From $570 for the whole vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Cocoa, curb to door on Florida’s Space Coast.
The figure beside each vehicle is the whole-car, one-way price for your group — one flat number, not a per-seat charge, fixed the moment you book.
Your driver waits at the arrivals curb outside your terminal, ready the moment you step out with your bags. The night before travel, a message arrives listing the driver’s name, a description of the vehicle, the license plate, and the precise spot to meet. Because the inbound flight is tracked live, an early or delayed landing only shifts the pickup — nothing is rebooked and no fee applies. Complimentary waiting covers two hours after an international arrival and one hour after a domestic one, which comfortably absorbs a normal customs wait. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal holding a name sign, that can be arranged as an add-on.
Door to door, the run covers 196.4 miles — about 316 kilometers — and takes roughly 198 to 206 minutes depending on traffic. The lighter end holds mid-morning or early afternoon; the climb toward 206 shows up during Miami’s rush hours or a packed holiday weekend leaving the metro. The path heads north on Florida’s Turnpike, then merges onto I-95 for the long stretch up the coast. If a firm arrival time matters at the other end — a launch viewing, a hotel check-in, a dinner reservation — share it when you book and the departure is set to land you there with room to spare.
Cocoa is a low-rise riverside city on Florida’s Space Coast, built around the brick-lined lanes of Cocoa Village. That historic core gathers one-off boutiques, riverfront cafés, art galleries, and a small community playhouse a short walk from the Indian River lagoon, and the mood stays slow and local — a clear change from downtown Miami. Past the Village, quiet neighborhoods spread inland, and the town works as a convenient base for the beaches and launch sites scattered through Brevard County. Your drop-off can be anywhere in the city, whether the trip is built around a rocket launch, a cruise link up the coast, or an unhurried weekend by the water. For current hours, events, and services, the official site at cocoafl.gov is worth a glance before you head out.
Three private classes cover the route, each reserved for your party alone. Couples and small families usually take the black SUV, which seats up to five with space for bags. A group of six to nine rides in a climate-controlled van, while a larger party of ten to fourteen fits the biggest van, keeping everyone together in one vehicle instead of splitting across cars. Whichever you pick, the ride to or from MIA and Cocoa belongs to your group alone — no sharing, no unplanned stops. Not sure which size works? Send your headcount and luggage count over WhatsApp and the right van or SUV is matched to it.
Each listed fare is one-way and charged per vehicle, so the whole group travels for the single number shown, split among yourselves however you like. A 50% deposit locks in the booking, and the balance is settled with the driver on your travel day. Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp or the website. Need the return leg as well? A round trip is handled as a single reservation at twice the one-way rate, with the same vehicle bringing you back to MIA.
Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel are folded into the fare, so nothing extra is added for the highway. A mobile hotspot supplies onboard WiFi, sealed bottled water rides along, and the bilingual driver and curbside meet-and-greet at MIA all belong to the base price. A few items sit outside it: a name-sign greeting inside the terminal adds $40, each child seat adds $20, and an added stop or waiting past the courtesy window runs $45 per 30 minutes. A small pet is welcome with advance notice on WhatsApp, riding inside a carrier. Anything unusual is simple to sort out — just ask before your travel day.
Daytime service runs from 7 AM to 9 PM with no added charge. A pickup or drop-off scheduled outside that window carries a night fee that depends on the vehicle. Because Cocoa sits well beyond Miami-Dade and Broward, the black SUV adds a flat $50 for an off-hours trip, while the van adds 10% of the trip total. Tell the dispatcher your times when you book and the fee, if any applies, is confirmed up front.
There is nothing to do on your end. The inbound flight is followed live, and the curbside pickup is re-timed automatically at no cost whether you touch down early or late. Built-in courtesy time already absorbs an ordinary customs and baggage wait, with a longer grace window after international landings than after domestic ones.
Yes. A round trip is one reservation priced at double the one-way fare, and the same vehicle handles both directions. Book the outbound and return together, and the driver tracks your flight for the ride back to MIA as well.
No. The vehicle is booked for your party and no one else, so there are no strangers on board and no detours to pick up unrelated riders. From the moment you leave the MIA curb until you reach your address, the SUV or van belongs to your group alone.
Yes. The same private SUVs and vans run to Cocoa Beach and destinations throughout the wider Space Coast in Brevard County. Give the exact street when you book, and the driver delivers you right to the door. The per-vehicle rate varies by where you are headed and is confirmed at the time you reserve.
Reserve your private MIA-to-Cocoa transfer by sharing your flight details, group size, luggage count, your address on the Space Coast, and any child-seat or pet requests — the vehicle, price, and pickup plan come straight back. Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748. Booking at least a day ahead keeps availability firm.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We landed at MIA with the little ones tired after the flight to stay in Cocoa, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. Tolls and everything were already included, so we just got in and relaxed on the way to Cocoa.
We flew into Miami with the kids late at night to stay in Cocoa, and having a driver waiting was a lifesaver. Honestly the smoothest part of our whole trip — getting in was completely stress-free. We were picked up right on time, no waiting around.
My wife and I wanted to skip the airport taxi chaos, so we pre-booked a ride out to Cocoa. The ride to Cocoa was direct and easy, no detours.
