From $110 per vehicle — a private one-way transfer from Port of Miami to North Miami Beach, met at the cruise terminal.
Each fare below is the whole-vehicle price for your group, fixed when you book and unmoved by traffic or the disembarkation rush.
Once your ship is cleared at Port of Miami and your bags are off the carousel, step out to the terminal curb — the driver is already positioned there, ready to lift the cruise luggage and load the vehicle. Curbside meet-and-greet is part of the booking, with no shared hall to search and no queue for a vehicle to fill. A family reaching the curb after an international sailing can have a name sign held up for $40; just ask when you reserve on WhatsApp. Thirty minutes of courtesy waiting is counted from the pickup time you agree, and the driver’s name, vehicle, and plate arrive by text the day before, so nobody stands guessing. Every driver is bilingual, handling English alongside Spanish or Portuguese.
Match the vehicle to your party and the pile of suitcases; each option is private and held for your group alone.
Set on the northern side of the Miami metro, the city reads as a working, everyday place rather than a downtown tourist strip. Expect shopping centers, casual and international dining, neighborhood parks, and a mix of low-rise blocks and newer construction, with the coastline’s beaches and waterfront a short ride off; Aventura and Sunny Isles sit right beside it. The City of North Miami Beach publishes official visitor details. One practical note when you hand over an address: North Miami Beach, North Miami just south of it, and the island city over by downtown all sound nearly the same, so spell out the municipality and add the zip beside the street. Miami-Dade also runs on a quadrant grid, so a single house number can land on both an NE and an NW street — leave both letters attached to the number and the car finishes where you’re truly staying.
Heading up to North Miami Beach from the port is a straight northbound drive your driver runs often. How long it takes depends on the day: a quiet off-peak departure moves briskly, while a heavy disembarkation morning — several ships clearing together and the exit roads jammed — can stretch it out, and midweek commuter traffic adds a little more. Instead of committing to one fixed path into a jam, the driver reads conditions live and picks the clearest lanes. Because the vehicle is private and pulls away the moment your group is aboard, you skip the extra wait a shared van piles on while it fills. Have a firm onward plan — a check-in time, an appointment? Mention it at booking and the pickup is timed around it.
A booking is held with a 50% deposit; because this transfer starts on the Miami side at Port of Miami, the other half is settled with the driver on trip day, cash accepted. The deposit and any balance run through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp or the website. Whatever the method, the figure is set at booking — the amount you agree to is the amount that stands. Every fare is billed by the vehicle for the entire group, not per traveler, so adding people up to a vehicle’s limit doesn’t lift the price. A round trip is simply the one-way fare doubled, booked as both legs at once.
The fare already carries the tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel for the run, plus onboard WiFi over a mobile hotspot so the group stays connected. Curbside meet-and-greet, live tracking of your ship, and a free re-time if it docks late are built in, along with 30 minutes of courtesy waiting from the agreed pickup. A few extras sit on top when you want them: a held name sign for $40, a child seat for $15, and a short pre-arranged stop at $45 per 30 minutes. Small pets ride along with advance notice on WhatsApp, carried in a pet carrier. The no-surcharge window sits between 7 AM and 9 PM; outside it, the black SUV adds a $20 fee and the vans add 10% over the trip value. Driver gratuity stays optional.
No. The price is set for the vehicle, not for each seat, so one traveler or a full group of fourteen rides for the single flat rate listed above. Choose the SUV or the van that matches your headcount and luggage, and the fare holds as long as you stay within that vehicle’s capacity. Booking the return at the same time simply doubles the one-way figure.
No. Your ship’s scheduled and actual arrival are both tracked, so if customs and disembarkation run long, the driver re-times the pickup and waits at no extra charge. You keep the same vehicle and the same rate — there is nothing to re-book. Just confirm your ship’s name at booking so it can be followed on the day.
Yes. Book both directions in one reservation and the return is priced at exactly double the one-way fare, with the same driver and rate held for the trip back to Port of Miami. Give the return date and time, and if your onward schedule shifts, the pickup can be adjusted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Book at least 24 hours ahead and the reservation is confirmed in writing once the 50% deposit is in. A shorter-notice request is still reviewed by hand, though availability isn’t promised. Either way, the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate follow by text the day before your pickup to North Miami Beach.
To lock a private one-way transfer between Port of Miami and North Miami Beach, send your ship name, disembarkation date, party size, and your drop-off address on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748. Confirm the deposit and the vehicle, driver, and fare are held for your date — the rest arrives by text the day before.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
My partner and I didn’t want the taxi scramble at PortMiami, so we reserved a private ride to North Miami Beach. An easy, smooth handoff for the two of us from the ship to North Miami Beach. The fare was set up front, no surge because the port was slammed. Thanks for the smooth handoff!
Private, on time, and we didn’t have to think about a thing stepping off the ship. The meet-and-greet at the curb came with the booking, and we found the car with no trouble.
Mi esposa y yo salimos del barco en PortMiami y teníamos un auto privado esperando en la acera de la terminal para llevarnos a North Miami Beach. Para llegar del puerto a North Miami Beach de forma confiable, valió cada peso.
Our group of friends rode together straight from the terminal to North Miami Beach, and nobody had to think about a thing. We got a clear confirmation, so there was nothing to worry about at the terminal.
The two of us sailed out of PortMiami and getting a private car to meet us at the terminal for the ride to North Miami Beach took all the stress out of it. An easy, smooth handoff for the two of us from the ship to North Miami Beach. The last thing you want after a cruise is a ride that falls through, and this was rock solid.
