From $590 per vehicle — a private one-way ride from MIA straight to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside.
Each figure below is the whole-vehicle rate for your group — locked the moment you reserve and never nudged by traffic or the hour of the day.
Pickup is at the Miami International Airport curb, right as you come out with your bags. The inbound flight is watched from the ground, so the meeting time follows the plane’s real landing rather than the printed one — a delay just shifts the pickup at no added cost. Curbside meet and greet is included; if you would rather be found by a driver holding a placard with the lead traveler’s name, that name-sign pickup is a flat $40 set up on WhatsApp ahead of time. Either way, one reserved vehicle is at the curb the second you step outside, set for the run north to Riverside.
The distance is 232.1 miles — 373.5 km — and the clock reads somewhere between 235 and 240 minutes from the MIA curb to the Riverside resort door, depending on when you set off. The bulk of that stretch rides Florida’s Turnpike heading north, which keeps the long middle of the trip steady and simple to forecast. Quiet roads land you near 235; the busier windows around South Florida and the Orlando exits nudge you toward 240. Direction has no bearing on the figure, so heading back to the airport runs about the same. The pickup is planned against a realistic read of your departure hour rather than the worst case.
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is a Walt Disney World property built on a Louisiana-bayou idea, with grand plantation-style mansion buildings on one side and timber bayou lodges on the other, all lined along the man-made Sassagoula River. Moss-hung landscaping, a working mill, and waterside paths give the grounds a slow Southern feel. A free boat launch links the resort to the shops and restaurants of Disney Springs, while Disney buses run out to the theme parks. The whole property sits inside Lake Buena Vista, the ring of Disney land wrapped around the parks. Check-in is at the Sassagoula Steamboat Company on Riverside Drive, Lake Buena Vista, 32830, and the guest buildings spread out well past it. One note for the final minute of the drive: Disney checks arriving cars at a gatehouse along the entrance road, so keep the booking name handy and the guard waves you through. Room layouts, dining, and on-site activities are laid out on the official Disney resort page and the independent Port Orleans Riverside guide.
Three private tiers cover the route, and each one is held for your party alone with no shared seating. Up to five travelers and standard luggage settle into the black SUV — the usual pick for couples, small families, and solo business trips. Six to nine move up to the mid-size van, and ten to fourteen take the largest van, keeping multi-room families in a single vehicle. Since none of the tiers pool passengers, the choice comes down to headcount and bags: match the size to your group and everyone travels together, MIA to Riverside, in one vehicle.
The single fare covers the whole door-to-door drive, with nothing added for an ordinary ride. Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel are folded into the number, so nothing more is owed on the road. The driver is bilingual — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — and curbside meet and greet is part of the deal. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, keeping phones and tablets online through the long haul north to Riverside. A short list of extras sits outside the base rate: a name-sign pickup at the curb adds $40, each child seat is $20, and an added stop along the way runs $45 for every 30 minutes. Anything unusual is easy to settle over WhatsApp before your travel day.
Pickups between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips that start outside that window add a small amount that depends on the vehicle.
The total splits in two — half up front when you book, the balance passed to the driver on the day you travel. The deposit goes through Venmo, Zelle, or a protected payment link over WhatsApp or the website, and once it clears the vehicle, driver, and pickup window are locked to your name. Pricing is one-way and per vehicle, so the whole group rides on the single figure above instead of paying a head each. Require the return? A round trip is simply the one-way doubled, booked as one reservation so the same flat rate covers both directions.
No. Your flight is followed from the ground, so a late landing simply slides the pickup to your real arrival — no penalty and no require to rebook. The vehicle and the fare stay exactly as agreed; keeping the flight number on the booking is all it takes.
Yes to both, with a quick heads-up on WhatsApp before the day. A child seat is $20 each and is fitted before pickup once you share the child’s age and size. Small pets are welcome too, riding inside a pet carrier. Send the party details early and both are ready at the curb.
Per vehicle. The whole group travels on the one flat figure listed above, so adding passengers up to a tier’s limit never changes what you pay. Fill the van and the cost per traveler drops accordingly. One-way and round trip both bill by the vehicle rather than the seat.
Yes. An extra stop — a quick errand, a bite, a second address — runs $45 for each 30 minutes it adds to the trip, arranged ahead on WhatsApp so the time is built into your pickup window. Tell the driver where and roughly how long, and it drops neatly into the plan.
Yes. The same private vehicle runs it in reverse — the Riverside door back to the Miami International Airport curb — timed to your outbound flight. Book both legs in one reservation and the flat, per-vehicle rate applies each way, one-way pricing simply doubled. A single driver and a set pickup time cover the departure and the return.
Ready to lock it in? Send a WhatsApp message to wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748. Share the flight number, party size, travel date, and any child-seat or extra-stop needs, and back comes the vehicle, the driver, and the curbside pickup window for your MIA-to-Riverside run.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Reserva fácil. Servicio sólido. Confirmación rápida.
We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we set up a private car from the airport to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. The SUV was really comfortable after a long flight, and the AC was perfect.
Vinimos a Florida de aniversario y arrancar con una recogida privada marcó la pauta. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y el conductor se acomodó sin problema — sin cargo extra, nada que resolver. Un comienzo relajado para los dos de vacaciones.
My husband and I wanted to skip the airport taxi chaos, so we arranged a private ride to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. The driver was in a sharp, clean car, which made it feel first-class. It was a private car for our party alone, which made the ride to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside easy and calm. Thanks for the easy arrival!
I got into Miami late and it was such a relief to have a private car already waiting for me. Honestly the smoothest part of my whole trip — arrival was completely stress-free. The driver dropped me exactly where I needed to be.
