From $190 per vehicle: a private, flat-rate one-way ride from MIA to Florida City, with your driver waiting at the airport curb.
The figure shown covers the whole vehicle, never a per-seat count, and it holds from the minute you reserve — rush hour, a holiday getaway crush, or a full van never nudges it higher.
A curbside meet-and-greet comes with every booking. The day before you fly, a text arrives with the driver’s name, the vehicle, the plate, and the exact spot to walk to outside your terminal. Your inbound flight is watched in real time, so an early touchdown or a long delay simply resets the pickup with no surcharge either way. Courtesy waiting stretches to two hours after an international arrival and one hour after a domestic one, which absorbs customs and baggage-claim lines. Would you rather be met inside at baggage claim with a printed name sign? That in-terminal option adds $40, arranged when you reserve.
Florida City is the last full-service town on the mainland before the highway south narrows toward the island chain, and it doubles as a gateway to Everglades National Park. The character is practical and road-trip minded: outlet shopping, casual diners, fuel and supply stops, and wide stretches of farmland that keep the skyline low and open. Plenty of travelers land at MIA and ride straight down to stage a morning drive into the Keys or a day among the wetlands; others come for the outlets and the calm after downtown Miami. Whatever address you give, that is the door the ride ends at. For a wider look at the region, the region’s official visitor guide is a useful start.
Reckon on about 43 minutes when the road is clear and up to roughly 71 minutes once traffic thickens, across 35.9 miles (57.7 km). The line runs down Florida’s Turnpike Thru Lane straight from the airport, so the clock really turns on the hour you travel. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon departures tend to move; weekday rush and Keys-bound holiday weekends pile on the extra minutes. Because the fare is fixed at booking, a sluggish traffic day costs nothing more — the driver simply eats the added road time.
The number you are quoted carries the whole run: the private vehicle held for your group, a bilingual driver who speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese, every toll and SunPass charge, fuel, and WiFi over an onboard hotspot. Each passenger’s allowance is one checked bag and one carry-on, and the driver loads and unloads at both ends; oversized or extra pieces just require a WhatsApp heads-up so the room is confirmed or a bigger van is swapped in. A child seat can be added for $20, and any extra stop along the way runs $45 per 30 minutes — both settled at booking. Small pets ride too, in a proper carrier, with a little advance notice.
Booking takes a 50% deposit to lock your date, time, and vehicle; the remaining half goes straight to the driver on travel day. Send the deposit by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link over WhatsApp. Pricing is one-way and per vehicle — the single fare covers everyone aboard rather than counting heads — and a round trip is simply that one-way rate doubled, with the same driver bringing you back. Reserve both legs at once and one confirmed pickup time covers each direction.
From 7 AM to 9 PM the standard rate applies with nothing added. Outside that window a modest night fee begins, set by vehicle type: for the Black SUV on a trip that stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward it is $20, rising to $50 once the route runs beyond those counties, while a van adds 10% of the trip value. Since Florida City sits within Miami-Dade, the $20 in-county figure is the one that applies to an SUV here.
Nothing on your side changes. The driver follows the flight live and slides your pickup to the real touchdown time at no cost, early or late. Courtesy waiting covers up to two hours after an international arrival and one hour after a domestic flight, so a slow customs hall or delayed bags stays inside the included window.
No — the vehicle is booked for your party alone. There are no pooled passengers, no seats sold off to others, and no side stops to gather anyone else. From the MIA curb to your Florida City doorstep, the Black SUV or van stays yours for the full one-way trip.
Yes, though a run down the island chain is quoted as its own trip rather than tacked onto this one. Everything past Florida City travels on a single highway with no alternate route, so name the key and the mile marker when you book and the drive is planned and priced properly from the start.
Yes. The same private service runs the other way, from Florida City back to Miami International Airport, and on to PortMiami or other South Florida points as needed. Give the pickup address at booking and the vehicle, driver, and time are set for the return just as they are for the arrival.
Ready to lock your MIA to Florida City transfer? Message the trip on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your flight number, arrival date, passenger count, and drop-off address, and the vehicle, driver, and pickup time come back confirmed.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
A few friends and I landed in Miami and booked one private van from the airport out to Florida City. The ride to Florida City was faster than we expected, straight there.
The two of us flew in to see family in Florida City and a private car from MIA made the whole arrival easy. The driver loaded all our bags so we didn’t have to lift a thing. The driver was bilingual, which was a nice touch when we had a question.
Traveling with the whole family, I did NOT want to wrangle a taxi at MIA, so I booked a private van out to Florida City. Our flight was delayed and the driver had tracked it — not a worry at all.
On time, professional, and I was at the door in Florida City before I knew it. The driver dropped me right at the door.
Com as crianças, combinar o traslado até Florida City significou zero estresse ao pousar. O motorista colocou todas as nossas malas para não precisarmos carregar nada. Sinceramente a parte mais fácil da nossa viagem — a chegada foi sem estresse.
