From $200 per vehicle: a private one-way ride from MIA to Homestead, in a black SUV or climate-controlled van, met at the curb.
Each line below prices the whole vehicle rather than the seat, and the number holds from the minute you reserve — no surge, no per-head math, and no change when the roads fill up.
A curbside meet comes with every booking: your driver watches the inbound flight and is standing at the terminal exit as you walk out of arrivals, ready to take the bags and point the car south. Name your arrivals terminal when you reserve. Would you rather be found by name inside the hall? A held name sign is a $40 add-on. And if the plane lands early or runs behind, the pickup simply re-times itself at no extra charge, with no rebooking on your side.
Three private classes cover the route, and whichever you choose stays yours alone — never pooled with other travelers. The Black SUV holds up to five passengers with their bags, the natural pick for couples and small families. A van seats six to nine once the party grows, and the largest van takes ten to fourteen for large families or groups moving as one. Head count and luggage decide the size; the standard allowance is a checked bag plus a carry-on per rider, with room to move up a class over WhatsApp if you are carrying more.
Count on roughly 50 minutes when the road is open and up to 74 in heavier traffic, over the 36.6 miles (58.9 km) that separate the airport from the town. The drive heads south on Florida’s Turnpike, then onto its Homestead Extension — the fastest paved line down through the county.
Mid-morning and late-evening pickups tend to finish near the quick end of that variety, while weekday rush and holiday weekends push it toward the slow end heading south. The 36.6-mile corridor itself never shrinks or grows — only the volume of cars on it shifts — so the time comes as a band, not one locked figure. Because the fare is set in advance, a slower hour costs nothing extra; the clock moves while the price stays put.
Homestead spreads across the far south of Miami-Dade County, an agricultural town most travelers use as a launch point toward two national parks and the long drive on to the Florida Keys. Fruit groves, plant nurseries, and roadside produce stands surround a compact historic downtown of low-rise blocks, family restaurants, and small shops.
The feel is closer to a green farming outpost than a beach resort — open country where the metro thins into fields at the Everglades’ edge. Reef parks and protected wetland sit on one flank; on the other, working farms and a motorsports speedway that pulls in racing crowds each season. Your driver runs you door to door — the hotel, rental, or street address you name at drop-off — so send the full house number, since addresses here spread across a wide grid of farm roads rather than clustering around a single landmark. The official City of Homestead website lists current services and visitor details.
The vehicle stays reserved for your party from pickup to drop-off, never shared with strangers along the way. Your driver is bilingual — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — which eases those first minutes after a long inbound flight. Because the rate is locked per vehicle at booking, a crowded arrivals hall or a slow crawl out of MIA changes nothing you owe. Questions reach a real person on WhatsApp — before the ride and on the day itself — not an app queue. For a family landing on a tight schedule, a named driver and a set figure turn a hectic morning into one planned pickup.
Booking is held with a 50% deposit, which also freezes your vehicle and pickup time; the remaining half goes to the driver on travel day. The deposit and balance move by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link sent on WhatsApp. Pricing is one-way, so a round trip is billed as two of the same fare — reserve both legs together and a single driver covers the arrival and the return. The figure always follows the vehicle, not the number of riders.
Road costs already sit inside the quoted figure — every toll, each SunPass charge, and the fuel for the whole southbound run — so nothing new is added along the Turnpike. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, and the cabin stays climate-controlled the entire way. The bilingual driver and the reserved vehicle are part of the booked rate as well, so the number you see at booking is the number you settle.
No surcharge applies to daytime pickups between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. A pickup before 7 or after 9 adds a small after-hours amount that follows the vehicle: on the SUV it is $20 for a run inside Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 past those counties; on the vans it is 10% of the trip value. The number of riders never moves it, and it is shown to you up front when you book.
A child seat is $20 apiece — send the number of seats and the children’s ages at booking and the driver has them fitted before you reach the curb. Need to run a quick errand or swing past a second address? An extra stop is $45 for each 30 minutes, arranged ahead so the timing is set. Small pets ride too, tucked in a proper carrier, as long as you flag it on WhatsApp before travel day so the vehicle is ready.
If the group is split across two inbound flights, send both flight numbers with the booking. Either one curbside pickup is timed to the later landing, or a second vehicle is assigned so no one is left waiting — that call is fixed before the day. Note who is booked on each flight so the driver has the whole party’s count ready at the curb.
The trip back up to MIA is its own booking, picked up at whatever Homestead address you give and timed to your flight out. The driver arrives at the door before that hour and loads on the spot, so everyone leaves together rather than piecing rides together on the morning you fly. Reserve both directions at once and one reservation carries you south and back.
Ready to lock in your private ride from MIA to Homestead? Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your flight number and travel date, how many are riding, plus any child-seat or pet needs, and the vehicle and flat fare come back to you in one reply.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
A few friends and I flew into MIA and booked one private van from the airport to Homestead. There was space to spare for the whole group and everyone’s bags in one van.
For an easy arrival, my partner and I booked this to get from MIA straight to Homestead.
Un grupo de nosotros llegamos a Miami y reservamos una van privada del aeropuerto a Homestead. La tarifa fue fija y acordada de antemano — exactamente lo cotizado, que agradecimos después de viajar.
On time, professional, and we were at Homestead before we knew it. The car was spotless, a nice relief in the Miami heat.
Aterricé en MIA tarde y fue un alivio tener un auto privado ya esperándome. Viajando por mi cuenta, me sentí en buenas manos desde arribos hasta Homestead.
