From $100 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Tamiami — flat rate, bilingual driver, door to door.
The price is a flat, whole-vehicle rate set the instant you reserve, so your group travels for one figure that traffic and demand never move.
Every booking includes a curbside meet at Miami International Airport: after baggage claim, step out to the arrivals level and your driver is there. The night before you travel, a text gives the driver’s name, the assigned vehicle with its plate, and the precise place to head for. That standard greeting is part of the fare; being met inside the terminal holding a name sign is an optional $40 extra. Since the driver follows your inbound flight, landing early or late simply nudges the pickup — built-in waiting covers the first two hours after an international flight and the first hour after a domestic one, so a routine delay adds nothing.
Out of the airport the journey runs westward on the Dolphin Expressway, State Road 836, and it clears quickly once the morning and evening rush eases. Off-peak the lanes stay open and the drive is direct; during weekday peaks, backups on the expressway add time, so a late-morning or midday pickup usually moves better. Your driver watches live conditions and picks the cleanest lanes that day, and because the fare is fixed per vehicle, heavy traffic never shifts the total. Going the other way — leaving the area for a departing flight — allow a comfortable cushion in busy hours and set the pickup a little earlier.
Tamiami is a low-key residential area in the western reaches of Miami-Dade County — everyday, lived-in Miami rather than a tourist strip. Expect calm streets, neighborhood shopping plazas, schools, and a sizable county park at the middle of it. Most visitors come to see relatives, attend an event, or reach a nearby university or business campus, not to chase the beach. For a livelier base, other Miami districts sit a short drive to the east.
The center of the district is Tamiami Park, a wide green off Coral Way with walking paths, ball fields, and open event grounds where large county gatherings happen through the year. The blocks around it stay practical and low-key — single-family homes, sports complexes, and community facilities rather than nightlife. For the layout of the courts, fields, and open recreation, the visitor guide to Tamiami Park spells it out.
Pick by headcount and bags — each option is a private vehicle kept for your party alone, never pooled with strangers.
The usual luggage allowance is one checked bag and one carry-on per person, and the driver handles loading and unloading at both ends. Traveling with more than that, or with oversized items? A quick WhatsApp message ahead of time confirms the room or moves you up to a bigger van.
A single quoted figure carries everything: the driver, the private vehicle held for your party, tolls, SunPass and fuel, live flight tracking, the curbside airport meet, and onboard WiFi over a mobile hotspot. Your driver is at ease in English and in either Spanish or Portuguese. The rate is billed per vehicle rather than per head, so a couple in the SUV and fourteen riders in the large van each pay only the figure listed for their vehicle. Booking takes a 50% deposit, and the remaining half is settled with the driver on travel day. Pricing is one-way: to cover both directions, book the MIA arrival and the return in one reservation, and the round-journey total comes to two times the one-way figure, with the same driver on each leg.
Daytime service runs between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM at no extra cost. A pickup outside those hours carries a modest night charge set by vehicle: for the SUV it is $20 within Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 for points past that area, while the vans add 10% to the journey. The other extras are optional and priced up front — an in-terminal name-sign meet is $40, a child seat is $20 each and can be added when you book, and any extra stop or waiting beyond the built-in window is $45 per 30 minutes. None of it appears as a curbside surprise; whatever you need is confirmed over WhatsApp before your travel day.
No — every ride is fully private. Only your party rides in the SUV or van: no strangers aboard, no side stops to pick up others. From the MIA curb to your door, the vehicle stays yours alone.
Your side stays the same. The driver follows your inbound flight and resets the curbside pickup on its own, at no extra charge, whether you touch down ahead of schedule or behind it. With two hours of built-in waiting after an international flight and one after a domestic one, an ordinary delay clears well before any extra time counts.
Yes. Put both legs on one reservation and the round journey costs two times the one-way fare for the vehicle you pick. Set your arrival pickup at Miami International Airport and the ride back to the terminal at once, at the same flat per-vehicle rate, with a single driver handling each direction.
Yes. A child seat is $20 each — just note how many you need when you reserve and the driver has them fitted before pickup. Mention the child’s age or size in the same message so the right seat is on board for the ride.
Yes, as its own booking. Tamiami sits on the quieter, residential side of Miami, so travelers wanting nightlife or a central base often add a hop east to Brickell or downtown. Share where you desire to go and it is arranged with the same private vehicle and driver.
Ready to lock in your MIA pickup? Send your flight details, party size, and drop-off address on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748, and your vehicle, driver, and flat rate are confirmed. Booking a day ahead secures the vehicle; last-minute requests are fitted in as space allows.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
I booked a private car from MIA to Tamiami so I wouldn’t have to figure anything out after landing. They kept an eye on the flight, so even though I landed behind schedule, the car was ready. The driver was bilingual, which was a nice touch when I had a question.
My wife and I booked a private transfer from MIA to Tamiami so we wouldn’t have to wait for a rideshare after our flight. The ride to Tamiami was quick and smooth, straight there. A relaxed start to the two of us being in Tamiami.
Con los pequeños, coordinar el traslado a Tamiami significó nada de correr al aterrizar. Los peajes y todo ya estaban incluidos, así que solo nos relajamos en el camino a Tamiami.
I got into Miami after a long day of travel and it was so nice to have a driver already waiting to take me out to Tamiami. I got dropped at the door of where I was staying, not left at some corner. The ride to Tamiami was faster than I expected, straight there.
