From $480 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from Port of Miami to Suncoast Estates in North Fort Myers at a flat rate.
Each figure below is the whole-vehicle price for your group to any Suncoast Estates address, set the moment you book and never moved by traffic or the day’s demand.
Once the ship clears customs and you collect your bags, walk out through the cruise terminal doors and your driver is standing at the curb, name sign ready when you arrange it beforehand. Send a quick message on WhatsApp the moment you are off, and they point you to the vehicle and take the cruise luggage off your hands. Terminal roads clog when several ships empty on the same morning, so the driver plans the pickup around that early crush and stays put until your family actually appears.
Reserve one vehicle for your party alone and ride straight from the port to your Suncoast Estates door, with no pooling and no swing by other travelers. Groups of five or fewer take the black SUV; six to nine people fit one van, and ten to fourteen ride the larger one. The route heads up the I-75 corridor toward North Fort Myers, and because it is a long haul, a single short pause for a restroom or a snack can be worked in along the way. This is a one-way price by design, so a return leg is simply booked as its own trip.
Suncoast Estates is a quiet, spread-out neighborhood on the North Fort Myers side of Southwest Florida, well inland from the coast. Rather than a resort strip, it is a community of single-family houses, canal-lined lots, and mobile-home lanes — a place people live in, not a hotel district. The greater Fort Myers area around it holds riverfront parks, small local restaurants, marinas, and, out toward the coast, the Gulf beaches the wider region is famous for. To picture the streets first-hand, browse the homes and lots of Suncoast Estates or get a sense of the wider North Fort Myers area before arriving. For a family headed to a house, a rental, or relatives out here, a door-to-door private car beats hunting down a ride this deep into Southwest Florida.
This is one of the longer runs on the map — a coast-to-inland crossing of South Florida that climbs toward the North Fort Myers area, and it naturally takes more out of the day than a quick trip across town. On a clear stretch of interstate the miles move steadily; on a busy disembarkation morning, the slowest part is usually escaping the port itself before the open road opens up. No fixed running time is promised here, because real traffic, weather, and how fast the ship clears customs all push it around — your driver keeps you posted and drives the whole thing as a single unbroken run.
The per-vehicle price already folds in tolls, fuel, and the whole car reserved for your group, so nothing extra is tacked on at the end of the drive. A meet-and-greet is part of the ride, and if you would like the driver waiting with a printed name sign at the curb, that is a $20 add-on arranged on WhatsApp. A child seat runs $15 on Port of Miami trips — mention the ages when you book so the right seat is fitted. Should the plan need a stop beyond the one short comfort break, extra waiting or side stops bill at $45 for each 30 minutes. Everything quoted at booking is what the trip costs — no meter, no demand pricing.
A 50% deposit locks the booking, and the remaining half goes straight to the driver on the day of the trip — cash is fine for that portion. Payment ahead of time runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp, and the amount is charged for the whole vehicle, never per head. A round journey is priced as two one-way legs booked together. Send the request at least a day in advance so the vehicle is confirmed and the driver’s details reach you the day before you ride.
Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. Because the North Fort Myers area sits well beyond Miami-Dade and Broward, a run scheduled outside that window adds a $50 night fee on the black SUV, while the vans add 10% over the trip value. Give the driver the pickup time when you book and any surcharge is settled up front rather than sprung at the curb.
The pickup shifts on its own, with nothing extra to pay. Your driver watches the terminal’s arrival updates, so a late dock or a slow customs line just shifts the pickup — there is nothing to re-book and no surge to pay. When you finally walk out, the car is already there.
Look to the curb directly outside the PortMiami cruise terminal as you come off the ship with your luggage. Ask for a name sign on WhatsApp ahead of time and the driver holds it where you clear the building. One message once you are through customs, and they guide the group to the vehicle and load the luggage for the drive north.
Plan on one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger, with space to spare for a week of cruise luggage. Traveling with oversized or extra bags? Flag it on WhatsApp before the day and the driver either confirms the room or sizes the group up to a bigger van. Loading and unloading is handled for you at both ends.
Always per vehicle. The whole group rides for the single flat fare listed above, whether that is the SUV or the fourteen-seat van, and it is a fully private ride rather than a shared shuttle. One-way pricing is the standard, so a return is booked as its own leg. The only thing that can move the number is a pickup outside the daytime window.
Yes. The same private SUV or van runs from Miami International Airport as well as the cruise port, and drop-offs reach regional airports and other towns across Southwest Florida. It runs on the same flat per-vehicle pricing, door to door, just like the port trip — send the flight or the address and the vehicle is set.
Ready to lock in your Port of Miami to Suncoast Estates transfer? Message WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your ship, the sailing date, your party size, and the drop-off address, and the vehicle and flat quote are confirmed. Book at least a day ahead so the driver’s name and plate reach you before you ride.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Everything went to plan from the port to Suncoast Estates — couldn’t ask for more. It was only us in the car — no side pickups — which was exactly what we wanted.
Our group came off the ship together and arranged one private van from the port to Suncoast Estates.
My husband and I had a wonderful cruise and capped it off with a private car ready at the curb to run us out to Suncoast Estates — not a worry at the terminal. No line to stand in — we just walked from the terminal to a car that was already there.
