From $115 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Palmetto Bay by black SUV or van, at a fixed flat rate.
Each figure below buys the whole vehicle for one private group, locked the moment you book and never nudged up for traffic, demand, or the hour of day. Pick the tier that fits your headcount.
Standard pickup is curbside at your Miami International arrivals terminal: clear the doors with your bags and the driver is already posted at the marked pickup point, with that meeting built into the fare. Would you rather be met inside beside a name sign? That in-terminal greeting is an optional $20 add-on, set when you reserve. Your landing is tracked live either way, so an early arrival or a long hold at the gate shifts the pickup on its own — no fresh booking and no penalty, and the driver is standing at the curb when you finally step out.
Palmetto Bay is a green, low-rise residential village in southern Miami-Dade, tracing the western edge of Biscayne Bay. Anticipate shaded streets, waterfront parks, and nature preserves rather than high-rises or nightlife — a family-paced, suburban stretch well south of the tourist cores. Most visitors come for the outdoors and the bay views and treat it as a calm base near the water. One practical note for the drop-off: addresses here sit on a numbered grid, and one number can land on a Street in one spot and an Avenue, Court, Terrace, or Place in another — so write out the complete suffix and the SW prefix just as your reservation lists them, and the door is reached on the first pass. For a wider look at the area, see the official neighborhood guide.
From the airport it is a short run of roughly 20 miles, almost all of it down Florida’s Turnpike, the most direct southbound route out of the airport. Counted door to door, the trip generally takes somewhere between 25 and 40 minutes; the gap is about traffic, not distance, so a midday or late-evening start sits near the low end and weekday rush toward the high. Because the price is locked before departure, a slow stretch of highway never moves the figure on your booking. Have something scheduled tightly at the other end? Build the plan around the longer estimate and you keep a cushion. And with the driver already at the curb, the ride starts as soon as your bags are in.
Three private tiers cover any headcount, and each ride is held for a single party — no pooling with strangers.
Pick by headcount; each tier’s flat price sits in the fare list above.
Reserving takes one short message: send the flight number, the arrival date, your group size, and the Palmetto Bay drop-off address over WhatsApp, and the vehicle and flat fare come back for you to confirm. Payment splits in two — a 50% deposit locks the vehicle and the rate at booking, and the other half goes to the driver on the day of the trip. The deposit can go through Zelle, Venmo, or a secure payment link. Every price here is one-way; a round trip is simply that figure doubled, and both legs can ride on one reservation at the same flat rate.
The quoted number is a complete door-to-door price for the whole group. Fuel, tolls, and every SunPass charge are already folded into it, so the highway and the miles add nothing at drop-off. A mobile hotspot supplies onboard WiFi for the full ride, the driver is bilingual in English plus Spanish or Portuguese, and curbside pickup comes standard. A few things sit outside that base fare: the in-terminal name-sign greeting adds $20; a first child seat for kids under five comes free, with any seat beyond that at $20; a planned extra stop on the way in runs $45 per half hour and has to be set at booking; and small pets travel with advance notice on WhatsApp, riding in a carrier. Anything unusual is priced and confirmed over WhatsApp before your travel day.
Daytime hours run 7 AM to 9 PM with nothing added. Outside that window a modest amount joins the flat fare, scaled to the vehicle. Since the drop-off sits within Miami-Dade, the after-hours charge on the SUV is $20 per trip; a route that pushes beyond the Miami-Dade and Broward line would instead be $50. Each van adds 10% to the trip value for a pickup outside those daytime hours.
Per vehicle, every time. Whether two people ride or the SUV is full at five, the party covers one flat figure from the list above. Adding passengers within a tier’s limit never moves the total — headcount only decides which vehicle you book.
Yes, as long as it is arranged when you book rather than requested mid-drive. A short planned halt — ten minutes at a market or pharmacy before the final drop — is written into the reservation and runs $45 per half hour. Bring it up early and the driver’s schedule accounts for it; ask on the spot and it depends on the day’s timing.
Plan on one checked bag plus a carry-on per passenger, with the vehicle sized to your party so everything rides comfortably. Carrying extra or oversized pieces? A swift WhatsApp note beforehand reserves the space, or moves you up to a larger van. With a little warning it is rarely an issue.
Yes. The trip runs in both directions, so a private car covers the airport-to-village leg and the return the same way, on one flat rate. Reserve each leg on its own or bundle a round trip into a single booking, and the driver picks you up at your door for the ride back toward MIA. Handling both at once fixes a pickup time at either end.
For a longer airport trip such as this, the deposit is taken first through a digital method — Zelle, Venmo, or the payment link — which locks in the reservation. After that, the remaining half can be handed to the driver on the day, and cash is fine for that portion. Note your preference when you book and it is arranged ahead of time.
Ready to lock your private ride to Palmetto Bay? Message or call 786-682-8748, or reach the same number on WhatsApp, with your flight number, arrival date, group size, and drop-off address, and the vehicle and flat fare are confirmed straight back.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
No íbamos a hacer malabares con maletas y niños en la fila de taxis, así que coordinamos un auto privado del aeropuerto a Palmetto Bay. Era un auto privado solo para nosotros, lo que hizo el viaje a Palmetto Bay tranquilo.
Our family of four came into MIA, and the driver helped with every bag — a real relief. Our flight came in late and the driver had been tracking it — no extra charge, nothing to sort out.
Llegamos a Miami con los niños agotados del vuelo, y tener un conductor esperando fue justo lo que necesitábamos. El conductor fue profesional y cortés, todo muy pulcro.
As a solo traveler I arranged the airport pickup to Palmetto Bay ahead of time, and it made arriving painless. I was picked up right on time, no waiting around. No taxi line, no standing around waiting on an app — I just walked out and the car was there.
Vinimos con amigos y queríamos a todos y las maletas en un solo viaje privado desde el aeropuerto. Sin fila de taxis, sin tarifas dinámicas — salimos y el auto ya estaba ahí.
