From $290 per vehicle for a private one-way ride from MIA to San Castle by SUV or van, at a locked flat rate.
One flat price covers the entire vehicle, one-way, with tolls and fuel already folded in. Pick the tier that fits your headcount and everyone aboard rides for the same total.
Pickup at Miami International is curbside, and the meet-and-greet is folded into the flat rate: once you step out of your terminal, the driver is already there, having followed your inbound flight to the gate. The evening before you travel, a message arrives naming your driver, the car, and its plate, so recognition is simple. Would you rather be met inside the hall with your name printed on a sign? That name-sign greeting is a $20 add-on. Bags go straight into the vehicle, with no app to launch and no rideshare queue to stand in.
Three private tiers cover the run, and each one is reserved for your party alone. Match the choice to how many are traveling and how much luggage rides along.
San Castle is a small, mostly residential pocket of Palm Beach County, sitting north of the Miami metro along Florida’s Atlantic coastal corridor. The feel is quiet and neighborhood-scale, with single-family streets, everyday errands, and quick reach to the county’s beaches, its parks, and easygoing family outings instead of a packed tourist strip. Most people arriving here are visiting relatives, settling in for a longer stay, or using the community as a calm base for exploring the coast nearby.
Because the area is so residential, many guests lodge with family or rent a place locally; the wider choice of hotels sits in the coastal towns and downtown districts a little farther south. Wherever you land, the ride runs door to door, so the address you share is precisely where the driver pulls up.
Plan on roughly 75 to 90 minutes to cover the 60.7 miles (97.7 km), depending on the hour you set out. Early mornings and mid-evenings keep the northbound run on I-95 near the 75-minute mark, while weekday commuter peaks tighten the corridor and stretch the door-to-door time toward 90. None of that moves your fare: the price locks at booking, so a slow, crowded afternoon costs the same as a clear dawn, and the driver simply eats the extra minutes. Each pickup is timed with a real cushion, so an arrival bound for San Castle never feels rushed and a departure toward MIA still leaves room to check in.
Booking is secured with a 50% deposit, and you hand the balance to the driver on your travel day. Charges are per vehicle for the whole group rather than per head, so five people in the SUV pay the same total as one. Pricing is one-way; when you also need the return, it is the one-way figure doubled, and reserving both legs at once keeps a single driver and pickup time across the trip.
The per-vehicle price already covers the car itself, the bilingual driver, every toll and SunPass charge, and the fuel, so nothing is settled at the roadside. The driver tracks your flight and re-schedules the curbside meeting at no charge whether you land early or late. A short list of extras sits outside the base fare: the name-sign greeting inside the terminal runs $20, a child seat is $20 each, and an unplanned stop along the way is $45 per 30 minutes. Bilingual service comes standard, since your driver speaks English along with Spanish or Portuguese, and small pets ride in a carrier when you flag them on WhatsApp ahead of time.
Standard daytime hours are 7 AM to 9 PM, and rides inside that window carry no surcharge. A pickup scheduled outside those hours adds a small night fee. For the SUV that fee is $20 when the trip stays inside Miami-Dade or Broward and $50 once it reaches farther out; since San Castle sits up in Palm Beach County, a late SUV run there falls in the $50 band. Larger vans carry a modest night surcharge that is confirmed at the time you book.
Your pickup simply shifts to match. The driver follows your inbound flight in real time, so a delay in the air just moves the curbside meeting later, with no penalty and no need to rebook. The flat rate you agreed to holds no matter how the schedule slides, and the same vehicle is still yours when you finally walk out.
Yes. Alongside Miami International, the same private SUVs and vans pick up cruise passengers at PortMiami and drive door to door to San Castle. Share your ship and terminal in place of a flight number, and the booking works the same way. The reverse runs too, so a departure toward a port, airport, or city elsewhere in the region is just as easy to arrange.
Yes. A pre-dawn landing or a midnight arrival is no problem, since a driver is assigned to you alone and scheduled around your flight rather than a shared timetable. A trip outside the 7 AM to 9 PM daytime window adds the small night fee noted above. Send your flight details ahead and the driver is in position when you reach the curb.
Every booking is fully private. The SUV or van carries only your group, with no strangers, no pooling, and no detours to collect other passengers. From the MIA curb to your drop-off address, the vehicle is yours for the whole one-way run.
Ready to lock in your private transfer? Send your flight number, your travel date, the size of your party, and the San Castle street address by WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748, and your vehicle, driver, and pickup time come back confirmed. Booking a day or more ahead gives the widest choice of vehicles.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
I was visiting family in San Castle and didn’t want the rideshare-surge scramble at MIA, so I pre-booked a private car. They tracked the arrival, so even though I landed behind schedule, the car was right there. I was on the road within minutes of landing, no waiting around.
Our group landed in Miami and booked one private van from the airport out to San Castle. The driver got us right to the quiet street, which isn’t always easy in a residential area.
Traveling with our little ones, I did NOT want to wrangle a taxi at MIA, so I booked a private van out to San Castle. We got dropped at the address in San Castle, not left at some corner. Comfortable car the whole way out to San Castle — nice and cool.
Flying into Miami solo, I didn’t want to deal with the taxi line after a long flight, so I booked a private ride from MIA to San Castle. Fixed price agreed up front — exactly what I booked, which I really appreciated after traveling. Honestly the easiest part of my whole trip — everything was handled from the second I landed.
Easiest airport arrival we’ve ever had — driver waiting, bags handled, straight to San Castle. The car was spotless, and the AC was perfect.
