From $335 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort at one flat, locked rate.
Each figure is the price for the whole vehicle, not per seat, and it is fixed the moment you book — neither traffic nor demand can move it. Select the tier that matches your group; the black SUV leads the list.
Your driver follows the inbound flight and is standing curbside as you walk out of the terminal, so a slow customs hall or a last-minute gate change never leaves you searching. That curb meet and greet is part of every ride at no charge. If you would rather be found inside by baggage claim next to someone holding your name, a name-sign pickup is a $20 add-on you request when you reserve. There is no app pin to share and no rideshare lot to comb — send the flight number, and the pickup is built around when your plane truly lands.
By road the resort sits 102.4 miles from MIA, a run of roughly 127 minutes in light traffic and about 132 when the city is busy, measured door to door. The way out of Miami heads southwest on Southwest 8th Street, then joins US-41 for the long, flat crossing of the peninsula toward the Gulf coast. Your real arrival still turns on which terminal you land at, how fast the bags clear the carousel, and the day’s weather — which is why the pickup floats with your flight instead of a rigid clock. On a drive past the two-hour mark, having the vehicle to yourselves means climate control and space to talk, rest, or work the whole way out.
The resort fronts the sand on Marco Island, the largest of the Ten Thousand Islands strung along Florida’s southwest Gulf coast. This is barrier-island country — pale sand, warm shallow water, palms, and low-rise condominiums, with marinas and seafood tables setting the pace rather than downtown traffic. Beyond the property the area is known for its mangrove channels, shell-strewn beaches, and its links out to the greater Everglades and the wider wildlife coast. The mood is peaceful and residential, a place to slow down by the water once the drive is behind you. Full property details sit on the resort’s official overview, while day-to-day dining and activities are gathered on the resort’s daily guide.
Each tier below rides as a private booking, reserved for your group and no one else — match it to how many are traveling.
The allowance is one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger, which each vehicle handles easily; if you are bringing oversized gear, send a WhatsApp first and we will confirm the room or move you to a larger van.
One flat figure covers the car, your driver, and the road charges between MIA and the resort. Tolls and SunPass are folded in, and fuel is on the house, so no surprise line items appear when you arrive. A mobile hotspot keeps each vehicle online for the ride. The curb greeting comes standard; only a name-sign meet inside the terminal adds $20. Child seats run $20 apiece, and small pets are welcome with a heads-up on WhatsApp and a carrier. If your plans call for an extra stop, count on $45 for each 30 minutes, set when you book.
A 50% deposit holds the booking, and the balance goes to the driver on the day you travel, so only the figure you already agreed to changes hands at the resort. Settle up by Zelle, Venmo, or a secure link, whichever you prefer. Prices are one-way and charged per vehicle; a round trip is simply the one-way fare doubled and booked as one reservation, which pins down your return to MIA at the same time as the arrival.
Daytime runs from 7 AM to 9 PM with no surcharge. Outside that window the black SUV carries a night fee — $20 when the destination sits inside Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 for a longer haul beyond them, the tier a run out to Marco Island falls in — while the vans add 10% to the trip value. The fee is confirmed at booking, never sprung on you at the curb.
The pickup moves with your plane. Your driver tracks the flight in real time and resets the curb meeting to your actual landing, with no delay fee attached. Nothing needs rebooking and no surge lands on a late arrival — the car is simply there whenever you finally step outside.
It is per vehicle. Two travelers or a full van of fourteen pay the same flat figure shown in the price list above. Filling more seats up to the limit never raises that number, so the more of you who ride, the less it works out to each.
No — every booking is fully private. The SUV or van carries only your party, with no strangers riding along and no detours to pick up other passengers. From the MIA curb to the resort entrance on Marco Island, the vehicle is yours from start to finish.
Yes. Add the return to the same reservation and the identical private vehicle runs Marco Island back to MIA. For departure day the pickup is set backward from your airline’s check-in window across the same 102.4 miles, so send the flight number and we will lock the exact hour with you.
Ready to ride? Message or call 786-682-8748, or reach us on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748. Send your flight number, arrival date, group size, and Marco Island as the destination, and we will confirm the vehicle and pickup time in writing.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Nosso grupo foi todo junto direto de MIA, e não podia ser mais fácil. Sem fila de táxi, sem esperar um app — saímos e o carro já estava pronto.
We landed at MIA with the little ones late at night, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. Honestly the easiest part of our whole trip — everything was handled from the second we landed. It was a private car for our party alone, which made the ride to JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort relaxed.
After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — so glad we booked the transfer to JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. The fare was fixed and agreed up front — no meter, no surprises, which we really appreciated after traveling. Landing late at night, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of hunting for a ride.
My husband and I booked a private transfer from Miami Airport to JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort so we wouldn’t have to wait on a rideshare after our flight. A smooth, easy start to the two of us being on vacation.
