From $555 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to St. Cloud — flat rate, black SUV or van, curbside pickup.
Every figure below is the full price for the vehicle, not a per-seat charge, and it holds from the moment the booking is confirmed — traffic, demand, and the hour of pickup leave it untouched.
Pickup is curbside, just outside the arrivals doors of your terminal at Miami International Airport. Once you clear baggage claim and step out with your bags, the driver is already parked and ready to load them. The day before travel, a message brings the driver’s name, the vehicle description, and the license plate, so there is no guessing at the curb. Would you rather be met inside with a name sign? That in-terminal greeting is on offer for an added $20. Because the driver follows your inbound flight, an early or late landing simply shifts the pickup time — no rebooking and no penalty.
St. Cloud is a lake-side city in Osceola County, set within Central Florida’s tourism belt just south of the Orlando metro. The feel is residential and unhurried — a walkable historic downtown, waterfront parks along a large lake, family-run restaurants, and quiet streets — while the region’s theme parks and outdoor attractions stay a short drive off. Many travelers pick St. Cloud for family visits, vacation-home stays, or a calmer base away from the busiest tourist strips, then head out to the wider Central Florida sights. The ride ends at the exact address you name — a private home, a rental, a business, or any meeting point in town. For city services and local listings, the City of St. Cloud’s official site is the place to look.
The distance from MIA to St. Cloud measures 215.6 miles (347.0 km), and the door-to-door drive runs roughly 210 minutes when the roads are clear, stretching toward 215 minutes when Miami’s afternoon rush or the Orlando approach slows things down. Florida’s Turnpike carries the bulk of the route, heading north out of Miami toward Osceola County before it reaches your street. Since this is a long haul, one short stop for a restroom or a snack can be worked in without changing the flat fare. The driver keeps an eye on live conditions and sets the departure so the arrival lands on schedule.
Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link sent over WhatsApp or the website. A 50% deposit locks in the booking and holds the vehicle for your date; the remaining half is settled straight with the driver on travel day. The rate is charged once for the whole vehicle, never per head, and the quoted figure is a one-way price. Need the return leg as well? A round trip is simply the one-way fare doubled, reserved as a single booking so one driver and one confirmed time cover both directions.
The flat fare already covers the private vehicle, a bilingual driver, and the curbside meet-and-greet, with tolls, SunPass, and fuel folded in so nothing extra piles up on the road. Real-time flight tracking is part of it too. A few items sit outside the base price: an in-terminal name-sign greeting adds $20, each child seat adds $20, and an added stop or waiting past the pickup runs $45 for every 30 minutes. Anything out of the ordinary — oversized gear, a second pickup point — is worth a quick WhatsApp note before travel day so the right vehicle and price are set in advance.
Rides between 7 AM and 9 PM carry no time-of-day surcharge. Outside that window, the SUV takes on a night fee — $20 when the trip stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward, and $50 for destinations past those county lines. A drive up to Osceola County sits well beyond Broward, so a genuinely late pickup or drop would fall into the $50 tier. Since flights into MIA and the long haul north tend to run best in daylight, plenty of trips never meet the surcharge at all.
There is nothing to redo on your end. The driver watches your inbound flight in real time and moves the curbside pickup at no charge whether you land early or late. Courtesy waiting is built in — two hours for international arrivals and one hour for domestic — so a slow customs line never costs you the ride.
Both can be arranged. A child seat is available at $20 each — just share the children’s ages and how many seats are needed when you book. Small pets are welcome as well, with a heads-up on WhatsApp beforehand, riding secured in a pet carrier. Flagging these at reservation lets the right vehicle be readied with room to spare.
A single private vehicle keeps the whole party together instead of splitting across cars. The black SUV seats up to five, the van covers six to nine, and the largest van takes ten to fourteen — each held only for your group, with no shared seats. When a group lands between two sizes, the larger vehicle is the comfortable call for the long run north, so nobody rides cramped with luggage aboard.
Booking at least 24 hours out is the safe move and locks the vehicle for your date and time. A request inside that window still gets a manual look, though availability can’t be promised on short notice. Sending the flight number, party size, luggage, and St. Cloud address as early as you can makes matching your exact pickup straightforward.
Reserve by WhatsApp or call 786-682-8748: send your flight number, passenger count, luggage, and St. Cloud address, and the vehicle, flat rate, and pickup time come back confirmed. The driver’s name and license plate arrive by text the day before travel, and messages are answered directly if anything about timing or route needs a quick check.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Traveling alone, I wanted arrival handled coming out of MIA, and the ride straight to St. Cloud was perfect. The driver dropped me right at the door.
We came into Miami and starting the trip with a private pickup straight to our place in St. Cloud was the right call. The driver dropped us exactly where we needed to be. Comfortable ride the whole way out to St. Cloud — nice and cool.
I landed at MIA after a long day of travel and it was so nice to have a driver already waiting to take me out to St. Cloud.
There were five of us landing at MIA, and one private transfer to St. Cloud was the easy way. We were on the road within minutes of landing, no waiting around.
Our family of five came into MIA on the way to St. Cloud and the driver helped with all our bags — such a help. The driver handled the luggage so we didn’t have to struggle with anything. Honestly the smoothest part of our whole trip — getting in was completely stress-free.
