From $250 per vehicle, a private, one-way ride straight from the Port of Miami cruise terminals to Seminole Manor.
Every price here covers the entire vehicle, locked the moment you reserve and never nudged by traffic or cruise-day demand. A group of any size rides for the single figure shown.
As your ship clears and passengers start stepping off, the driver is already staged near the terminal you sailed into. Confirm the ship’s name at booking so the meeting spot matches your building — cruise mornings often bring several vessels ashore together, and each terminal keeps its own exit lane. Send a quick WhatsApp note once you pass inspection, and the driver comes forward to the curb, lifts the heavy cruise bags, and walks your group the short way to the vehicle. There is no rideshare lot to track down and no queue to stand in.
This is one door-to-door drive: you book a single vehicle, and it carries only your party from the cruise terminal to your Seminole Manor address. Three tiers cover any group — a Black SUV for up to five travelers with luggage, a van for six to nine, and a larger van for ten to fourteen. You reserve over WhatsApp or on the site; as soon as that is confirmed, the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate number reach you by text a day ahead of pickup. Because the ride is private and one-way, there is no swing to collect strangers and no shared schedule — the driver handles tolls and directions the entire way.
Seminole Manor is a quiet residential pocket of Palm Beach County, sitting close to Lantana and Lake Worth Beach. Most guests on this route are bound for a private residence rather than a hotel, so the drive ends on a calm suburban street instead of a busy terminal building. It is a settled, low-key neighborhood — not a tourist strip — where the everyday things a visiting family needs sit within ordinary reach: a grocery run, a pharmacy stop, a casual bite. Since the vehicle is yours alone, the driver can work in a quick planned stop en route should you need to grab something before you arrive.
The run to Seminole Manor is one continuous door-to-door drive, and no single number fits every sailing. Time on the road depends on when you leave and how many ships disembark that morning. Outside the disembarkation rush, the highway usually flows and the drive is at its quickest. When several vessels unload together, the roads around PortMiami clog and the same trip simply takes longer. Your price never moves with any of that, because the fare is per vehicle and fixed at booking. The driver tracks your ship’s posted arrival and times the pickup to it, so no one waits at the curb too early. Have a firm appointment at the other end? Say so when you reserve, and a relaxed buffer goes into the timing.
A private ride is held with a 50% deposit at booking, and you hand the other half to the driver on travel day. The figure is charged per vehicle for the whole group, never per seat. You can pay by Zelle, Venmo, or a secure link texted through WhatsApp or the site, and nothing extra is collected at the curb beyond the agreed balance. Round trips run at exactly twice the one-way fare — book both legs together and the same driver handles your return to PortMiami.
The per-vehicle rate already covers the driving, the tolls and SunPass charges, and the fuel, so nothing is settled on the road. Meet & greet at the terminal comes with every booking; a held name sign, if you want one, is an optional $40 add-on. The first child seat for a little one under five rides free, and each additional seat is $15. Small pets can ride too with a heads-up on WhatsApp, tucked in a carrier. Need a quick unscheduled stop en route? One can usually be arranged for $45 per half hour, confirmed before your travel day. Driver gratuity is never added automatically — appreciated, but always your call.
Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. Outside that window a modest night charge sits on top of the usual fare, scaled to the vehicle: a Black SUV adds $20 for trips within Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 for anything beyond, while a van adds ten percent of the trip value. The flat per-vehicle logic still holds — the surcharge is the only change for an early or late ride, spelled out before you confirm.
A late arrival just shifts your pickup along with it. The driver follows the ship’s posted and actual dock time, so if customs and disembarkation drag, the meet is re-timed at no extra cost and no penalty. You keep the same vehicle and the same rate. A short WhatsApp message as you clear the terminal keeps everyone lined up.
It is per vehicle. Your whole party rides for the one figure listed above, so five people in the Black SUV pay what a solo traveler would. Larger groups simply move up a van size, and one quoted price still carries everyone aboard toward Seminole Manor.
Yes. The same Black SUV and van tiers also handle private rides between Miami International Airport and Seminole Manor, so a trip that pairs a flight with a sailing travels on one reservation. Send your flight details over WhatsApp and the vehicle is matched to your group and bags.
Through a direct WhatsApp line. The day before travel, the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate number arrive by text with your pickup notes, and you can send an update right up to the meeting. No call center sits in the middle — the person on the other end is the one driving you north.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead of pickup for a full refund; once you are inside that day, the fare is non-refundable. You can also push a confirmed pickup to a new time with a day’s notice, availability permitting, so a change of plan usually becomes a reschedule instead of a lost fare.
Yes, one short stop can be set up in advance — a pharmacy, a grocery run, a quick errand before you settle in. Because your vehicle is private, it waits for you rather than moving on. Flag the stop at booking so the timing and the $45-per-half-hour charge are agreed before travel day.
Lock in your date with a quick message, and the one-way fare, the driver, and the vehicle are held for your Port of Miami sailing. Tell the driver your ship or flight, the pickup time, how many are traveling, and any child-seat or pet requests; confirmation and the driver’s details follow by text a day ahead. The sooner the request comes in, the simpler it is to line the pickup up with your dock time. Message on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Everything ran on time from the terminal curb to Seminole Manor — couldn’t ask for more. No rideshare app to fight with — we just stepped out and the car was ready.
No taxi line — we walked off the ship and a clean, private car was waiting. Highly recommend. The last thing you want after a cruise is a ride that falls through, and this was reliable and on time.
Stepping off the ship, having a private car ready to Seminole Manor was such a relief.
The two of us sailed out of PortMiami and getting a private car waiting curbside for the ride to Seminole Manor took all the stress out of it. For a stress-free way to get from the port to Seminole Manor, it was absolutely worth booking. Booking was simple, we got everything in writing, and everything went exactly as planned.
Traveling with the kids, we booked a private van to be waiting at the curb and take everyone to Seminole Manor. The car was spotless, and the AC was perfect after the ship.
