From $600 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Doctor Phillips in southwest Orlando.
One price covers the whole vehicle and everyone in it, so the size you choose — not the number of riders — sets what you pay.
After you clear baggage claim at MIA, the driver is already at the arrivals curb waiting for your party, so you skip the rideshare app and the curbside queue entirely. A curbside meet is part of every booking; if you would rather be met inside with a name sign, that in-terminal greeting is a $40 add-on. The day before travel a text arrives with the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate. Courtesy waiting is built in — two hours on an international arrival, one hour on a domestic one, and fifteen minutes for a hotel pickup — so an ordinary delay never leaves you stranded. Drivers are bilingual, comfortable in English along with Spanish or Portuguese, which keeps arrival details easy to sort out on the spot. The same flow runs in reverse when the airport is your destination.
Doctor Phillips is a polished residential district in southwest Orlando, valued for how quickly it reaches the region’s theme-park corridor. Daily life gathers along Sand Lake Road, whose Restaurant Row fills with diners most evenings, while the side streets stay calm — gated communities, championship golf, lakes, and private homes rather than a crowded tourist strip. That is why many groups book this run for a rented villa, a family gathering, or an event instead of a hotel. The area also lends its name to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and Dr. Phillips High School. This is inland central Florida, so look for lakeside parks and shopping plazas, not a beachfront.
Miami to Doctor Phillips covers 234.1 miles (376.7 km), and door to door it runs roughly 228 minutes in light traffic, stretching to about 232 at busier times — a swing of just a few minutes on a trip this long, since most of it is steady highway rather than city stop-and-go. The route leaves Miami heading north, mostly along Florida’s Turnpike, up into southwest Orlando. Timing counts most at the Miami end, where rush hours build; once the metro is behind you the pace settles for the long northbound stretch. Because the fare is fixed per vehicle, a slow day never moves the number you locked at booking. Set your pickup with a comfortable margin for a check-in, a dinner reservation, or an event.
A fifty-percent deposit holds your date, and the balance goes to the driver on the day of travel; payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link. The rate is per vehicle for the whole group, so adding riders up to the vehicle’s limit never raises it. Prices are quoted one way — a round trip is just the one-way fare charged twice, booked as a single reservation so one driver and one confirmed time cover both directions between MIA and Doctor Phillips. Fuel, tolls, and SunPass charges are already inside the fare, and onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the ride.
A curbside meet and greet is included, while a name-sign pickup inside the terminal adds $40, and each child seat is $20. When the plan calls for an unplanned stop or waiting past the courtesy window, that time is billed at $45 per thirty minutes. Every passenger travels with one checked bag and one carry-on, and the driver handles loading and unloading at both ends; oversized or extra bags are confirmed on WhatsApp first so nothing is left behind. Small pets can ride too with a heads-up in advance, tucked in a carrier for the drive.
Daytime service, from 7 AM to 9 PM, carries no surcharge. Outside that window an SUV adds $20 when the trip stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 when it runs beyond those counties; since this route ends well north in the Orlando area, the higher tier applies here. Vans take a modest premium of ten percent over the trip value after hours. That night rate is the only time-based change — the base fare itself never surges with demand.
No. The driver tracks your inbound flight and re-times the curb pickup at no charge if you land early or late. The included courtesy wait — two hours international, one hour domestic — absorbs a normal delay. You keep the same vehicle and the same rate, with nothing to rebook.
Every booking is fully private. The SUV or van carries only your party on the run from MIA to Doctor Phillips, with no pooling and no detours to pick up strangers. That holds whether two of you ride the Black SUV or a group of fourteen fills a van.
Yes. On a stretch this long a short restroom or snack break can be arranged — flag it at booking or ask the driver, and it adds only a few minutes. A longer or unplanned detour is handled separately at the extra-stop rate. Either way you reach your Doctor Phillips address in one direct trip.
Sand Lake Road’s Restaurant Row leads the dining, with a long lineup of restaurants for an evening out. Championship golf, lakeside parks, and a short hop to Orlando’s attraction corridor round out the setting. The driver takes you straight to the door — a villa, a rental, or an event venue.
Reserve your private transfer between MIA and Doctor Phillips on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748. Send your flight number, pickup date and time, passenger count, and any child-seat or luggage needs, and you will get the vehicle, driver, and fare confirmed for your group.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
There were seven of us arriving in Miami, and one private transfer to Doctor Phillips was way simpler than splitting into cars. Our flight was delayed and the driver had tracked it — no extra charge, nothing.
Llegamos a Miami con los niños cansados del vuelo para quedarnos en Doctor Phillips, y tener un conductor esperando fue justo lo que necesitábamos.
So glad I pre-booked. No taxi line, clean car, and a great driver out to Doctor Phillips. The driver found the address with no trouble, which isn’t always easy in a residential area.
Getting all of us out of MIA and over to Doctor Phillips is usually a headache — a pre-booked van made it painless. They tracked the arrival, so even though we landed behind schedule, the car was right there. No taxi line, no waiting around for an app — we walked out and the car was there.
We landed at MIA with the little ones late at night to stay in Doctor Phillips, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. The van was really comfortable after a long flight, a nice relief in the Miami heat. The driver handled the luggage so we didn’t have to struggle with anything.
