From $600 per vehicle: your private, one-way ride from MIA to University, at one flat rate for the whole group.
Each price below is the whole-vehicle rate to University, set the moment you book and untouched by traffic or the hour of day. You are charged per vehicle, so the figure covers your entire party rather than each seat.
Your driver is stationed at the curb outside your terminal exit, already watching the inbound flight so pickup is matched to the moment the wheels actually touch down, not a printed schedule. The day before, a text lists the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate, plus exactly where to walk out. Prefer to be met inside with a name sign? That hold runs an added twenty dollars, while the standard curbside meet and greet comes with every booking. A delay or an early landing simply shifts the pickup at no charge, and there is a cushion of waiting built in — roughly two hours after an international arrival and about an hour after a domestic one — so nobody is hurried through customs or the baggage carousel.
The run to University covers 239.8 miles, roughly 386 kilometers, from the terminal curb to the door you name. Plan on about 232 minutes when the highway is clear and up to 244 when it is busy — close to a four-hour drive either way. Most of the path climbs north on Florida’s Turnpike and I-95, out of the Miami metro. Mid-morning and early-afternoon departures tend to land at the quicker end, while the weekday commute and long-weekend travel nudge the clock toward its slower end. Since the fare is fixed, a crawling stretch of highway never adds a dollar to what you owe, and there is room to pause once for a restroom or coffee on a haul this long.
University points to a campus and the district that grows around it, a place that moves to the rhythm of the school year. Picture teaching buildings and labs, dorms and nearby rentals, a stadium or arena that fills on game day, plus coffee shops, a bookstore, and low-key eateries of the kind that ring any big school. Travelers show up for orientation, family move-ins, home games, commencement, conferences, and campus visits, so the busiest days track the academic calendar. Nearer the grounds the streets stay walkable, with open quads and places to gather between classes, and a private transfer delivers you to the exact dorm or building you specify, bags and all.
The whole idea is one private vehicle held for your group and a fare that will not move. Locked when you book, it ignores demand, weather, and rush hour — no meter, no surge, no surprise at the curb. The driver is bilingual, speaking English along with Spanish or Portuguese, and handles every bag on and off the vehicle. Because the ride belongs to your party alone, no strangers share the seats and no one is dropped along the way. Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel already sit inside the price, and an onboard WiFi hotspot keeps everyone connected on the long drive north.
Reserving takes a fifty-percent deposit, and the balance goes to the driver on the day of the trip. Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp or the website. Every fare is one-way and per vehicle, so a round trip is simply two legs — double the one-way price — booked together with a single driver and pickup time. Reserve at least a day ahead, and sooner for peak dates, so the right vehicle is set aside for your party.
A child seat can be added for twenty dollars, so tell us the ages and how many you need at booking. A small pet can travel with you when you flag it in advance on WhatsApp, riding inside its own carrier. Want to break the drive with a planned detour? Extra stops run forty-five dollars per thirty minutes, arranged before your travel day. Tipping is never expected and always appreciated, and anything outside this list is easy to confirm on WhatsApp before you set out.
Pickups between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM carry no surcharge. Outside that window a modest night charge applies, set by vehicle class:
Across more than 239 miles a metered taxi or a ride-hailing app keeps climbing with distance and demand, and neither one promises a car ready the minute you land. This private transfer is booked ahead at one flat rate, with the driver tracking your flight and standing at the curb as you walk out. You know the total before you leave home instead of after the meter stops.
No single bus or train line makes this run practical. Over a distance like this, transit means piecing together transfer after transfer, dead time at each junction, and wrestling suitcases the whole way. A private car swaps that for one booked vehicle straight from curb to door on the timetable you pick, so departure waits on you, not on a posted schedule.
Yes. The same private service can pick you up at MIA and set you down at PortMiami for a cruise, or run it in reverse from a Miami-side address. Each direction books on its own as a one-way, whole-vehicle booking, with the driver tracking your flight or ship, handling the bags, and carrying you straight through with no extra riders.
Plan on one checked bag plus a carry-on per traveler as the norm, with the driver managing the lifting at both ends. Bringing oversized gear, or a full semester of boxes for a student moving in? Message us on WhatsApp beforehand, and we will either verify the room or bump you to a bigger van so every person and every bag travels in one vehicle.
Reserve your private transfer from MIA to University by message and travel on your own schedule. Send your date, group size, terminal, and the exact drop-off address, and we confirm the vehicle, the flat quote, and your pickup time. Reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at 786-682-8748.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We came into Miami and starting the trip with a private pickup straight to our place in University set the tone. We got dropped at the door of where we were staying, not left at some corner.
Private, on time, and stress-free from the moment I landed. Exactly what you want after a flight. My flight came in late and the driver adjusted with no problem — no extra charge, nothing.
We weren’t about to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we arranged a private ride from the airport to University. With the kids along, it helped that the driver was so easygoing and had the car seat ready. They kept an eye on the flight, so even though we landed behind schedule, the car was right there.
There were seven of us arriving in Miami, and one private transfer to University was way simpler than splitting into cars. Booking was simple, we got a confirmation the night before, and everything went exactly as planned. The driver was professional and courteous, exactly what you want after a flight.
