From $185 per vehicle — a private, one-way ride from MIA to Sunrise in a black SUV or van, flat rate, bilingual driver.
Each price is for the entire vehicle rather than per head, and it is fixed the moment you book — traffic, weather, or a high-demand date never change it.
At Miami International Airport your driver waits curbside as you step out of the terminal with your bags — that curbside meet-and-greet is part of the fare, with no app to open and no rideshare line to join. Prefer to be met inside at baggage claim? A personalized name-sign pickup within the terminal is an optional add-on at $40. Flight tracking comes built in: the inbound flight is watched in real time and the pickup shifts on its own if you land early or late, at no extra charge and with nothing to re-book.
The journey from the airport into Sunrise runs about 37.2 miles (59.9 km) and takes roughly 48 minutes on open roads, stretching toward 62 minutes once traffic builds. Leaving MIA the route heads north on the Palmetto Expressway and I-75 into western Broward County, an inland corridor well away from the coastal interstate. Departure time decides where you land inside that window: a 7 AM pickup sits toward the quick end, a late-afternoon one toward the slow. Each pickup is timed against live traffic and your flight, so the estimate stays grounded rather than optimistic. The same band applies on the return leg back to the terminal.
Sunrise is a wide, car-oriented city on the western side of Broward County, built around large-box retail, live events, and quick highway access. It is anchored by one of the country’s biggest outlet and shopping complexes, a steady draw for day-trippers across South Florida, and by a large indoor arena that packs in NHL hockey crowds, concert tours, and live shows. West of the built-up grid, broad regional parks and open land reach toward the edge of the Everglades — a green counterweight to the retail and dining strips. One caution: “Sunrise” is also the name of a long boulevard running east and west well beyond the city, so include the street number with the ZIP code when you book and the drop-off lands where it should. City details sit at the official City of Sunrise website.
Three private tiers cover any group, each held for your party alone:
Each passenger includes one checked bag and one carry-on; flag anything oversized on WhatsApp ahead of time and the right vehicle is set aside before your travel day.
The per-vehicle price already folds in the costs that journey people up elsewhere. Tolls, SunPass charges, and fuel sit inside the rate, so nothing is settled on the road. A mobile hotspot on board keeps you connected for the entire drive. The curbside meet-and-greet and the bilingual driver — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — come with the booking, not as paid extras. A short list sits outside the base fare: a child seat is $20 each, a name-sign greeting inside the terminal is $40, an extra stop en route runs $45 per 30 minutes, and pickups outside daytime hours add the surcharge noted below. Everything that can apply is spelled out here, so the number you agree to at booking is the number you pay on the day.
Payment splits in two, so nothing is awkward on travel day. A 50% deposit locks in the vehicle at booking; the balance, the other 50%, goes to the driver on ride day. Settle up by Venmo or Zelle, or through a secure link the driver sends by WhatsApp — whatever is simplest ahead of your flight. Pricing is one-way by default; a return simply doubles that fare and is booked as one reservation, so the journey back is set before your first leg. No processing surcharge is layered on top, and the only amount collected at the curb is the agreed balance.
Daytime pickups between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no surcharge. Anything outside that window adds a small out-of-hours fee that depends on the vehicle and how far the ride runs.
Yes — every ride is fully private. The black SUV or van carries your party alone, never pooled with another booking and never rerouted to pick up strangers. From the curb at Miami International to your Broward address, the vehicle is yours for the whole one-way run.
For the whole car. One flat figure, shown in the fares above, covers the entire group — a lone traveler or a van filled to capacity pays the same, with no per-person math. For most families and groups, splitting a single vehicle fare comes out cheaper per head than separate rides.
Both work with a heads-up when you book. A child seat is $20 each — note the child’s age on WhatsApp and it is fitted before the driver pulls away. Small pets are welcome too with advance notice, riding in a closed pet carrier.
Book as soon as your dates are set — an early booking pins down the vehicle size, your pickup time, and the price, and gives the driver room to plan around heavy stretches on I-75. Last-minute asks a few days out can still work by WhatsApp, though the busiest weekends book up fast. Need a quick errand or a second drop along the way? Extra stops run $45 per 30 minutes, arranged when you reserve.
Ready to lock in your transfer to Sunrise? Message or call 786-682-8748 on WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 with your flight number, date, group size, and drop-off address, and the vehicle, pickup time, and flat fare come back by return message.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We didn’t want to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we set up a private car from the airport to Sunrise. We were on our way within minutes of clearing arrivals, no delays. Landing after midnight, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of hunting for a ride.
The two of us landed at MIA for vacation and had a driver waiting the moment we reached arrivals. The driver was clearly experienced, which made it feel first-class. They tracked the landing, so even though we got in behind schedule, the car was ready and waiting.
My husband and I booked a private transfer from Miami Airport to Sunrise so we wouldn’t have to wait on a rideshare after our flight. Landing after midnight, it was so reassuring to have a private car already waiting instead of hunting for a ride. The driver dropped us right at the door of Sunrise.
After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to hunt for a car — so glad we booked the transfer to Sunrise. Honestly the smoothest part of our whole trip — everything was handled from the second we landed. The car was spotless, and the AC was perfect.
