From $100 per vehicle: a private one-way MIA to Miami ride, flat rate, met at the terminal by a bilingual driver.
Each price here covers the entire vehicle for the run into Miami, set the moment you reserve and unmoved by traffic or the hour of the day. Choose the tier that matches your head count.
Your inbound flight is tracked in real time, so the pickup follows the moment the plane actually touches down rather than a clock time set weeks ahead. When you reach the arrivals area inside the terminal, the driver is already posted at the meet-and-greet point holding a name sign, then walks your party out to the waiting car. An early landing or an hour stuck on the tarmac makes no difference — the driver is matched to the flight you were really on.
Four details set the whole thing up: your flight number, the travel date, the size of your party, and the Miami address where the ride ends. Send them by WhatsApp message or through the site’s form, and the vehicle plus the quoted price come back confirmed in writing before you fly. Anything out of the ordinary — an oversized case, a child car seat, a small pet — is simplest to mention in that first note.
The gap between MIA and Miami is short — about 12 miles, roughly 19.3 kilometers — and the car covers it in something between 20 and 35 minutes. Most of the run rides the SR 836 Dolphin Expressway. Catch a mid-day or evening lull and the drive sits close to the 20-minute mark; hit the morning build-up or the late-afternoon crawl and that same run pushes toward 35. Because the rate is fixed per vehicle, a slow stretch of traffic costs you nothing extra — the driver just reads the conditions and takes whichever lanes are moving.
Miami sits about 12 miles east of the airport, a compact core you can cross in minutes. Brickell stacks its banking towers over street-level restaurants; downtown gathers the waterfront and the museums; Wynwood is given over to murals and galleries; and Little Havana runs on Cuban cafés and street music. Across the causeway, South Beach lines its Art Deco facades up against the ocean. For journey planning and current events, the Greater Miami visitors bureau keeps a current guide. Wherever your address falls among these districts, the drive finishes at the door.
Let the head count pick the tier. Up to five people ride the black SUV; a party of six to nine takes the mid-size van; and ten to fourteen fill the large van, so a family, a work group or an event party stays together in one car instead of splitting across several. Luggage counts as much as bodies here. The SUV works for five when everyone carries a case and a carry-on; add strollers, coolers or beach kit and a group of four might already desire the mid-size van. If something bulky is coming along — a set of golf clubs, a surfboard, a folded wheelchair — say so at booking and the right cargo space is set aside.
The price you are quoted is the price you pay: tolls, SunPass and fuel all sit inside it, so nothing gets tacked on along the road. Onboard WiFi runs off a mobile hotspot, handy for texting ahead to a hotel or pulling up a dinner reservation. Traveling with young kids? The first child car seat is included free for a child under five; need more than one and each extra seat is a small add-on confirmed as you book. A small pet is welcome in a proper carrier as long as you mention it on WhatsApp beforehand. The bilingual driver and the private vehicle itself are part of the fare, not extras stacked on afterward.
Rides that begin between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM sit in the daytime band with nothing added. Set a pickup before 7 in the morning or after 9 at night and a small night charge applies, its size depending on the vehicle.
One half secures the booking now; the other half goes to the driver on the day of travel, with nothing tacked on in the middle. Payment goes through Venmo, Zelle, or a secure link the team sends over WhatsApp or on the site. The 50% deposit is what actually holds your vehicle and your pickup slot, while the driver takes the balance on the day. Everything is billed per vehicle for the whole group rather than per head, and a return leg is just the one-way price twice over — book both directions at once so one driver and one set time cover the ride back to MIA.
No. The rate is fixed the moment you book, so a late plane never moves it. The driver is already following your flight and simply re-times the pickup to your real arrival, waiting at no extra cost while you clear the terminal.
Not by the head. The fare covers the whole vehicle, so five people in the SUV pay the same 0 as one rider, and the price only climbs when the group outgrows a tier and needs a bigger van.
Yes — the same private, door-to-door run works in reverse, carrying you from your Miami address back out to the airport for your flight home. Book the return alongside the arrival and one reservation holds both legs, with the price simply doubled for the round journey.
An added stop or a special request can usually be worked in — a quick errand, a second drop-off — and it is priced and confirmed on WhatsApp ahead of travel day, so the cost stays clear from the start.
As soon as your flight is set. An early reservation holds the right vehicle for your head count and pins down your pickup window; a single WhatsApp note with the flight, date, party size and Miami address is enough to start, and the details come back confirmed well before you fly.
Lock in your MIA to Miami transfer today. Message the team on WhatsApp or call 786-682-8748 with your flight number, travel date, party size and Miami address, and the vehicle and fare come back confirmed for your group.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
Your driver meets you at the MIA arrivals level at the curb, and that meet-and-greet is included in the fare. If you would rather be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign, add the name-sign welcome for $20 when you book.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, a name-sign welcome, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Great service — so much better than a taxi.
My wife and I booked a private transfer from Miami Airport to Miami so we wouldn’t have to sort out a taxi after our flight. No taxi line, no standing around waiting on an app — we just walked out and the car was there.
Viaje cómodo, conductor amable, una tarifa fija. Sin quejas. Sin fila de taxis, sin esperar una app — salimos y el auto ya estaba listo.
My husband and I wanted to skip the airport taxi chaos, so we pre-booked a private ride to Miami. We were picked up right on time, no delays. The driver dropped us right at the door of Miami.
