From $100 per vehicle, a private one-way ride between Port of Miami and Fountainebleau — flat rate, driver waiting at the cruise terminal.
Each price below is the whole-vehicle rate for your entire party, set the moment you book and never moved by traffic, demand, or the disembark rush.
Clear the terminal and your driver is already at the curb, finding your group as you walk out with the bags — no rideshare lot to search and no queue to join. Meet and greet comes with every booking; if you want a name sign held at the doors, ask on WhatsApp when you reserve and it is added for $20. The driver holds the curb for thirty minutes past the agreed time, and because we watch your ship’s real arrival, a berth that lands behind schedule just re-times the pickup at no charge. From there you ride straight to Fountainebleau, nothing pooled and no detour to pick up strangers.
Fountainebleau sits across the bay from the port, an oceanfront resort on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, so the ride is a brief, direct one rather than a long haul. There is no set drive-time we can promise, since the clock on any cruise morning depends on how busy the terminals are and how the beach traffic is moving. On a day when several ships let out together, both the exit from the port and the approach along Collins Avenue slow down, while a quieter mid-week arrival clears far faster. Whatever the roads are doing, your driver picks the smoothest way on the spot, and the per-vehicle price stays put even if the drive drags. If a spa appointment, a room check-in, or a dinner reservation is waiting, share the time on WhatsApp and the pickup is arranged to land you there with a margin to spare.
Fountainebleau is a beachfront landmark at 4441 Collins Avenue, a broad oceanfront resort quarter whose center is the sand, the pools, and a full slate of restaurants, bars, a spa, and after-dark venues. Walk out the door and the Miami Beach boardwalk runs north and south along the Atlantic for a stroll or a morning jog, with the wide beach a step away. The setting pairs vacation downtime with meeting and event space, so it pulls in holidaymakers resting up after a sailing alongside guests in town for a conference or a party. Would you rather stay elsewhere? South Beach sits just south for a walkable, sand-adjacent base, while Brickell and downtown are nearer the cruise terminal for an easy night before you sail — and the same private car will run you to any of them.
Three private tiers cover this route, and only your headcount and bag count decide between them. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers with space for a week of cruise luggage — the usual pick for couples, solo travelers, and small families. The 6-to-9 van keeps a larger family or friends traveling together in one vehicle with the bags. The 10-to-14 van holds a reunion or a multi-cabin group together under one reservation rather than divided between two cars. Each tier is yours alone; no other travelers are ever placed in with your group. Message your headcount on WhatsApp and we assign the tier that fits the party and the luggage in a single vehicle.
Fares are one-way and set per vehicle, so a full SUV of five costs the same as a single rider, and a return trip is just the one-way figure doubled. The booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit, and the balance is paid to the driver on the day of your journey. Need a quick errand or a second drop along the way? Extra stops run $45 for each 30 minutes and are arranged ahead of time. A child seat adds $15 on the Port of Miami run and is fitted before the driver reaches the terminal — just send the number and ages on WhatsApp. Booking a day or more in advance is best, though shorter notice is still checked by hand.
Every fare already includes tolls, SunPass, and fuel, so nothing on the road is billed on the side. The driver loads and unloads the cruise luggage at both ends, and every vehicle carries onboard WiFi on a mobile hotspot. Real-time ship monitoring is part of the booking, which is why a late berth only shifts the pickup instead of costing more. There is no surcharge on a pickup timed from 7 AM to 9 PM; start outside that window and the SUV adds $20 while either van adds 10% over the trip. What falls outside the fare is short — meals, an optional driver tip, and any unplanned stop beyond the arranged ones.
Meet and greet is included, so the driver always comes to the curb to find you. A held name sign at the terminal doors is an optional add-on at $20 — request it on WhatsApp when you book. Either way, you walk out and step straight into a private vehicle reserved for your group.
Nothing changes on your side. We follow the vessel’s real arrival and disembark timing, so a late berth just re-times your pickup at no added cost. Your rate and your reserved vehicle stay exactly the same, and the driver meets you once you have genuinely cleared the building.
Yes. The rate shown is one-way per vehicle, and a return is that same number doubled — the price never surges and it is not split by head. Reserve both legs together so one driver and a set pickup time cover your arrival and your ride back to the port.
A pickup timed from 7 AM to 9 PM has no surcharge. One that starts outside that window adds $20 on the SUV, or 10% over the fare on either van. Tell us your planned time on WhatsApp and we confirm whether the after-hours amount applies before you book.
Yes — a small pet is welcome in a carrier when you flag it ahead of time. Mention the pet on WhatsApp as you reserve so the driver is expecting it. Oversized or extra bags work the same way: note them early and we either confirm the room or move you up to a bigger van.
One message books your Fountainebleau transfer. Send the ship name, your sailing or disembark date, the number of passengers, and any child seats or pets; we reply with the assigned vehicle and the locked price, and the driver’s name and plate arrive by text the evening before. Reach us on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
The eight of us came off the ship together and arranged one private van from the port to Fountainebleau. We’ve already saved them for our next cruise out of PortMiami. The van was spotless, and the AC was perfect after the ship.
No taxi line — we walked off the ship and the car was waiting. Highly recommend. The fare was the number we were quoted, no surge because the port was slammed.
My partner and I had a great sailing and capped it off with a private car waiting right at the terminal to run us out to Fountainebleau — not a worry at the terminal. It was just our party in the car — no one else’s stops — which was so much nicer than piling in with strangers. The driver got the whole pile of luggage in so we didn’t have to juggle it all.
