From $425 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Tropical Park, flat rate, door to door.
One flat figure covers the whole vehicle, set by the size of your group and fixed the moment you book, so demand and traffic never move it.
Real-time flight tracking keeps the driver on your inbound arrival, so the car is already in position whether you touch down early or late. The standard meeting is curbside: walk out of MIA baggage claim and the driver is at the curb, ready to take every bag. A text the day before travel carries the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate, plus the exact spot to look for. Prefer a greeting held inside the terminal with a name sign? That option adds $40. From the curb the ride heads straight out to Tropical Park, with no line changes and nobody else pooled into the car.
Tropical Park is a large public green space in the Westchester district of west Miami-Dade, a good way inland from downtown and the beaches. Quiet lakes anchor the grounds, ringed by shaded paths for walking and jogging, and the place works as a daytime recreation hub rather than a nightlife stop. Its grounds hold a horse-and-rider equestrian center, courts for tennis, fields for soccer and ball games, a boxing gym, covered picnic shelters, and wide lawns that turn over to festivals and community gatherings across the year. The blocks around it read residential and suburban — the Westchester and Olympia Heights areas — with everyday shops and family restaurants instead of resort strips, which is why many travelers sleep near Brickell or the sand and drive out just for the day. For hours, directions, and the event calendar, the official Miami-Dade County park page and the Greater Miami visitor guide keep the current details.
The trip stays entirely inside Miami-Dade, running west from the airport into the Westchester area where the park sits, so it is a short intra-county hop rather than a long-haul leg. One reserved vehicle carries the whole party and the luggage from the terminal straight to the grounds — no transfers, no shared seats. Because the fare is fixed per vehicle, a slower crawl in heavier traffic never changes the amount you pay; the driver simply absorbs the extra minutes. And if the inbound flight lands ahead of schedule or gets held up, the pickup re-times at no cost, so a shift on the airport side does not eat into the rest of your day.
When a fair, a concert, or a tournament takes over the grounds, the layout shifts — gates get staffed, a few close to cars entirely, and the parking nearest your event is often not the one a map would pick. Put the gate or the field printed on your ticket into the booking, not only the park name, so the driver heads for the entrance that is genuinely open that day. For a visit built around one match or festival, that single detail saves a slow lap around the perimeter.
Match the vehicle to your headcount and bags — every tier is private and held for your party alone.
Each seat allows one checked bag and one carry-on, so a filled vehicle takes a group’s usual airport load, and the driver handles the lifting at both ends.
Reserve over WhatsApp with at least 24 hours’ notice, sending the flight details, the party size, and the pickup date. A 50% deposit locks the booking, and the other half is paid straight to the driver on the day of the trip. Pricing is one-way and per vehicle: a round trip back to MIA is that one-way fare doubled, and both legs can sit in a single reservation so one driver and a confirmed time cover the arrival and the return. The figure you see is for the whole vehicle, never charged by the head.
A curbside meet and greet comes included; the name-sign greeting held inside the terminal is the one that adds $40. A child seat is $20 each, so note how many you need at booking. An unscheduled wait or an added stop runs $45 per 30 minutes and is arranged ahead so the time stays reserved for you. Standard hours run 7 AM to 9 PM; outside that window an SUV carries a $20 night fee within the Miami-Dade and Broward area — which covers this airport-to-park run — and $50 for anywhere beyond it.
The driver watches your inbound flight in real time and moves the pickup to match, early or late, at no extra charge. An ordinary delay costs nothing, since the vehicle is held only for your party and the rate is already locked. Send the flight number at booking so the tracking is set before you land.
The rate is charged by the vehicle, never by the head. A single flat figure from the table above covers everyone, whether two or five sit in the SUV. Filling the vehicle and dividing that fare across the whole party keeps each rider’s share small.
Yes. The same private vehicle runs the route in reverse, from the park back to the airport, priced as the one-way fare doubled. Book both legs together and one driver plus a set pickup time handle the departure and the return. Give the outbound flight time so the collection is paced with a sensible margin.
A driver holding through an errand or an event and then carrying the group onward is a different booking from a straight point-to-point run. It can be arranged when it is agreed ahead, billed at $45 per 30 minutes so the day is reserved. Raise it in the first message rather than once everyone is standing at the curb.
Each seat allows one checked bag and one carry-on, so a filled SUV or van takes a group’s usual airport load. For extra or oversized pieces, a note on WhatsApp ahead of time confirms the room or moves you up to a larger van. Loading and unloading at both ends is the driver’s job.
Ready to lock the ride? Send the flight details, party size, pickup date, and any child-seat needs over WhatsApp, and the pickup time and flat fare come straight back. Message or call 786-682-8748, or reach the same number on WhatsApp. Reserve at least 24 hours ahead so the pickup at MIA lines up cleanly.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We landed at MIA with the kids tired after the flight to stay in Tropical Park, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. The driver dropped us at our place in Tropical Park.
Traveling alone, I didn’t want any hassle coming out of MIA, and the ride straight to Tropical Park could not have been easier. Traveling on my own, I felt completely at ease from arrivals all the way to Tropical Park. Honestly the easiest part of my whole trip — getting in was completely stress-free.
We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we arranged a private ride from the airport to Tropical Park.
