From $110 per vehicle: a private one-way ride from MIA to Miami Lakes, a black SUV or van at a flat door-to-door rate.
One flat figure covers the whole vehicle out to your address, set the moment you reserve and untouched by traffic or the hour your plane lands.
Pickup happens right at the arrivals curb. Once you clear baggage claim and step outside the terminal, the driver is already staged and watching for your group, ready to take the bags and pull away — that curbside meet-and-greet is built into the fare, with nothing to reconfirm after you touch down. Would you rather be met inside with your name on a sign near the carousel? Add the name-sign pickup for $40 when you book, and the driver holds it where you come out. A quick WhatsApp note with your flight and headcount the night before keeps the whole thing lined up.
Miami Lakes sits about 7.2 miles (11.6 km) northwest of the airport, a short hop of roughly 20 minutes on clear roads and closer to 23 when the commute is heavy. The path rides the Palmetto Expressway (SR-826) for most of the way before easing into the town’s grid of lakeside streets. Those numbers are measured door to door, from the MIA curb to your front step rather than terminal to on-ramp, so the leg lands well under half an hour either way. Running back out for a departing flight works the same in reverse, the pickup set to leave a comfortable cushion ahead of boarding.
Miami Lakes is a master-planned town set in the northwest corner of Miami-Dade, laid out around a chain of man-made lakes and lined with quiet residential streets. There is no downtown skyline here; the feel stays suburban and calm, with golf, parks, and green space woven between the neighborhoods and a walkable town center where the shops, cafes, and restaurants gather. Office parks and corporate campuses ring the town, keeping a steady flow of business travelers coming through, so a private ride out here suits conference guests and relocating families as much as vacationers. Event nights at Hard Rock Stadium, just over the line in Miami Gardens, can thicken the surrounding roads, and the driver routes around the crush when your arrival lands in that window. For a broader rundown, the area visitor guide is a useful starting point.
Three private classes cover any group coming off a flight, and each is held for your party with nobody else aboard:
Booking splits in two so nothing large changes hands up front. A 50% deposit at reservation pins down the car and the fare you were quoted, and the remaining half goes straight to the driver on the day of the trip, by whatever method you prefer. Every fare listed is one-way and charged per vehicle rather than per head, so a family filling the SUV is charged no more than a solo rider. Want the round trip? It is the one-way figure doubled, and booking both legs at once ties a single driver to your arrival and your departure. Fuel, tolls, and SunPass are already folded into the number, so the total you agree to is the total you settle.
A handful of things sit outside the base fare and take only a moment to arrange. A name-sign pickup inside the terminal is $40 on top of the curbside greeting that already comes with the ride. A child seat is $20 each — pass along the ages and how many you need and the car is set up before it leaves for the airport. Should you want the driver to create an added stop en route, that runs $45 for every 30 minutes. Small pets are welcome to ride, given a heads-up on WhatsApp beforehand and a proper carrier.
No. Whatever the Palmetto is doing at rush hour, the price fixed at booking is the one that stands. There is no meter and no surge multiplier, so a slow crawl costs the same as an open road. One flat, per-vehicle price carries the entire ride.
Yes. The surcharge-free window runs 7 AM to 9 PM, and a trip landing outside it adds a small night fee to the flat fare. On the SUV that is $20 for a run kept inside Miami-Dade and Broward — a little more for the long hauls past those counties — while the vans add 10% instead. Miami Lakes sits well within Miami-Dade, so a late arrival here falls at the $20 SUV rate, confirmed with you before you journey.
The driver follows your flight number in real time and shifts the pickup to match, whether you land early or sit waiting on the tarmac. Nothing needs rebooking and no message is required — by the time you reach the curb, the car is already there, and the re-timing adds nothing to the fare. That flight-watching is the whole point of a private transfer over hailing a ride at the end of a long day.
The rate is per vehicle, never per person, so the number beside each class is the full price for everyone aboard. A single traveler and a family of five in the same SUV each ride for that one $110 total. Group size only decides which vehicle you book, and the figure never moves with the traffic on your journey day.
Ready to lock in the ride to Miami Lakes? Call or WhatsApp 786-682-8748 and send the arrival date, your flight number, how many are travelling, and the drop-off address — the vehicle and fare come back to you in writing. Reserve over WhatsApp, pay the deposit, and the driver is locked to that flight.
Reserving a few days ahead is ideal, and in peak season (holidays, spring break, big cruise weekends) a week or more keeps your first-choice vehicle available. Requests inside 24 hours are welcome but depend on availability, and those bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
We run on reservations rather than on-demand pickups. A same-day request may still work if a driver is free: message us on WhatsApp with the pickup time and we will confirm quickly. Keep in mind that a ride booked within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
No. A 50% deposit holds the vehicle when you book online, and the other half goes to your driver on the day of the ride, in cash or by card. If you prefer to settle everything at once, choose Pay in full at checkout.
Yes. After the deposit, the remaining half is paid directly to your driver when the ride is done, cash or card, whichever you prefer. There is nothing else to pay unless you added an extra service.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup. Inside that 24-hour window the ride is non-refundable, and no-shows are treated the same way. Booking details such as an extra passenger or a child seat can still be updated until 12 hours before pickup.
The pickup time and other details can be adjusted until 12 hours before the ride, subject to driver availability; write to us as soon as your plans change. The travel date itself is fixed once booked, so double-check it before you confirm.
Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted checkout; we never see your card number. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee that is shown before you pay. Zelle is also accepted for the deposit with no fee: ask us on WhatsApp.
Not at all. Travelers reserve from all over the world, international cards are accepted at checkout, and we answer on WhatsApp and email in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and your driver tracks it in real time, so the pickup follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one, at no extra cost.
Message us the moment you know. We reschedule around the new arrival whenever a driver is available; because that counts as a change to the booking, the cancellation terms above still apply if the ride cannot be rebooked.
At MIA your driver meets you at the arrivals level at the curb, and that greeting is included in the fare. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name sign, add the Meet & Greet for $40 when you book. At the cruise port the curbside greeting is always included.
You receive the meeting instructions in advance, and the driver contacts you the day before the ride to confirm every detail. On landing, head to the agreed curb; connect to the airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
The day before the ride we send the driver’s name and phone number, and the vehicle details you need to spot the car. Vehicle photos on the site show the category booked; the exact model can vary.
Call or WhatsApp us at +1 (786) 682-8748 and we connect you right away. The pickup is always coordinated at the confirmed spot, and the courtesy waiting time keeps running from your landing or your scheduled pickup.
At the airport we wait up to 60 minutes after landing on domestic flights and up to 2 hours on international arrivals; at hotels, homes and the cruise port the courtesy wait is 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed like an extra stop, $45 per 30 minutes.
The distance and the usual driving time for this exact route are listed on this page. Real timing depends on traffic and the hour, which is why the driver plans the pickup around your actual landing or ship arrival rather than a fixed clock time.
Yes. Your driver loads and unloads every bag at the curb. Drivers do not go inside the hotel or terminal to collect luggage, so have it with you at the meeting point.
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on. The black SUV carries up to 5 passengers as long as passengers plus large suitcases total 10 or fewer; larger groups or extra bags move to a van. Surfboards, bikes or many extra cases need a custom setup, so tell us before booking.
Yes. Add them when you book: a child seat for babies and toddlers up to about 3 years, or a booster for ages 3 to 5. Each seat is $20 and is fitted before the driver leaves for the pickup.
Planned stops are fine when you add them at booking, priced at $45 per 30 minutes with a 30-minute minimum, then $1.50 per extra minute. Unplanned detours on the day are not part of the fare.
Never. Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, door to door, with no other pickups and no waiting for strangers.
A black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 and a larger van for 10 to 14. The fare table on this page shows the price for each. For groups above 14 we arrange several vehicles or a minibus on a custom quote.
No. We pick up and drop off at Miami International Airport, PortMiami and the other cruise terminals, hotels, private homes, offices and event venues across South Florida and beyond.
Yes. Wedding parties, corporate groups and private events get a tailored quote with the right mix of vehicles; message us with the date, head count and schedule.
Between 9 PM and 7 AM the black SUV adds a night fee of $20 inside Miami-Dade and Broward and $50 farther out. The fee is shown in the quote before you book, and daytime rides carry no surcharge.
The fare shown is for the exact route named on this page. For a different pickup or drop-off address, use the ride search on this site: it prices the real road distance instantly and lets you book on the spot.
The fare includes the driver, fuel and tolls, with no hidden fees. Only optional items add to it: the 3% card fee, the Meet & Greet at MIA, child seats, extra stops or the night fee, each shown in the quote before you pay. Tipping is at your discretion.
Our group landed in Miami and booked one private van from the airport to Miami Lakes.
Con los niños, reservar el traslado a Miami Lakes significó cero estrés al aterrizar.
For an easy arrival, my husband and I booked this to get from MIA straight to Miami Lakes.
The two of us landed at MIA for vacation and had a driver waiting the moment we came out of baggage claim. The SUV was spotless, and the AC was perfect.
Clean car, easy pickup, and a driver who knew exactly where Miami Lakes was. Would book again. My flight came in late and the driver adjusted with no problem — not a worry at all.
