From $100 per vehicle — a private, one-way ride from MIA west to Miccosukee Casino & Resort, roughly 15–25 minutes at a flat, locked rate.
Each figure below buys the whole vehicle, not a seat, so the size of your party never moves the number — two travelers and five travelers ride the same black SUV for the same price. Choose the tier that fits your group:
Pickup is curbside, right outside the arrivals terminal, and it costs nothing on top of the fare. The inbound flight is followed live, so the car is already there when you step onto the sidewalk with your bags; landing early or late just slides the pickup to your real time, with no rebooking and no added charge. Would you rather be met inside the building beneath a name sign? That in-terminal greeting is an optional extra at $40, arranged when the booking is made. Every driver is bilingual — English plus Spanish or Portuguese — which makes sorting out the curb, the luggage, or a last instruction simple after a long arrival.
Miccosukee Casino & Resort stands on the far western rim of Miami-Dade, at the point where the street grid gives out and the sawgrass of the Everglades spreads along Tamiami Trail. It is one self-contained property: a broad gaming floor with slots, table games, poker and bingo, a handful of restaurants and a bar, a steady run of live shows and concerts, and a hotel tower with its own pool deck — all reached without stepping outside. Most guests check in and settle, since driving anywhere else rarely serves a purpose out here. Ahead of the trip you can look over the resort’s rooms and suites or the broader Miccosukee resort site.
In ordinary traffic the run from MIA falls between 15 and 25 minutes. The line points west on the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836), pulling clear of the crowded downtown core, so most of the ride is highway and open arterial road rather than stop-and-start blocks. Mid-morning, early afternoon and later evening tend to sit near the 15-minute end; a weekday rush hour or a large event drawing crowds nudges the same drive toward 25. Since nothing is picked up along the way and there is no second stop, the clock measures only the driving itself.
The trip covers 17.1 miles — about 27.5 kilometers — from the MIA curb to the resort address at 500 SW 177th Avenue. By distance it ranks among the longer straight-west hops out of the airport, yet so much of it rolls on expressway that a drive of this length still feels quick. As a rough landmark, the Doral hotel district sits about midway along the same westbound line.
The figure you confirm covers the full door-to-door drive plus the charges that so often turn up as surprises elsewhere. Tolls, SunPass and fuel are already baked into the quoted price, so the highway leg west adds nothing later. Every ride carries WiFi from an in-car hotspot, so the group stays connected for the whole route. Each traveler gets a checked bag and a carry-on at no charge, and a heavier load is settled before departure — either confirmed to fit or moved up to a larger van. Should the plan call for a detour, extra stops run $45 for every 30 minutes, agreed in advance.
Payment splits down the middle, so nothing close to the full sum is ever taken up front. Half secures the booking, and the balance is handed to the driver on travel day. Venmo, Zelle or a secure link all work for the deposit, and the charge is per vehicle rather than per head. A round trip is simply the one-way fare doubled under one reservation, which sets both legs at once and never bolts on a processing extra at the end.
Between 7 AM and 9 PM there is no time-of-day charge at all. Step outside that window and a modest after-hours amount applies by vehicle: a flat $20 more on the SUV, or ten percent added to a van’s fare. That window covers the large majority of arrivals, so most rides never brush against it.
Yes. The first seat for a child under five rides free; each additional seat is $20, confirmed while you book. Pass along how many children are traveling and their ages ahead of time, and the seats are fitted before the driver reaches the curb.
Every booking is fully private. The vehicle carries only your party — no strangers added and no detours to gather other riders. From the MIA curb to the resort entrance, the SUV or van belongs to your group alone for the whole run west.
A small pet is welcome with a heads-up beforehand — send a WhatsApp note and bring a carrier. Flagging it early means the driver expects the animal and the right vehicle is ready for both of you when the flight lands.
The gaming floor is the heart of it — slots, table games, poker and bingo — ringed by several places to eat, a bar, and a running calendar of live music and shows. Anyone staying the night also has the hotel’s pool and amenities on the same grounds, so a full visit can pass without leaving the property.
Per vehicle, always. The flat figure in the prices list up top covers the entire group, whether the SUV carries one rider or five. A larger party simply spreads the single fare across more people; no per-seat ticket exists and no ride is ever shared.

Message or call 786-682-8748 on WhatsApp — send the flight number, travel date, passenger count, and any bag or child-seat needs, and back comes the vehicle and the flat price. Reach the same line at 786-682-8748 to book or adjust a detail.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Clean car, easy pickup, and a driver who knew exactly where Miccosukee Casino & Resort was. Would book again. My flight was delayed and the driver was still there waiting — not a worry at all.
We flew into Miami with the kids worn out from the flight, and having a driver waiting was a lifesaver. The kids were wiped out after the flight, and getting straight to Miccosukee Casino & Resort without a taxi hassle was perfect.
With kids in tow, pre-booking the airport transfer to Miccosukee Casino & Resort meant no stress when we landed.
There were seven of us arriving in Miami, and one private transfer to Miccosukee Casino & Resort was the easy way.
