From $595 per vehicle — a private, one-way transfer from Port of Miami to Loughman, door to door with a bilingual driver.
Each figure below is the whole-vehicle price for your group to any Loughman address, fixed the moment you book and never split per head.
Your driver is already at the port when the ship clears, standing at the curb just outside the cruise terminal as you walk out with your bags. Meet and greet comes with every booking, so a real person is waiting rather than an app to chase. Ask ahead on WhatsApp for a name sign and the driver holds one up for a $40 add-on, which makes the hand-off easy in a busy disembarkation crowd. The ship’s true docking time is tracked, so a slow customs line or a late berth simply shifts the pickup with no rebooking and no extra charge. Cruise cases are loaded for you, and the group sets off together for the drive north.
This is one private, one-way run reserved for your party alone — no seat-sharing, no swing past another group’s hotel, no hunt for a car in the terminal garage. From the port the route climbs north out of Miami-Dade and into Polk County, the quieter middle of Central Florida where Loughman sits. The driver handles the road while the family settles in, and the vehicle rolls straight to the exact address on the booking rather than a vague drop point. The same private service works in reverse when you sail out of Miami, carrying you back down to the pier.
Choose the vehicle by headcount. A Black SUV takes up to 5 passengers and their cruise luggage, a van covers 6 to 9, and a larger van seats 10 to 14 for extended families or groups of friends. Every tier is booked for your party only and sized with a week of cruise bags in mind, so a single group stays together in one vehicle instead of splitting across cars for the ride inland.
Loughman is a calm, residential pocket of Polk County, out in the vacation-home country of Central Florida. It sits in the Four Corners area, trading the coast’s crowds for low-rise streets and family subdivisions, which suits travelers winding down after a sailing. The theme-park corridor, outlet shopping, and a thick run of golf courses all sit within an easy drive, so the big attractions are reachable without staying in the middle of them. Green space such as Loughman Park gives children somewhere to stretch their legs after a day aboard. Whether Loughman is home, a rented villa for a park week, or one stop on a longer Florida trip, the transfer sets you down at the precise address with the driver carrying the bags.
A booking is held with a 50% deposit, and the other half goes straight to the driver on the day of travel. The price is per vehicle for the whole group, not per person, so the figure you see is the figure the party pays. Pricing is one-way, and a round trip is simply that one-way rate doubled — reserve both legs together and the trip up and the trip back stay under a single arrangement.
A few extras sit outside the flat fare, each spelled out before you commit. A name sign at the terminal is $40, and a child seat for a Port of Miami pickup is $15, fitted and ready when the driver arrives. Daytime hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM with no time-of-day charge; a Black SUV picked up outside that window carries a night fee of $20 within Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 beyond those counties. A short detour along the way runs $45 for each 30 minutes. Mention what you need on WhatsApp and it is arranged in advance.
Every booking is fully private. The SUV or van carries only your travelers from the port to the town — no strangers ride along and no extra pickups are added to the route. The vehicle is yours alone for the whole journey north.
No. The driver follows the ship’s scheduled and actual arrival, so if disembarkation drags the pickup simply moves with it. You keep the same vehicle and the same rate, with nothing to rebook and no late charge for a slow morning at the terminal.
Yes, and it is the most common request on this route. Give your ship and terminal at booking, ideally a day or more ahead, and the driver plans around the debark window so the car is at the curb as you walk out toward Loughman with your luggage.
Yes. A child seat for a Port of Miami pickup is $15, and the driver has it installed before you arrive. Share the child’s age and how many seats are needed over WhatsApp when you book so everything is set for the drive.
A round trip is the one-way fare doubled, booked once for both directions. The same vehicle that carried you up from the port returns you there for your next sailing or a connecting flight, with a confirmed pickup time arranged for each leg.
Reserve your private Port of Miami to Loughman transfer on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748. Send your ship, cruise date, group size, and your drop-off address, and the vehicle and rate are confirmed straight away. Booking 24 hours ahead makes for the easiest hand-off; last-minute requests are still reviewed by hand.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
A group of us came off the ship together and arranged one private van from the cruise terminal to Loughman. Honestly the smoothest part of the whole trip — everything just fell into place at the terminal. The car was roomy enough for all the cruise luggage, and there was space for everything.
The two of us arranged a private transfer for after the cruise so we wouldn’t hunt for a ride on the way to Loughman. We’ve already booked them for our next cruise out of PortMiami.
A great start to being home — handled from the curb to the door. The fare was set up front, no surprise on a busy disembarkation morning.
We came off the ship tired but happy and a private car straight from the port to Loughman was exactly right. The fare was locked in at booking, no surprise on a busy disembarkation morning.
For a stress-free disembarkation, my husband and I had a private driver meet us at the cruise terminal to run us to Loughman. It was just our party in the car — no side pickups — which was exactly what we wanted.
