From $600 per vehicle, this private one-way ride runs from MIA to Pine Hills, flat rate, door to door.
Every price below is the total for the whole vehicle, fixed the moment you reserve. Traffic on Florida’s Turnpike, the season, or the hour of day never moves it, and the figure covers your entire party rather than each seat.
Curbside pickup comes with the fare. Your driver keeps tabs on the flight as it comes in and stands ready outside the terminal the moment you walk out with your bags, set to load them and start north. The evening before travel, a text brings the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate, plus exactly where to stand at MIA. Would you rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign? That in-terminal greeting is an optional add-on of $40.
Pine Hills is a large, long-established suburban community in Orange County, set just west of downtown Orlando. It reads as mostly residential: quiet streets threaded by commercial corridors of shops, family restaurants, and everyday errands rather than a single visitor strip. The neighborhood sits inside the wider Orlando metro, so the theme parks, stadiums, and convention halls that pull people to Central Florida stay close, while the neighborhood itself keeps a calmer, lived-in feel. For local resources and updates, the Pine Hills community council and the Orange County improvement district both keep information current. Whether the trip is for family, a move, or business across the region, the ride ends at your exact address rather than a distant terminal.
Plan on roughly 235 to 239 minutes from door to door — close to four hours across the full 241.8 miles (389.2 km). Most of that distance runs north on Florida’s Turnpike, leaving Miami International Airport behind and climbing into Orange County. The lower figure fits a clear, off-peak departure; the higher one absorbs the heavier traffic of a busy afternoon or evening. Because the rate is fixed per vehicle, a slow stretch only moves the clock, never the price. On a haul this long, one short stop for a restroom or a coffee can be arranged along the way if the group wants it, and your driver builds the pickup around the flight’s real landing rather than a guess.
Three private tiers cover the route, and each is held for your party alone — no pooling, no strangers.
A Miami-side booking holds with a 50% deposit, and the remaining half goes to your driver on the day of travel, cash accepted. You settle up by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link. The charge is per vehicle for the whole group, never per head, and a round trip is simply twice the one-way fare, with the same vehicle bringing you back to MIA.
Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. A trip that begins outside that window adds a night fee tied to the vehicle and how far the ride reaches. For the SUV, that fee is $20 when the trip stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 once it crosses beyond those two counties — which a run out to Orange County does — so an after-hours SUV pickup on this route sits in the higher tier.
The flat rate already carries the whole point-to-point ride, with tolls, SunPass, and fuel folded in, so nothing new appears once the drive is done. A bilingual driver, live flight tracking, curbside pickup, and onboard WiFi over a mobile hotspot come as standard, and sealed bottled water rides along for the long trip north. Past that, a child seat runs $20 each, and an added stop en route is billed at $45 per 30 minutes. Small pets can ride along too, given a heads-up on WhatsApp and a carrier for the journey, so flag it at booking and the driver will expect them.
Yes — every ride is fully private. The SUV or van carries only your group from the MIA curb to your Pine Hills address, with no pooling and no stops to collect strangers. From the airport to the door, the vehicle belongs to your party for the whole run north.
Your driver watches the flight and shifts the pickup at no charge if you touch down early or behind schedule. Waiting time is built in — two hours after an international arrival, one hour after a domestic one — so a delay never forces a re-booking or a scramble for a ride at the curb.
Reserve 24 hours or more before pickup for confirmed availability; shorter-notice requests still get a manual review. A booked time can be shifted with a day’s notice, subject to availability. Cancel 24 hours or more ahead for a full refund; inside that window the booking is non-refundable.
The standard allowance is one checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger, so a full SUV or van handles a whole group’s usual travel luggage. Bringing oversized or extra bags? Message on WhatsApp before the trip so the driver can check the space or bump you to a bigger van.
A child seat is $20 each and can be added at booking — just note how many and the ages. Traveling with a party larger than a single van holds? Message ahead and a second vehicle can be arranged so everyone reaches Pine Hills together.
Ready to lock your MIA to Pine Hills ride? Send your flight number, arrival time, passenger count, and your drop-off address, and the vehicle and flat rate come back confirmed, with the driver’s name and plate texted the day before. Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 — the earlier you book, the easier it is to hold your preferred time.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Traveling with the kids, I did NOT want to wrangle a taxi at MIA, so I booked a private van out to Pine Hills. Landing after midnight into Pine Hills, it was a huge comfort to have a private car already waiting instead of a taxi gamble.
Getting a big group out of MIA and over to Pine Hills is usually a headache — a pre-booked van made it effortless. There was plenty of room for the whole group and all our luggage in one van out to Pine Hills.
We flew into Miami with the kids tired after the flight to stay in Pine Hills, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. We were in town to see family in Pine Hills, and starting the trip this easy was great.
Our group of friends booked one van straight from the airport to Pine Hills, and it was so easy. There was space to spare for the whole group and everyone’s bags in one van out to Pine Hills. Landing late at night into Pine Hills, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of hunting for a ride.
