From $175 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from the Port of Miami cruise terminal straight to your Boulevard Gardens door.
Each fare below is the whole-vehicle total for your group, fixed the moment you reserve and unchanged by traffic or the hour you sail in.
Once your ship berths at the Port of Miami, collect your bags and step out of the cruise terminal to find the driver waiting at the curb, ready to lift every case into the vehicle. Thirty minutes of courtesy waiting is built in from the agreed pickup time, so a slow customs line is no problem. The evening before you travel, a text brings the driver’s name, the vehicle and the plate, which makes the person easy to spot in the disembarkation crowd. Reserve at least 24 hours out so a vehicle sized to your party is confirmed for your terminal.
Boulevard Gardens is a quiet garden-apartment cooperative — a tree-shaded residential pocket rather than a tourist strip, built from low-rise homes along calm streets. Most people arriving here are visiting relatives or friends, or simply want a restful base to unwind in after days at sea. Day to day, the streets run to neighborhood dining and small shops rather than headline sights, which makes it an unhurried place to settle between a cruise and the rest of a trip. Whatever the exact address, the ride finishes at the door, so the last stretch is never yours to work out.
A garden-apartment layout means the street number by itself seldom points to a single front door: several low buildings can share one address, and their entrances open onto interior walkways instead of the street. When you book, pass along the building’s letter or number, the unit, and which road the parking lot opens toward. With those details the driver pulls in on the correct side of the property and walks the cases to the right entrance instead of the first one in view.
The trip is one uninterrupted ride with no shared pickups, so its length rides mostly on when you pull away from the terminal toward Boulevard Gardens. Early in the day the roads move freely and the run is quick. Disembarkation mornings are the busiest stretch: several ships can unload together, packing the exits and nearby streets with cabs, shuttles and private cars until the pace drags. The driver keeps an eye on the ship’s true arrival and sets the departure around it, and since the fare is locked when you book, heavier traffic never changes the price you agreed to.
Choose the tier that matches your headcount and bags — each is a private vehicle held for your group alone, priced in the list above.
The flat rate folds in the essentials, so nothing new turns up when you arrive. Tolls, SunPass and fuel already sit inside the price, and every vehicle carries onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot. A meet-and-greet at the terminal comes with the ride — the driver greets your group and handles the luggage at no extra charge. A child seat adds $15 on this Port of Miami run, and small pets are welcome with notice on WhatsApp when they ride in a carrier. Want a quick errand along the way? Extra stops are billed at $45 per 30 minutes and arranged before the trip.
Pay with Zelle, Venmo, or a secure link sent to you on WhatsApp or the site. A 50% deposit holds the booking, and the other half goes to the driver on the day of the trip. The charge is per vehicle for the whole group, never per head, so the figure stands whether one traveler rides or a full van does. Pricing is one-way, and a round trip back to the Port of Miami is simply the one-way fare doubled, with both legs able to sit in a single reservation.
Daytime hours run from 7 AM to 9 PM with no surcharge. A pickup that lands outside that window adds a small amount to the flat fare.
The pickup shifts to match, with nothing extra to pay. The driver keeps tabs on the ship’s scheduled and real arrival, so a late berth simply moves the meeting time — no new fare, nothing to re-book. Share the ship name when you reserve and the timing is watched for your terminal.
Figure on a checked bag and a carry-on for each passenger, and there’s space for cruise luggage in all three tiers. Bringing oversized or extra pieces? Flag it on WhatsApp beforehand so the room is confirmed, or you shift up to a larger van. Loading and unloading are the driver’s job.
It is per vehicle, not per seat — your group travels on the one flat price listed above. Whether it is a single couple or a full van of fourteen, the total holds. That keeps a private SUV or van budget-friendly for families and larger groups.
Yes. Reserve the return leg with the outbound and the same private vehicle collects you from your Boulevard Gardens address for the run back to the cruise terminal. A round trip is the one-way fare doubled, and booking both legs together keeps one driver and a set pickup time on record.
Yes, on request. Ask ahead on WhatsApp and the driver will be at the terminal exit holding your name, for a $20 add-on to the fare. Either way, the driver’s name, vehicle and plate reach you by text the night before, so spotting the ride is simple.
Send your ship name, terminal, passenger count and Boulevard Gardens address, and the private vehicle is confirmed with the fare fixed. Messages are welcome any time, day or night.

Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
The two of us set up a private transfer for after the cruise so we wouldn’t deal with the port crowds on the way to Boulevard Gardens. We knew the plan before we even docked, so there was no guessing at the port. It was only our group in the car — no side pickups — which was exactly what we wanted.
My wife and I had a wonderful cruise and capped it off with a private car ready at the curb to run us out to Boulevard Gardens — not a worry at the terminal. For a no-hassle way to get from the port to Boulevard Gardens, it was money well spent. The meet-and-greet at the curb came with the booking, and we found the car with no trouble.
All of us came off the ship together and it was a relief to have one private van ready at the curb for the ride to Boulevard Gardens — no splitting up. It was only us in the car — no side pickups — which was so much nicer than piling in with strangers. The fare was set up front, no surprise on a busy disembarkation morning. Thanks for the smooth handoff!
Coming off the ship by myself, the last thing I wanted was to fend for a ride at the port, so I had a private transfer lined up to take me to Boulevard Gardens. Getting off the ship on my own, I felt totally comfortable from the terminal all the way to Boulevard Gardens.
Everything went to plan from the port to Boulevard Gardens — couldn’t ask for more.
