsApp and a pet carrier. Desire an added stop along the way? That runs $45 per 30 minutes, arranged ahead of time.
Booking holds with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% goes to the driver on the day you travel. Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link all work for the upfront half. Pricing is one-way by default; a round trip runs at twice that one-way figure, and reserving both legs together keeps the same vehicle for your return to MIA. The figure is charged per vehicle, never per seat, so adding passengers up to a tier’s capacity leaves the total right where it started.
Daytime service runs 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM with no add-on. A trip that begins outside that window carries a modest after-hours charge, scaled by vehicle size:
Every booking stays private the whole way, from the airport curbside through to the resort’s front door. The SUV or van is held for your party alone — no pooling, no other passengers, and no detours to collect strangers. You roll away from MIA once the whole party is loaded and head straight up the coast.
The pickup shifts on its own at no cost. The driver follows your flight in real time and is in place whenever you actually clear the terminal, and the locked fare does not move for a delay. Leave the flight number on the booking and nothing needs rebooking or renegotiating at the curb.
Yes. Book the return alongside the outbound leg and the same private vehicle handles the trip back to the airport, timed to your departure flight with a traffic buffer. The return simply doubles the one-way rate. Runs out to other airports, seaports, or cities can be arranged the same way — just name both ends when you reserve.
No — the service is door-to-door transfers, not parking. That removes the daily garage rates and the long haul from a distant lot with your bags. You are dropped at the terminal on the way out and collected curbside on the return instead, which for many groups lands near what extended parking would have cost.
Figure a checked bag and a carry-on for each passenger, with the SUV or van sized to your group’s load. Traveling with extra or oversized bags? Send a note on WhatsApp beforehand and the space is confirmed or sized up to a larger van. It is settled before travel day, never at the curb.
Ready to lock in your private ride to or from MIA and the Diplomat Beach Resort? Call or message 786-682-8748, the same number on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748. Share your flight number, landing time, headcount, and where you are headed, and the matched vehicle plus its flat fare come back to you in writing.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
The two of us landed at MIA for a getaway and had a driver waiting the moment we came out of baggage claim. The car was clean, cool, and comfortable, a nice relief in the Miami heat.
The two of us flew into Miami for vacation and had a driver waiting the moment we reached arrivals. The driver was happy to speak English or Spanish, which made sorting out the details that much easier. The fare was fixed and agreed up front — no meter, no surprises, which we really appreciated after traveling. Highly recommend.
For an easy arrival, my wife and I booked this to get from MIA straight to the Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton. Our flight was delayed and the driver was still there waiting — no extra charge, nothing to sort out.
We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we set up a private car from the airport to the Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton. They tracked the landing, so even though we got in behind schedule, the car was right there. With the kids along, it helped that the driver was so easygoing and the van had room for all our stuff.
After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — so glad we pre-arranged the transfer to the Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton. They kept an eye on the flight, so even though we landed late, the car was ready and waiting.
