From $280 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Pine Air, door to door at a flat rate.
One flat figure covers the whole vehicle and your entire party, locked the moment you book and steady whether the road is empty or jammed. Choose the tier that matches your group size.
Your driver follows the inbound flight in real time and reaches the arrivals curb by the time you clear baggage — no app, no queue, no scramble for a rideshare. The evening before you travel, a message lands with the driver’s name, the model of the vehicle, and its plate number, so there is no guessing at pickup. A meet-and-greet is part of every booking; if you would like a printed name sign held for you, add it for $20. Waiting time is built in — up to two hours after an international arrival and one hour after a domestic one — and should the flight move earlier or later, the pickup re-times itself at no cost.
Pine Air keeps a calm, pine-shaded feel that sits well apart from the density of downtown Miami. It reads as residential and unhurried, a place travelers head to for quiet streets, ordinary errands, and a slower rhythm rather than a nightlife scene. The name itself points back to an aviation heritage, and plenty of visitors line up a stay around regional flying or an airfield event. Expect open, tree-lined blocks, a few small commercial pockets, and residential lanes rather than a packed hotel strip, so plan around whichever corner of the area sits nearest your reason for the journey. The ride ends at the exact address you give, be it a house, an office, or a meeting point.
Door to door, the run covers 72.5 miles — about 116.7 km — and lands between 84 and 96 minutes depending on the hour. Florida’s Turnpike carries most of that distance on a straightforward northbound line, which keeps the routing simple. Set off in the early morning or later in the evening and you sit near the 84-minute end; push into the afternoon rush and the clock drifts toward 96. Because the price is fixed, none of that swing touches the fare — a slow, crowded journey costs exactly what you locked in. The driver watches conditions along the way and picks the cleaner lanes to hold the time inside that window.
Payment goes through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure WhatsApp link. A 50% deposit confirms the reservation, and the balance is handed to the driver on the day of travel — consistently per vehicle for the whole group, never per head. Pricing is one-way, so the figures above cover the journey from MIA to Pine Air in a single direction. Need the return leg too? A round journey is simply the one-way rate doubled, held on one booking with the same driver and an agreed pickup time for each direction. Locking it in a day ahead secures your slot and your vehicle.
The daytime window covers 7 AM through 9 PM, and rides that fall inside it carry no extra charge. A journey beginning before or after those hours brings a modest add-on to the fixed price. Because Pine Air sits past Miami-Dade and Broward, the after-hours charge on a black SUV is $50 for the journey, while a van adds 10% to its fare instead. Nothing else about the total shifts — that surcharge is the only difference for a very early or late departure.
Most of what matters is already in the price. A bilingual driver, comfortable in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, is part of every journey, and tolls, SunPass, and fuel are all covered, so the quoted figure is what you actually pay. A mobile-hotspot WiFi signal runs onboard, and your bags are loaded and unloaded for you at each end. A handful of things sit just outside the base rate, each easy to add when you reserve: a child seat is $20, an extra stop along the way is $45 per 30 minutes, and a small pet rides in a carrier with a heads-up on WhatsApp beforehand. Mention any of these while booking so the right vehicle and gear are ready for the run to Pine Air.
Nothing changes on your side. The driver tracks the flight’s live status and moves the pickup to match an early or late arrival, at no cost. With waiting time already built in, a delayed landing still finds the car at the curb when you walk out.
No — every ride is fully private. The SUV or van holds only your party for the full journey, with no strangers aboard and no detours to pick up anyone else. From the curb at MIA to your door, the vehicle is yours alone.
Each passenger can plan on a checked bag and a carry-on, and the driver loads and unloads all of it. Traveling with oversized or extra pieces? Send a quick WhatsApp note ahead of time so the room is confirmed or a larger van is lined up for the journey.
It is per vehicle, every time. Whether a single traveler rides or a full group of fourteen, you are charged just the one flat figure shown for your tier. Divided across the party it often works out cheaper per head than a metered car, and it never climbs for traffic or the hour of day.
The pull here is aviation and the outdoors, in keeping with the area’s flying roots. Beyond that the pace stays easy — open landscape, small local shops, and unhurried days instead of a crowd. It suits a visit built around calm surroundings more than a packed itinerary.
Ready to lock in the ride to Pine Air? Send your flight number, party size, travel date, and the drop-off address, and the vehicle, driver, and flat fare come back confirmed. Message on WhatsApp for the quickest reply, or call 786-682-8748. Booking a day ahead secures your slot, and shorter notice is reviewed as availability allows.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
We came with a group of friends and wanted everyone and the luggage in one ride from the airport to Pine Air. They kept an eye on the flight, so even though we got in late, the car was ready.
La llegada más fácil que hemos tenido — conductor esperando, maletas resueltas, directo a Pine Air.
On time, professional, and we were at the door in Pine Air before we knew it. We liked it so much we booked them again for the ride back to the airport.
Flying into Miami for work, I wasn’t up for the taxi line after a long flight, so I booked a private ride from MIA to Pine Air. The driver knew Pine Air well, which isn’t always easy in a residential area.
Our family of five arrived in Miami on the way to Pine Air and the driver had the car seat ready — such a help. The ride to Pine Air was direct and easy, no detours. The driver was a safe, calm driver, exactly what you want after a flight.
