From $280 per vehicle — private one-way service, MIA to Ocean Ridge, flat rate with your flight tracked and a curbside meet.
The price is set per vehicle rather than per head, so the whole party rides for one flat number that locks the moment you book. Traffic and demand never move it.
Pickup happens at the curb outside Miami International Airport, right after you gather your bags and step out of the terminal. Your driver follows the inbound flight in real time, so the vehicle is already in position whether you land early or hours behind schedule. The evening before travel a text arrives with the driver’s name, the vehicle, and the plate, plus exactly where to walk out. Prefer to be met inside with a name sign? That in-terminal greeting is a $40 add-on, while the curbside meet itself costs nothing extra.
The route covers about 58.9 miles and runs largely up I-95, the main corridor between Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County, before turning east toward the barrier island. Off-peak the trip takes roughly 76 minutes; during a weekday rush it stretches toward 89. Because the fare is fixed, a slow traffic-heavy afternoon costs exactly what a clear midday run does. Your driver reads conditions live and picks the cleaner lanes so the arrival time holds.
Ocean Ridge is a calm, mostly residential town spread along a barrier island at the southern edge of Palm Beach County. The feel is coastal and low-key: single-family streets, public beach parks, and a run of Atlantic shoreline that appeals to travelers who want beach days away from the busier resort strips to the south. Across the Intracoastal Waterway sit mainland neighborhoods with marinas, waterside parks, and unhurried local restaurants. There is no real downtown core or nightlife here — the draw is quiet, the water, and simple beach access, with the bigger Palm Beach County attractions a short drive off. The Town of Ocean Ridge site lays out the practical details for visitors.
Each choice is private and held for your party alone, with no pooling and no stops to collect strangers. A group of up to five, with standard luggage, fits the Black SUV. Six to nine travelers ride together in a van, and parties of ten to fourteen take the largest van. Keeping everyone in one vehicle means families and colleagues stay together for the whole run instead of splitting across cars.
A 50% deposit locks the booking, and the remaining half goes to the driver on the day of the ride. Payment runs through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link, and the charge is per vehicle for the whole group, never per person. Pricing is one-way; a round trip is simply that one-way fare doubled, with the same vehicle bringing you back. Reserve both legs at once and a single driver and a confirmed time cover the outbound and the return.
The flat rate already carries the costs travelers tend to forget: tolls, SunPass, and fuel are built in, and flight tracking keeps the driver curbside as you exit. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, and courtesy waiting is included — two hours for international arrivals and one hour for domestic. Only a few things sit outside the fare: an in-terminal name sign adds $40, a child seat adds $20, and any extra stop along the way runs $45 per 30 minutes. Small pets are welcome with advance notice and a carrier. Flag any special request on WhatsApp before travel day.
Between 7 AM and 9 PM there is no surcharge at all. A pickup starting outside those daytime hours adds a night fee: because Ocean Ridge lies beyond Miami-Dade and Broward in Palm Beach County, the Black SUV carries a $50 after-hours charge, while the vans add 10% of the fare. A late inbound flight is no trouble — your driver holds the booking and moves the pickup later at no charge, so a plane that lands behind schedule still finds the car waiting.
Plan on roughly 76 minutes in light traffic, stretching toward 89 during a weekday rush, over about 58.9 miles. Most of that is I-95 heading north before the turn east onto the barrier island. Since the fare is flat, a slower day never changes what you pay.
Yes. Pickups run around the clock, and a trip falling outside the daytime hours simply adds the after-hours fee noted above. Share your flight number at booking so the arrival is tracked, and a red-eye landing still has a car waiting at the curb.
It is per vehicle. One Black SUV or van carries your entire group for the single flat rate listed above, and extra riders within a vehicle’s capacity cost nothing more. The tier only changes once your party is larger than the seats allow.
No — the ride is fully private. The Black SUV or van carries only your party from the MIA curb to the door, with no strangers, no shared seats, and no detours to gather other passengers. Even travelers who search for a “shuttle” get this reserved vehicle, never a pooled one.
Booking 24 hours or more ahead secures the vehicle and the flat rate. Shorter-notice requests are reviewed by hand, though availability is not certain, so earlier is safer. If your flight time changes, send word on WhatsApp and your driver simply shifts the pickup to match, with nothing extra charged.
Ready to lock in your ride to or from Ocean Ridge? Send your flight number, passenger count, pickup direction, and any child-seat or pet needs on WhatsApp, and a confirmation comes back with the assigned vehicle, the flat fare, and the deposit due. The driver’s name, vehicle, and plate arrive by text the day before pickup.

Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Llegamos a Miami con los pequeños de noche para quedarnos en Ocean Ridge, y tener un conductor esperando fue justo lo que necesitábamos. Nos recogieron puntual, en el auto a los minutos de aterrizar.
We landed at MIA with the kids late at night to stay in Ocean Ridge, and having a driver waiting was exactly what we needed. They tracked the arrival, so even though we landed behind schedule, the car was right there.
Getting all of us out of MIA and over to Ocean Ridge is usually a headache — a pre-booked van made it painless. The driver found the address with no trouble, which isn’t always easy in a residential area.
No íbamos a hacer malabares con maletas y niños en la fila de taxis, así que reservamos un auto privado del aeropuerto a Ocean Ridge. Precio fijo acordado de antemano — sin taxímetro, sin sorpresas, que agradecimos después de viajar.
We weren’t about to juggle luggage and kids in a taxi line, so we arranged a private ride from the airport to Ocean Ridge. The driver was bilingual, which made it easy when we had a question. The kids passed out in the car, and getting straight to Ocean Ridge without a taxi hassle was a relief.
