From $690 per vehicle: a private, one-way ride from MIA to Forest City, driven door to door up Florida’s Turnpike.
Group size sets the figure, and it locks the moment the booking is placed, so traffic, demand, and the hour of day hold no sway over what you pay. Each tier below is the total for the whole vehicle.
Pickup at Miami International Airport happens at the curb. After baggage claim, walk to the spot named in the instructions sent before arrival, and the reserved vehicle is already there — no app to open, no rideshare lot to circle. Each MIA terminal follows the same routine, so the airline or concourse changes nothing about how the driver finds you. A curbside greeting is part of the ride; if being met inside with a name sign at baggage claim suits you better, that can be added for $20. The driver keeps an eye on the inbound flight, so a landing that runs early or late just shifts the pickup to match, at no extra charge.
Forest City sits at the northern end of the run, inside the Central Florida corridor near the edge of the Orlando metro. The community keeps a quiet, residential character — tree-lined streets, neighborhood shops, and small local diners — with the wider area’s parks, outlet shopping, and business districts within easy reach. Most people booking this route pair a theme-park stay, a family visit, or regional work with the ease of a door-to-door ride. Since more than one U.S. town answers to the Forest City name, confirming the exact street address at booking lets the driver head straight to the right door.
The MIA run covers 247.2 miles (397.9 kilometers), almost all of it on Florida’s Turnpike heading north out of Miami. Budget about four hours: a light mid-morning or early-afternoon start lands close to 242 minutes, while heavier volume around Miami and the Orlando approaches can push it toward 245. Because the routing stays on the Turnpike nearly the whole way, the arrival window stays steady and easy to plan around. On a stretch this long, one short comfort break for a restroom or a snack can be worked in when you ask ahead.
Three private tiers cover the route, each held for a single party. The Black SUV takes up to 5 riders with everyday luggage and suits couples, small families, or a lone business traveler. The van for 6 to 9 gives a mid-size group room to settle in with bags, and the van for 10 to 14 keeps a larger party in one vehicle rather than splitting across cars. Whichever tier you choose, the ride stays private — no shared seats, no side trips to pick up other riders — with door-to-door pickup and drop at both ends.
Tolls, SunPass, and fuel for the full Turnpike run are folded into the fare, so nothing extra changes hands on the road. A bilingual driver — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — handles the trip and lifts bags at both ends, with room for a checked bag and a carry-on per seat. A note on WhatsApp ahead of time sorts out oversized luggage, a small pet riding in a carrier, or a child seat, which adds $20. Any extra stop beyond the direct route runs $45 for each 30 minutes when it is arranged before the day of travel.
A 50% deposit holds the reservation, and the balance goes to the driver on the day of travel. Pricing is one-way and per vehicle, never per head, so the figure shown carries the whole party. A round trip is just the one-way fare doubled, placed as one reservation — pass along the arrival and return times, and the same vehicle class handles each leg between MIA and Forest City.
Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. Outside that window a late-hour fee applies: a black SUV adds $20 within Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 past those county lines, while a van carries a 10% adjustment on the trip value. Since Forest City sits well north of both counties, an off-hours SUV pickup on this route falls into the $50 tier.
The flight is tracked live, and the pickup re-times itself to the real landing — early or late — with no change to the fare. An ordinary delay never forces a re-booking or triggers a surge, since the reserved vehicle simply meets the actual arrival time.
Every quote is per vehicle, not per person. The one flat price above covers the whole party, from a Black SUV for up to 5 to a van for a bigger group. The headcount, the traffic, and the time of day never change it.
Each seat includes a checked bag and a carry-on, which the driver loads and unloads at both ends. For extra or oversized pieces, send a WhatsApp message before the trip so the space can be confirmed or a larger van lined up for the group.
Yes. A round trip books as one reservation at twice the one-way price, with no separate figure to sort out. Share the arrival and return times, and the same private vehicle class covers both directions between MIA and Forest City.
Yes. Alongside airport arrivals, private transfers also run from PortMiami, carrying cruise travelers from the terminal straight to Forest City in a reserved SUV or van. Send the ship, the disembarkation time, and the address, and the driver sets a curbside pickup much like an airport arrival.
Lock in a private ride between MIA and Forest City by sending the flight number, the passenger count, and the exact street address. Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748, ideally 24 hours or more ahead, and the vehicle, the flat fare, and the driver’s details are confirmed the day before travel.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We came into Miami and kicking things off with a private pickup straight to our place in Forest City set the tone. A smooth, easy start to the two of us being in Forest City.
The two of us landed at MIA to visit family in Forest City and had a driver waiting the moment we came out of baggage claim. The driver dropped us at our place in Forest City.
There were five of us landing at MIA, and one private transfer to Forest City was way simpler than splitting into cars. Fixed price agreed up front — no meter, no surprises, which we really appreciated after traveling. Tolls and everything were already included, so we just got in and relaxed on the way to Forest City.
Traveling with our two kids, I did NOT want to wrangle a taxi at MIA, so I booked a private van out to Forest City. The kids passed out in the car, and getting straight to Forest City without a taxi hassle was a relief. The SUV was clean, cool, and comfortable, a nice relief in the Miami heat.
