Private Transfer from MIA to Waldorf Astoria Orlando

From $590 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Waldorf Astoria Orlando, driven door to door up Florida’s Turnpike and I-95.

How Much Is a Private MIA Ride to Waldorf Astoria Orlando? 💵

Each price below is a flat total for the whole vehicle, fixed the moment you reserve and unmoved by traffic or the hour you land — pick the tier that matches your headcount and bags.

  • Black SUV holding up to 5 passengers: $590 USD
  • Van holding 6 to 9 passengers: $900
  • Van holding 10 to 14 passengers: $1000

Where Does Your Driver Meet You at MIA? 🧭

Your driver is at the curb outside your Miami International Airport terminal, in place by the time you step out with your bags — the meet and greet comes with every booking, so there is no app to open and no rideshare lane to hunt down. Since your inbound flight is followed in real time, an early touchdown or a slow passport queue simply moves the pickup to when you actually clear the doors. Prefer the driver holding a name sign as you reach the arrivals hall? That indoor greeting can be added for $20.

Which Private Vehicle Suits Your Group? 💲

Three private tiers cover any party, and each is booked whole rather than by the seat. The black SUV takes up to five travelers with room for typical airport luggage, a comfortable pick for couples or a small family. Six to nine passengers ride the mid-size van, while ten to fourteen take the largest van — both keep everyone together for the long run north to Waldorf Astoria Orlando instead of splitting across separate cars. Send your passenger count on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right size before anything is locked in.

What Is Waldorf Astoria Orlando Like? 🗺️

Waldorf Astoria Orlando sits in the Bonnet Creek section of the Orlando resort corridor, a short way from Lake Buena Vista and the main theme-park gates. Championship golf, a full spa, and a spread of pools share the grounds, and with fine dining on site the property stands as a destination of its own rather than a place to simply drop your bags. The attractions district stays close, while the resort acreage itself keeps a calm, manicured feel. You can read the room, dining, and amenity details on Waldorf Astoria Orlando’s own site.

How Long Is the Drive North to the Resort? 🕒

Plan on roughly 240 to 247 minutes from door to door — about four hours — across the 240.8 miles between MIA and Waldorf Astoria Orlando, which works out to 387.6 kilometers for travelers used to metric. The route climbs north out of Miami on Florida’s Turnpike and I-95, the pair of corridors that carry almost the entire leg to the Orlando area as one continuous drive, with no transfer and no change of vehicle. Leave outside the morning and late-afternoon peaks and you finish nearer the low end of that band; congestion around the Miami metro and the busier segments pushes it toward the higher figure. Because the fare is flat, none of that traffic ever reaches your total, and no meter runs while you sit in it.

How Do the Deposit and Payment Work? 🏆

Payment is handled through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link, and it arrives in two parts instead of all at once. Half of the fare confirms the booking and holds your vehicle; the balance is settled with your driver on journey day. The rate is one-way and tied to the whole vehicle, so two travelers pay the same posted figure as a group filling a fourteen-seat van. Need the return leg? A round trip runs at twice that one-way figure, set up inside one reservation so a single driver handles both directions.

Which Charges Sit Outside the Base Fare? 🌜

Very little falls outside the flat rate. Tolls, SunPass, fuel, onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot, and a typical allowance of one checked bag plus one carry-on per passenger are all built in, and the meet and greet is part of the ride, not an upgrade. The surcharge-free window runs 7 AM to 9 PM; a trip that begins outside it adds a night fee — $20 on the SUV when the run stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 once it reaches beyond those counties, while the vans add 10 percent of the fare. A name sign held at the terminal is $20, a child seat is $20 each, and any added stop along the way is $45 per half hour. Extra or oversized luggage and small pets in a carrier are easy to arrange with a WhatsApp note before you fly.

What If My MIA Flight Lands Late? ⌛

Nothing changes on your end. The driver follows your inbound flight in real time, so a delay, a diverted arrival, or a slow customs line just shifts the pickup to when you actually reach the curb. With a flat fare, the minutes spent waiting on that delay never add to what you owe.

Is This a Private Car or a Shared Ride? 🌃

This ride is fully private from start to finish. Only your party rides in the SUV or van — no strangers on board and no detours to pick up anyone else. From the MIA curb to the resort’s front door, the vehicle is yours alone for the entire drive north.

Can You Carry Extra or Oversized Luggage? 💲

Yes — the typical rate already covers one checked bag and a carry-on for every passenger. If you are bringing extra pieces or something oversized, drop us a WhatsApp note in advance so we can confirm the room or bump you to a bigger van. Handling it before you fly beats finding a squeeze at the curb.

Do You Also Drive the Return to MIA? 🧭

Yes. The same private SUVs and vans run the resort-to-airport leg for your departure, and they link the Orlando area with other Florida airports, seaports, and cities as well. Share your full itinerary on WhatsApp and we will set the vehicle and the flat fare for each leg. Booking both directions together keeps one driver and one confirmed time across your arrival and your ride home.

Frequently Asked Questions
We've gathered and answered the questions passengers ask us most often.

How early should I reserve my ride? 📆

Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Can I still get a car for today? ⚡

We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.

Do I pay everything up front? 💳

No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.

Can the balance be paid in cash to the driver? 💵

Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.

What are the rules for changing or canceling? 🔁

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.

Can I move my pickup time after booking? ⏰

The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.

Is paying online safe, and is there a card fee? 🔐

Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.

I am booking from another country, is that a problem? 🌍

Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Do you follow my flight if it lands early or late? ✈️

Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.

What if my flight is canceled or lands somewhere else? 🛬

Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.

Where does the driver wait at the airport, and is a name sign included? 🚏

Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.

I will have no data or roaming when I land, how do we find each other? 📲

You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.

How will I know which car and driver are mine? 🪪

The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.

What should I do if I cannot reach the driver? 📞

Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.

How long will the driver wait, and what does extra waiting cost? ⌛

At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.

How long is the ride going to take? 🕒

The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.

Will the driver handle my luggage? 🧳

Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.

How much luggage fits, and what about oversized items? 🎒

Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.

Are child seats or boosters available? 👶

Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.

Can we stop somewhere on the way? 🛣️

Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.

Is the ride shared with other passengers? 🚘

Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.

Which vehicles do you use? 🚙

A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.

Do you only do airport rides? 🛎️

No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.

Can you handle weddings, conferences or VIP guests? 🎊

Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.

Is there a night surcharge? 🌜

Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.

Does the price on this page cover any address? 🧭

The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.

Are there any charges beyond the quoted fare? 🧾

The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.

Traveling with the kids, I was NOT about to wrangle a taxi at MIA, so I booked a private van to Waldorf Astoria Orlando. The driver was happy to speak English or Spanish, which made the whole thing that much easier.

We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we booked a private car from the airport to Waldorf Astoria Orlando. The driver was bilingual, which made the whole thing that much easier. Honestly the smoothest part of our whole trip — everything was handled from the second we landed.
