From $355 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from Port of Miami to Orangetree by black SUV or van, booked ahead.
One flat figure covers the whole vehicle for your group. The price turns on party size and which vehicle carries everyone, never on the head count inside it or the demand on a given day.
Disembarkation morning at PortMiami moves in waves, and the terminals crowd fast when more than one vessel empties in the same hour. Your driver plans around that rhythm. Clear customs, gather the cruise bags, and head to the curb, where the assigned driver is already standing beside the private vehicle. Request a name sign in advance on WhatsApp and it is held up so the two of you connect without scanning the crowd. The driver’s name, plate, and vehicle description arrive the evening before, and every bag goes into the SUV or van for the run west out of the port. There is plenty of room for a full week of luggage, so the whole family loads in one go and no one waits for a second trip. Catching a sailing works the same way in reverse, with the pickup timed so your group reaches the terminal comfortably before the boarding window closes.
Orangetree sits inland from the coast, a quiet residential pocket of Southwest Florida with a settled, family-minded feel rather than any downtown rush. Streets of homes, open green space, and the ordinary shops and errands of a growing suburb shape its character. Golf, neighborhood parks, and low-key local dining are the daily draw, while the wider Naples area, with its beaches and shopping, stays close enough for a day out. Everyday conveniences sit close by, and the overall mood is unhurried. Many families and couples treat it as a restful place to begin or close a cruise, whether relatives are hosting them or they are simply staying nearby before a sailing. The trip out is a real leg of the day, not a quick downtown hop: the route heads west from PortMiami, joins I-75 across the Alligator Alley stretch, then leaves the highway for the final miles into Orangetree. Those closing miles run on two-lane rural roads where a farm truck or a school bus can hold up the line, so a map makes the distance look shorter than the clock will. Treat the ride as a genuine part of your travel day and let the driver hold the timing.
Booking locks the fare with a 50% deposit, and the balance passes straight to the driver on trip day. Meet-and-greet is built in, so the driver walks up to your group at the terminal rather than texting from a distant lot. A name sign held at pickup is $20 when arranged ahead. On a Port of Miami run like this one, a child seat adds $15, so pass along the ages the moment you reserve. Need a short errand along the way? An added stop runs $45 for each 30 minutes. Every fare listed here is a one-way price for the single direction shown, and a round trip is just that figure doubled, booked as a pair so one driver covers both legs.
Standard pickups fall inside the 7 AM to 9 PM window with nothing added. A ride that begins outside those hours carries a night fee on the SUV: $20 while the trip stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 once it runs beyond those counties toward Orangetree. Daytime departures, the vast majority of cruise pickups, stay at the plain fare. The amount shows before you confirm, so an early sailing or a late dock never lands as a surprise at the curb.
Every booking is private and reserved for one party alone. No stranger rides along, and there are no detours to collect other passengers on the way. From the PortMiami curb to the doorstep in Orangetree, the SUV or van belongs to your group for the whole one-way run.
A late dock costs nothing extra. The driver follows the ship’s real arrival and re-times the pickup to match when your group actually walks off, so a delay beyond your control never triggers a change fee. The same applies to a slow customs hall or a late-arriving tender. Step out once you clear the building and the vehicle is waiting.
Both the SUV and the vans swallow a full load of cruise luggage, with room for a checked bag and a carry-on per rider. Carrying oversized or extra pieces? Send a note on WhatsApp before the trip so the driver can confirm the space or size your group up to a larger van. Give the driver a rough count of bags the night before and the right vehicle is confirmed for the load. Nobody is left standing at the curb.
Yes. The same private vehicle carries your group from Orangetree back to PortMiami for the next sailing or a connecting flight. Because the rate is one-way, a round trip is simply the listed fare doubled. Reserve both directions together and a single driver with a set pickup time covers the outbound and the return. Sending both dates at once also keeps the same vehicle class reserved for the trip home.
Lock in your private transfer to Orangetree by sending the ship name, sail or arrival date, group size, and pickup details over WhatsApp. Message WhatsApp +1 786-682-8748 or call 786-682-8748, and the vehicle, driver, and fare come back confirmed. Book ahead so the curbside pickup is ready the moment your group steps off the ship.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Cruising with the kids, we wanted the port end handled, so a private van waiting at the terminal Orangetree was perfect. The kids crashed in the car after the cruise, and getting straight to Orangetree without a scramble at the port was a relief. The SUV was roomy enough for all the cruise luggage, and the AC was perfect after the ship.
Ao descer do navio por conta própria, a última coisa que eu queria era resolver o traslado no porto, então tinha um traslado privativo combinado para me levar até Orangetree. A tarifa estava fixa desde a reserva, sem nada a mais no meio-fio.
The two of us arranged a private transfer for after the cruise so we wouldn’t deal with the port crowds on the way to Orangetree. We got a clear confirmation, so there was nothing to worry about at the terminal.
Comfortable ride, easy pickup, and a driver who handled the terminal like a pro. Would book again. Honestly the most stress-free part of the whole trip — the port end was completely handled.
No port scramble — we walked off the ship and a clean, private car was right there. Highly recommend. It was only us in the car — no side pickups — which was exactly what we wanted.
