From $280 per vehicle, a private one-way ride from MIA to Palm Beach — black SUV or van, flat rate up the coast.
One figure per vehicle, fixed the moment you book and unmoved by traffic, the hour, or how many people ride:
Your driver is already waiting at the arrivals curb of the terminal your flight uses, so you walk out and the car is there — a curbside meet with no wait and no charge. Rather be met inside the hall behind a name sign? That in-terminal greeting is a $20 add-on you flag when booking. Whichever you pick, the driver watches your inbound flight as it moves, so an early or late landing just resets the pickup with nothing extra billed; leave your flight number at reservation and it is handled.
The route covers 73.1 miles — about 117.6 km — from the airport up the coast to Palm Beach, and door to door it runs roughly 88 minutes when the road is clear, closer to 98 in heavier traffic. Most of that distance heads north along the I-95 Express Lanes. Leave in the early morning or mid-evening and the SUV clears the metro against light volume near the low end; a weekday rush can push the same run toward the top of the band. The driver reads the day’s conditions and switches lanes or routing when the interstate bogs down, and the flat fare holds whichever timing you land in.
Palm Beach is a barrier-island town on Florida’s southeast coast, stretched along the Atlantic and known for its ocean light and unhurried, moneyed peaceful. The feel is residential and refined rather than loud — manicured streets, trimmed hedges, low estates, and a wide public beachfront that shapes the day more than any nightlife does. A celebrated shopping avenue lines the center with designer storefronts and courtyard cafés in Mediterranean-revival stone, while art and antique galleries, museums, gardens, and a strong golf and tennis culture round out the island’s Gilded-Age character. One detail to settle before you send an address: the name covers three different places — the barrier-island town, the separate mainland city called West Palm Beach, and the surrounding county — so name the exact one and add a ZIP, which tells the driver whether to head for the island or the mainland across the water. For town services and visitor questions the town’s official website is the authority, while deeds, permits, and civic filings are searchable in the county clerk’s public records.
Pick the tier by headcount, and the whole private vehicle is held for your group alone — never pooled, never shared. The black SUV carries up to five passengers with room for everyday luggage, the mid-size van takes six to nine, and the largest van seats ten to fourteen with their bags. Pricing is per vehicle rather than per head, so the SUV is the efficient pick for couples and small families, and the vans step in as the party or the baggage grows. Each traveler has room for a checked bag and a carry-on.
Booking runs one-way by default and prices per vehicle: half the fare down to hold the car, the rest handed to the driver on the day you travel. The deposit clears by Venmo, Zelle, or a checkout link texted through WhatsApp, and once it posts the vehicle and the flat rate attach to your name and your flight. Need the return as well? A round trip is simply the one-way fare doubled, kept as a single reservation so one driver and one confirmed pickup cover both the airport arrival and the ride back to MIA.
Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM with nothing added. A pickup that begins outside that window carries a small after-hours amount on top of the vehicle fare:
The figure agreed at booking carries the full private drive from the airport to your Palm Beach address, road costs and basics folded in. Tolls, SunPass, and fuel all sit inside the rate, so nothing changes hands for the road mid-trip. A mobile-hotspot WiFi signal is on board, the cabin stays climate-controlled for the long haul north, and every booking comes with a bilingual driver who handles English along with Spanish or Portuguese. A child seat for one child under five comes free. A few items sit outside the base rate: an in-terminal name-sign greeting at $20, each additional child seat at $20, a start outside daytime hours, and any extra stop along the route at $45 per thirty minutes. Small pets ride too, given a heads-up on WhatsApp and a carrier for the trip.
It is fully private. The SUV or van holds only your party from the MIA curb to your door on the island — no strangers added to fill seats, no detours to collect other riders. What some travelers picture as a shuttle is the same reserved van, booked for your group alone and priced by the vehicle, not the head.
A late arrival costs you nothing. The driver is already tracking your inbound flight, so if you land early or the gate slips, the pickup shifts to match and no re-timing fee applies. Leave your flight number when you book, reach the curb whenever you actually clear, and the car is there waiting.
Yes. The same flat, per-vehicle rate covers a mainland address just as it does the island town. The highway leg north is the same either way; only the final short crossing changes, because the interstate stops before the water. Tell the driver which side you are staying on and the pickup is built around the right approach.
Yes. Book the trip back and it is the one-way fare doubled, with the same vehicle class and the same per-vehicle price returning you to the airport. A single reservation holds both the arrival pickup and the departure, each tied to a flight, so the return is locked before you land.
The rate allows every passenger a checked bag and a carry-on, loaded with the group. Traveling with extra or oversized pieces is fine; flag it on WhatsApp before the day and the booking is bumped up to a van with room to spare. That way the whole party and all the gear head north in one vehicle.
Ready to lock your private airport transfer to Palm Beach? Send your flight number, travel date, passenger count, and Palm Beach address by WhatsApp at wa.me/17866828748 or call 786-682-8748, and the vehicle and flat fare are confirmed the same day.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
There were five of us arriving in Miami, and one private transfer to Palm Beach was way simpler than splitting into cars. It was a private car just for us, which made the ride to Palm Beach relaxed.
As a solo traveler I booked the airport pickup to Palm Beach ahead of time, and it made arriving painless. The fare was fixed and agreed up front — exactly what I were quoted, which I really appreciated after traveling. The van was clean, cool, and comfortable, and the AC was perfect.
No complaints, made small talk only when we wanted.
