From $590 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Celebration — one reserved car, door to door, at a flat rate.
The price is flat and per vehicle, fixed the moment you book and never moved by traffic or the hour of day. Pick the size that fits your group:
Pickup is curbside at your Miami International terminal. The driver follows your inbound flight and is waiting as you step out with your bags, so there is nothing to tap on a phone and no rideshare queue to stand in. The evening before travel, a text arrives with the driver’s name, the vehicle, and its plate number. Meet-and-greet comes with every booking; if you would rather be met inside at baggage claim behind a name sign, that can be set up as well. From the curb it is one loaded car heading north, the whole party and its luggage moving together toward the town.
The trip covers 231.4 miles (372.4 km) and takes close to 224 minutes when roads are light, stretching toward 228 at busier hours — call it three and three-quarter hours end to end. Almost the entire route rides Florida’s Turnpike, climbing north away from Miami toward Central Florida and the Orlando region, a steady highway rather than city stop-and-go, with tolls and fuel already folded into the fare. A mid-morning or early-afternoon start tends to sit near the lower figure, while rush hours around Miami and the Orlando approaches add the extra minutes. Since the rate is flat, a slow afternoon and a clear morning come to the same total, and one short comfort stop can be built into the drive if you mention it at booking.
Celebration is one of Central Florida’s master-planned towns, drawn up by Disney during the 1990s just beyond the Walt Disney World resort area and southwest of downtown Orlando. Its walkable center circles a lakefront dotted with small independent shops, a few cafes, and a seasonal fountain; nearby, shaded streets of houses and a golf course lend a calm, small-town character rather than a resort-strip buzz. Plenty of travelers choose it as a quieter base for the theme parks. Your private car finishes the run right at your Celebration address — a rental home, a downtown hotel, a family house — and the bags are carried to the door.
Booking takes a 50% deposit up front; the remaining half is handed to the driver on the day you travel. The figure is charged per vehicle, not per seat, so everyone in the SUV or van rides for the single price listed above. Fares are quoted one-way — a round trip is simply twice the one-way rate, and reserving both legs at once holds a driver and vehicle for the return as well. Nothing more is collected at the curb beyond that agreed balance.
The flat fare already carries the full door-to-door drive with tolls, SunPass, and fuel built in, plus meet-and-greet at pickup. A few items sit outside it, each modest and confirmed when you book: a name sign held inside the terminal adds $40, a child seat is $20 apiece, and an added stop along the way runs $45 per 30 minutes. Ask on WhatsApp before travel day about anything unusual — an oversized bag, a car seat for a toddler, a quick errand en route — and it is priced and arranged in advance.
Daytime hours run 7 AM to 9 PM with no added charge. A pickup or drop-off outside that window brings a night fee on the SUV: $20 when the address falls inside Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 for a longer haul beyond those counties, which is where Celebration sits. Otherwise the trip stays a fixed price, so the only after-hours difference is that single, stated fee — no surge and no per-mile meter after dark.
This is a private car, start to finish. Only your group rides, from the MIA curb to your door, with no shared seats and no stops to gather strangers. The SUV or van stays yours alone for the entire run north.
The driver watches your inbound flight and shifts the curbside pickup to match, at no added cost, whether you arrive ahead of schedule or well behind it. A courtesy wait is included after you land, and the driver stays in contact if customs runs long. Your flat rate does not move because of a delay.
Yes, with a little prep. Plenty of homes and rentals near Celebration sit behind a staffed gate that logs arrivals, so have your host register the passenger’s name with the gatehouse ahead of time and pass along the house number itself, not merely the community’s name. A late arrival whose name is not on the list is the one snag worth heading off in advance.
Yes. The same private, flat-rate booking works in reverse, carrying your group back to Miami International for a departing flight. Reserve the outbound and return together and one driver and vehicle are set aside for each leg, with the return priced at the same one-way figure.
The black SUV seats up to 5 with luggage, and the two vans take 6 to 9 or 10 to 14. Each booking counts on one checked bag plus a carry-on per person, and the driver loads and unloads them. Have extra or oversized luggage? Send a WhatsApp note before travel and the room is confirmed, or you move up to a larger van for the trip.
To lock a Celebration transfer, send your flight number, arrival date, group size, and the drop-off address by WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748. The vehicle and your flat rate are confirmed by reply, and the sooner the booking lands, the easier it is to match your exact arrival. Note any child seat or extra stop up front so everything is ready at pickup.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Our group of friends booked one van straight from the airport to Celebration, and it was so easy. We were in town to see family in Celebration, and starting the trip this easy was great.
Nuestra familia arribó a Miami rumbo a Celebration y el conductor tenía la sillita lista — un alivio. Llegando de noche a Celebration, fue un gran alivio tener un auto privado ya esperando.
Traveling alone, I didn’t want any hassle coming out of MIA, and the ride straight to Celebration could not have been easier. No taxi line, no rideshare surge — I walked out and the car was ready. My flight was delayed and the driver adjusted with no problem — not a worry at all.
Landing with the whole crew to our rental in Celebration, it made all the difference that the driver was waiting at arrivals. The car was clean, cool, and comfortable, and the AC was perfect.
Llegamos a Miami y empezar el viaje con una recogida privada directo a nuestro alojamiento en Celebration fue la decisión correcta. El conductor cargó todas nuestras maletas para que no tuviéramos que batallar con nada.
