From $125 per vehicle: a private one-way ride from MIA to West Perrine, driven door to door at one flat, fixed fare.
One flat price covers the whole vehicle, with tolls and fuel already folded in, so your group rides for a single fare that holds from the moment you book.
Curbside pickup is built into the fare. Your driver follows the inbound flight in real time and waits at the terminal curb as you step out with your luggage, so there is no app to open and no rideshare line to join. The night before travel a message arrives with the driver name, the vehicle, and the plate, which means you already know which car to look for before the wheels touch down. Prefer to be met inside the terminal with a name sign in hand? That in-building greeting can be added for $40. Otherwise the bags go straight in at the curb and the run south begins.
West Perrine is a residential community in south Miami-Dade, shaped more by houses, churches, and neighborhood shops than by high-rises or nightlife. The streets are quiet and family-centered, and a long-running redevelopment effort keeps investing in the area. It sits within easy reach of the wider South Dade corridor, where everyday parks, stores, and services line the main roads. Most people arriving here are visiting relatives, attending a local event, or handling business tied to the surrounding neighborhoods rather than chasing a tourist strip. To read more, the West Perrine Community Redevelopment Agency and the neighborhood’s own redevelopment resources are good starting points.
The trip covers 22.7 miles (36.5 km), and the clock swings with the hour you leave. Clear roads put it close to 31 minutes; midday and evening congestion can push the same run toward 54 minutes, which makes 31 to 54 minutes the realistic door-to-door spread. From the terminal the driver takes the Turnpike Thru Lanes and links onto the SR-836 Toll, picking whichever moves better at the time. Because the price locks at booking, a slow crawl through traffic never adds a cent — the hour moves the clock, not the fare. Pickup timing is planned around your landing, so you are heading south soon after the bags are collected.
A 50% deposit confirms the reservation, and the remaining half goes to the driver on the day of travel, so nothing is due in full up front for a Miami-side pickup. Every fare is priced one-way and per vehicle, which makes a round trip simply the one-way rate doubled and booked as two legs under a single confirmation. Send the flight number, travel date, group size, and the West Perrine address by WhatsApp, and the vehicle and price come back locked. Reserving at least a day ahead works best; shorter notice gets a manual check, subject to availability.
Daytime service runs from 7 AM to 9 PM with no surcharge. A trip that begins outside that window carries a modest premium set by the vehicle.
The number you agree to is the number you pay. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel already sit inside the fare, and the private vehicle carries only your party — no pooling and no strangers along the way. The driver is bilingual in English plus Spanish or Portuguese, loads and unloads every bag, and stays reachable on WhatsApp before and during the ride. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot. A child seat can be added for $20 each, and an extra stop along the route runs $45 per 30 minutes; both are confirmed when you book. Pets are welcome with advance notice and travel in a carrier.
Addresses across Miami-Dade sit on a numbered grid, and the same street number can repeat in different sectors of the county. What tells them apart is the two-letter prefix — NW, NE, SW, or SE — so include it with the house or unit number and the ZIP when you send the destination. That combination pins the drop to one door, and passing it along early lets the driver plan the exact approach.
The inbound flight is tracked in real time, and the pickup re-times itself at no extra charge whether the plane is early or delayed. The driver holds the curb with a courtesy wait of two hours after an international landing and one hour after a domestic one, so a slow customs line never costs you the ride. No rebooking fee applies because a schedule slipped.
Yes. Rides run around the clock, including arrivals well after the 7 AM to 9 PM daytime block. A trip outside those hours adds the small after-hours premium listed above — $20 on the SUV or 10% on a van — and nothing else changes. The driver still tracks your flight and meets you at the curb whenever the plane gets in.
Pick by headcount: the black SUV seats up to five with standard luggage, a van covers six to nine, and a larger van takes ten to fourteen. Every tier is reserved for your party alone. The fare is charged per vehicle, never per head, so five riders in the SUV pay the same $125 as a single traveler. If your group sits right at a cutoff or carries extra gear, a quick message can size you up to the next van.
Reserve your private MIA to West Perrine transfer by WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or by phone at 786-682-8748. Share your flight number, date, passenger count, and pickup address, and the driver, vehicle, and flat fare are confirmed in reply.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Getting a big group out of MIA and over to West Perrine is usually a headache — a pre-booked van made it effortless. They kept an eye on the flight, so even though we got in late, the car was ready.
My partner and I booked a private transfer from MIA to West Perrine so we wouldn’t have to figure out a taxi after our flight.
On time, professional, and we were at the door in West Perrine before we knew it. Landing after midnight into West Perrine, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of a taxi gamble.
