From $345 per vehicle: a private one-way ride from MIA to Wellington, met at the curb and driven straight to your door.
Each figure below is the whole-vehicle fare to any address you give, fixed the moment you reserve and untouched by traffic, demand, or the hour you land.
Put your flight number on the booking and the driver tracks it live, so a delayed landing just shifts the pickup with no penalty. Meet-and-greet comes with the fare: once your bags are in hand, the driver is waiting at the curb outside your terminal. Would you rather be found inside arrivals behind a name sign? That adds $20 and is arranged when you book. There is no app to open and no rideshare line to join — you step from baggage claim into a vehicle held only for your group.
Door to door the run takes about 93 minutes when the roads are clear and up to 101 at the busiest part of the day, covering 73.6 miles — roughly 118.5 kilometers. Leaving the airport, the driver picks up Florida’s Turnpike, shifts onto the I-95 express lanes, and crosses north into Palm Beach County before turning toward the village. Late-afternoon commuter volume on I-95 and the county interchanges accounts for the slower end of that band; early mornings and the hours after the evening rush move fastest. Because the fare is settled at booking, a heavier day on the road changes only the clock, never the figure you agreed to.
Wellington is a planned village in western Palm Beach County, set inland from the coast among wide residential streets, golf courses, and country clubs. Horses define the place: winter show-jumping, dressage, and polo seasons pull competitors and spectators in from many countries, while the surrounding farms and open pasture give the village a greener, more unhurried feel than the beach cities to the east. Royal Palm Beach and Lake Worth sit next door, and downtown West Palm Beach with the Atlantic shoreline is a short drive for travelers carrying on. Municipal hours and services are listed on the Village of Wellington’s municipal site. The ride ends at whatever address you name — a home, a barn, a club, or a business.
Three private tiers cover every group, and each booking hands the whole vehicle to your party alone — no shared seats, no pooled stops. The black SUV takes up to five travelers with luggage, which suits couples and small families. A van carries six to nine when a larger family or work group travels together, and the biggest van seats ten to fourteen for an extended party. Each passenger has room for one checked bag and one carry-on; if you are bringing oversized pieces, flag it on WhatsApp ahead of time so the right size is dispatched.
The quoted fare carries the ride end to end, including the road costs that usually stack up on the way north: tolls, SunPass, and fuel all sit inside the number, so the trip adds nothing at the finish. A mobile hotspot keeps WiFi on board for the whole drive. A child seat is available for $20, and small pets travel in a carrier when you mention them on WhatsApp ahead of time. Need an extra stop along the way? That runs $45 for each 30 minutes and is agreed before travel day. Every price is one-way and per vehicle, so a couple and a family of five pay the same flat figure for the SUV.
Nothing is due in full up front. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle and the pickup time — settle it by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure WhatsApp link — and the balance is handed to the driver on travel day. The fare covers the whole car rather than each seat, so it makes no difference whether two or twelve people ride. Need the return? Book both directions as one reservation and the total is twice the one-way price, with the same driver collecting you at the door for the trip back to the airport.
Pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. Start a trip outside that window and a small off-hour upscale applies, scaled to the vehicle. For an SUV the add-on is $20 when the whole run stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 once it reaches beyond those two counties — and because Wellington sits north of them in Palm Beach County, the $50 figure is the one that applies here. A van of six to fourteen adds 10% to the trip value for an off-hour departure instead.
You ride alone. The SUV or van leaves the airport carrying only the people on your booking and drives straight to your door — no other passengers, no pooled pickups, no detours to gather anyone else. What some travelers call a shuttle is, here, a private vehicle held for your group of up to fourteen.
Keep your flight number on the reservation and the driver watches its live status, moving the curbside pickup to your real arrival at no extra cost. A slow customs line or a diverted landing will not cost you the ride or change the fare. The car simply waits until you clear the terminal with your bags.
Per vehicle, always. The flat figure in the pricing list covers the entire party, whether two travelers fill the SUV or fourteen fill the largest van. Nothing is added by the head, and there is no surge pricing — what you confirm at booking is the whole cost.
Yes. The route runs both directions, so book the return from Wellington to MIA the same way and the driver picks you up from your address in time for check-in. Reserving both legs at once sets the total at twice the one-way price and keeps one driver and one confirmed time across the trip.
As precise as you can make it. The region’s equestrian venues sprawl across large grounds with several entrances, so a name on its own can strand the car far from where your party waits — pass along the gate, barn, or ring plus the street number. Check the address on your event confirmation against the venue’s listed postal address too, because the two do not always line up, and the driver navigates to whichever you give.
To hold a vehicle for your MIA arrival, message WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748 with your flight number, date, party size, and Wellington drop-off. The pickup window, the deposit link, and the fare come back to you in writing before travel day, and same-week requests are welcome.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
There were seven of us arriving in Miami, and one private transfer to Wellington was way simpler than splitting into cars. Honestly the smoothest part of our whole trip — arrival was completely stress-free. The driver handled the luggage so we didn’t have to lift a thing after the flight.
Nuestro grupo reservó una van directo desde MIA, y no pudo ser más fácil. El conductor se ocupó del equipaje para que no tuviéramos que cargar nada tras el vuelo.
I booked a private transfer from MIA to Wellington so I could just walk out and go after the flight. The van was really comfortable after a long flight, a nice relief in the Miami heat.
We came with a group of friends and wanted everyone and the luggage in one private ride from the airport. Booking was simple, we got the pickup details in writing, and everything went exactly as planned. There was plenty of room for the whole group and all our luggage in one van.
I can’t stand the whole rideshare scramble at MIA, so I set up a private car to Wellington. Booking was easy, I got a clear confirmation, and everything matched what I was told. Traveling on my own, I felt completely at ease from arrivals all the way to Wellington.
